ABRUSTOLONIt wasn't bad, that's why I am suggesting them because I had other people look at it, and I said, "I'm not paying this!" They come and get you if you need a ride to pick it up. They come and get you, just let them know ahead of time. Very polite and knowledgeable. I had an issue with another car that I brought it, it was a minor issue, but they fixed it no charge. I have no complaints. I've also had collision work done about two years ago and that was on a car that I had leased, and they did an excellent job. I would list their price probably an A compared to what I got from other dealers. They said it was going to be done in a day, and it was done in a day. No complaints.- Robert L.

ARICH'S AUTO BODYGreat, personable guy, went out of his way to be nice on all occasions. Fixed our truck, runs great. Looks great. Said he'd try and get it done by Friday (dropped it off on a Monday or Tuesday I think) but that he couldn't guarantee it. Ended up getting it done by the following Wednesday. Not a big deal, he made no promises. The company's been around for 20 years. I'd definitely use them again.- Mark M.

ADAWLEY AUTO BODY & SALES/COLLISION & CUSTOMI had heard that Dawley's did very good work and requested them by name after the first accident. They promptly called me back and gave me a schedule for the work. The work was done on time and looked great. The car rode the way it did before the accident. The second time, I got T-boned. The time estimate was extended upon finding out that the frame had suffered damage. Dawley's went out of their way to make themselves available to me, working around my schedule, to pick-up the car. They were courteous and friendly. He also gave me very reasonable estimates for pre-existing(i.e. not covered in the accident) repairs. I used their services when they were at their Niantic location, Waterford is their new home.- Kate D.

AMid County Auto Body & PaintingMy Prius plastic bumper was damaged and Toyota North recommended this shop. They gave me two estimates - one for total out of pocket, one with insurance helping. I used the insurance company so the co-pay was $500 of the $907.07 total. They did the paperwork for the insurance and once I got the check, I scheduled the repair. They told me to bring it in at 10:30. I expected to wait an hour, but they drove me home, then drove my car after repairing it to my home exactly one hour after I had dropped it off. They wanted to be sure I inspected the work and seemed proud of the job they had done.- BARBARA F.
