AUrgent Locksmith LLCAl put a new high security lock on our apartment door. He is amazingly professional--superb customer service and excellent, thorough work. We spoke on the phone a couple times before he came for the installation to ensure our choice of lock. We also needed extra keys cut and he gave us one for free. His is the kind of customer service you could depend on in the old days--he is expert at what he does and downright gracious in delivering his services. Frank, to me, had superb ratings on Angie's List. He engaged quickly during my quick call to him. We then communicated by text continually. He showed up in a quite impressive, branded commercial truck with all of the fixings! Great guy, very personable. He ably replaced the locks. Frank also checked out my other, external doors. AIt went excellent. After calling a number of garage door businesses and receiving do response, I turned to Angie’s list and found Up and Down. Chris came to the house and did a superb job of repairing the down and getting it back on track. The door looks and operates like it was never hit. In addition to great work Chris was honest and didn’t rip me off. I am sure some other companies would have told me the door was old and unrepairable, but Chris was HONEST and repaired it like new. I will never call another door company other then Up and Down. They are honest, do excellent work and won’t rip you off.
