AAlfa Home ImprovementOverall I was pleased with the work. I needed a studio painted. I also needed for the hardwood floor that was badly stained to be refinished and polished. I also needed blinds in very long windows installed. All of these were done extreme well. In addition, I needed for one large room to be divided so that clients could have a private dressing area. We compiled a list together by phone and via email during my move to a new apartment, and he remained flexible and patient over the course of the month, as my timeline fluctuated because of extenuating circumstances. Once Alan arrived, he got to work. He came prepared and was thoughtful, efficient, and professional. AThis is our second time using Carl Wise and crew. The Job went great ! Carl and his team showed up promptly . Replaced old vinyl siding with new Boral siding . We added a tricky element with some copper detail. The crew were pleasant just to be around, great atmosphere everyone working in concert . Shouts of numbers going back and forth of lengths to be cut. Nice comradery, just pleasant working atmosphere which happens when things are done right . We will continue to call on Carl.

ADunrite was very slow to return my calls and actually show up (months, but also COVID interfered). But, once they did, they did an excellent job. I'm very happy with the results and would definitely hire them again. I already asked for an estimate on redoing some kitchen cabinets. It's family-owned business. They could use someone to organize better, but John is very responsive and the men who showed up to do the work were great. I do recommend them but not if you're in a hurry, lol.

AWe called Vogue window fashion for a consultation to discuss our window treatments project. Designer was knowledgeable and offered us some very nice options. We decided to go with Motorized Silhouettes for the living room and bedroom. Their entire process from picking the style, colors and installation was easy and everyone including the installer was professional. Highly recommend them.

AWe went to WorldWide in Edison to purchase carpeting for our nursery. Irina was the sale associate that helped us. We were clueless, as we had never purchased carpeting before. After we described what was important to us, she helped us find the carpeting that suited our needs. She explained everything thoroughly every step of the way, and answered all of our questions. Compared to other prices we'd found online, it was very reasonably priced as well. When it came time for the install, Diego and his team (Fabricio and Luis) were great! They were kind and polite, but, most importantly, extremely hard working and efficient! We'd been told it would take about 2 hours for everything (removal of the old carpet and padding, clean up of the old stuff, new carpet and padding install, clean up). It took 10 minutes top for all the old stuff to be taken out and removed, and the install and clean up was less than an hour. They did a really nice job of cleaning up as well. We couldn't be happier. We'll definitely be using World Wide again for any future flooring projects.
