APrecision Painting Plus of Long IslandExcellent. Precision Painting Plus was not the lowest quote I got, but I chose them based on reviews, on-site meetings with them, and the overall vibe of professionalism & calm I got from them. And boy am I happy I did. They were able to pull off a mini-renovation of my new home in an impossible time frame, with holidays in between, and during a pandemic. I had work-in-progress concerns along the way, but Brendan and Matt assured me that all will go well. And it did. They were able to get so much accomplished and completed in time for my move in date, and ultimately the Christmas holiday. I am very grateful for their hard work and efforts. AETC Home ImprovementEddie Costa and his ETC Home Improvement team are the only general contractors I will work with. I have used ETC many times over several years, and I am never disappointed. Eddie is my general contractor for several rentals and my home. He put a beautiful kitchen in a shore rental, does every aspect of the construction bringing in great plumbers and electricians, too. Eddie aligns his work and subcontractors so it goes fast. He brings in locally constructed kitchen cabinets that are beautiful. Eddie is just finishing a home office addition and master closet for me, and it turned out perfect. Finish carpentry by Carlos is amongst the best I have seen. I can’t say enough about how professional Ed is, and all the team he brings in. His prices are very reasonable for the quality you will get. For major projects, you will not have to hires anyone else, he has the best on his team. I recommend Eddie and ETC at the highest level.- Joann L.

AJobs for a Handyman llcI hired Elvis and his team to build custom shelves, install a shower system and minor repairs to my home. They were professional and knowledgeable concerning the jobs contracted. I am ecstatic with the results of their work. Everything was completed on time and cost did not go over budget. I was so impressed with the work that I contracted for them to install a retaking wall and repair some fencing on my property for the spring. I have had the fencing repaired 3 times prior by other people. Not one mentioned my main problem was a lack of a retaining wall. I trust that Elvis and his crew will finally fix the issues I have with soil erosion.- Lucia G.

ATedora IncIgor and his team were fantastic! I worked as the interior designer on the project and this was our first project together. They were able to start right away and wrapped up the project for the clients just before Christmas. The quality of work was high and his price was fair. The tile work especially was beautiful. He even brought in a sub-contractor for the countertops and I could not be happier with the result of everything. He was very easy to communicate and work with and ran everything by me which I truly appreciate. AVery well, Damon and his nephew Jay were very meticulous with the work they did and cleaned up every day. They removed an old fiber glass tub/shower enclosure in our guest bathroom and installed a better tub and tiled the surround, replaced plumbing hardware. Downstairs they removed an ugly slate floor from our foyer and powder room and retiled with a lighter more modern look. I provided the materials.

AMy drywall job included some design work to address an access issue. His solution was innovative and solves the problem perfectly. The work was done in a professional and timely fashion. That included cleaning up the jobsite (inside the house) when he was done. Also, the fee charged was fair and was just what he estimated. AFantastic! At midnight I requested help on Angie’s list for the next day. Wayne called me at 6:15am. At 9:15 he was 15 minutes early in his clean white late model pickup with blankets to protect the table during the move, and his crewman Luis to assist. He was fast, careful, and a pleasure to deal with. I will have more work for him in the spring when I plan to ask him to refinish the table. I saw photos of his work and I will not only work with Wayne again but I am recommending him to others. If Angie’s List offered a higher rating than A, I would rate Wayne A+++.
