    I would absolutely use them again. The thing I like the most is that the owner there is very straight up with his answers on being able to tell you what needs to be done with the car and whether or not it's going to be worth making the investment in a repair. He seems like a really honest guy.

    When I got the bill I noticed they charged me $40 for a break inspection to tell me I didn't need new break pads. When I got home I got in the mail - THE SAME DAY a coupon for $10 off an oil change and a free summer inspection which included a break inspection. When I asked for an adjustment , Nancy Hunt the service manager refused and was very dismissive of my concerns. I had previously brought my car in to check a tail light that was not working. At that time I was told I  needed a new tail light assembly. I have since brought the car to another service center, they replaced  just the bulb, and it's been fine ever since.

    My check engine light came on on Sunday on Monday morning on my way to work my car began bucking and pulling foward when I was stepping on the brakes. I drive right to my dealership at 7:15 am. Luckily my husband had not left and was able to give me a ride into the office... When I asked when they could look at it I was told later that afternoon or first thing the following morning.. Tuesday - car still not looked at. I did not have a ride to work.. when I asked, they said they didnt have any loaner cars or rentals available - lost a day of work.. Wed car still not looked at, still no rental or loaner cars available.. I rented a car on my own for $59 and got to work. Spoke to Service manager - was basically told that they were doing me a favor by looking at my car so quickly (3 days had lapsed and they still had not looked at it) being I didnt have an appointment... I was frustrated that they never told me on MONDAY that they wouldnt be able to look at it until at least Thursday.. and what's this deal of needing an appointment if my car had broken down? My car was covered under warantee for the work..great it didnt cost me anything at Montesi, but I did lose a day of work and $120 on a rental car which VW will not reimburse any of... Because there is a clause that states they will pay for a rental if warantee work being performed will take more than 24 hours.. Well.. they didnt diagnose my car for 4 days and fixed it in a matter of 2 hours once they figured out what was wrong with it. Apparently it was MY problem that it sat at thier dealership for 4 days waiting to be diagnosed... When I complained to VW about the length of time that it took to even have my car diagnosed.... they said they would speak to the dealership manager about it.. and I never heard back from the Dealership Manager. The service manager had emailed me to explain once again that they were doing me a favor by taking the car in without an appointment.... We are now driving to the Meriden Dealership for service.. I refuse to go back to Montesi.
