AE B EXTERMINATING CO INCCongratulations to this company for being HONEST even though it did not make them money! I had a termite inspection on my home for sale, which came back as recommending treatment. The sale fell through, but I decided to get the treatment anyway so it was done for the next buyer. EB advised me to wait until I actually had a buyer since the "letter" of treatment is only good for a year. I did wait, luckily, because with the pandemic, it turned out to be over a year before I had a buyer again! It did sell, and they were happy to have the recent treatment. They even hired EB for future treatments for ants/mice or whatever! GREAT COMPANY- Katie S.

APINNACLE PEST MANAGEMENTAn "A" was given in every category because it was well-deserved. The price was fair and was what they had estimated. The quality of work was fine. Although the termites had already come and gone as well as the beetles, the new homeowners are happy with what we had done. They weren't here in a day, but they were here when they said they'd be and were able to schedule us within a week. They showed up exactly on time and the job took as long as they estimated. They even caught something that needed to be done that we didn't know. It was even in the suggested list of things to have done (by an outside source) and we missed it. The exterminator recommended we have it done after looking at the basement posts and pointed it out to us written right into the report. By doing so, he saved us time and the expense of having to call them back out to treat for it. Straight A's for this company. Thank you.- Bill H.

He sprayed the exterior and interior home for a big ant problem, and they have disappeared. we are very happy with the service and look forward to Dan returning in 6 months. AIntegrity Pest ControlAdam responded to my request and was over the next day to set traps for mice - he checked the outside and laid traps around the exterior of the house - contacted me a few days later to see how things were going and returned a week later to check the traps and make any adjustments needed. He is very professional and polite and quietly goes about this work. In addition he is very patient about answering any questions you have. I felt the price was reasonable and I will continue with a maintenance package as I have woods and fields all around my house.- Melinda D.

AElite Pest Pros LLCI do use a pest control company. I am on a quarterly service with them, so within the last three months. I just pay quarterly. I think so, I am not going to find any thing cheaper. They are very thorough, they are excellent. IF THEY REAPPEAR WITHIN TWO MONTHS OF THE ORIGINAL TREATMENT, THE COMPANY WILL COME BACK AND RE-TREAT. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE -- MUCH LESS THAN ANT EXTERMINATION IN NEW HAMPSHIRE BY ANOTHER COMPANY. IN NEW HAMPSHIRE, WE HAD CARPENTER ANTS; HERE IN CHARLOTTE, WE HAD PESKY BITING LITTLE BLACK ONES (ORIGINALLY COMING FROM ARGENTINA. FI wish I could review this company's work, but it didn't happen. This is a report of deplorable customer service. The company was quick to send an arborist to give an estimate on August 22nd. He quoted a price that I agreed with and told me they were running six to eight weeks behind. He said he'd call late September to let me know when they'd be there to do the work. Fast forward 7 1/2 weeks and I called the company to see where I was in the queue. There was no return call. I called again the following week on a Monday, giving the same message, inquiring where I was on the list. Again, no return call from the arborist. That Friday, I called and asked for the arborist's supervisor, making my displeasure known and requested that he call me. Once again, there was no return call. Can it possibly be company policy to ignore customers who are willing to give them over one thousand dollars worth of business? Seven days after, I called the company again. At two days short of the ten week mark I fired them.

Dfrom the beginning I was reluctant at having to buy a year's worth of service in order to address a problem whose nature and breadth was an unknown to me. the owner came to the first appointment and i was given the impression that initial placement of feeding stations would help them establish the rodents' entry points and pathways. that was never address in the year's worth of service. i wanted to be able to address HOW they were getting in. the extent of their service was to simply refill the pesticide in the feeding stations. when first signing up, i inquired of the woman on the other end if their approach involved use of material that would be toxic to wildlife; she replied that they did not. later, the owner addressed my disappointment with an apology for inaccurate info being given out. the technician who regularly attended to my property was dismissive and frankly, ignorant, regarding the consequences of rodent pesticides upon wildlife that feed upon them. his response to my expression of reluctance was something to the effect of... "they haven't ever really PROVED that the pesticide impacts them..." i watched the technician, in every visit, handle the pesticide, often damp, with bare hands.
