AMagnolia Home Remodeling GroupWe worked with Chris from Magnolia on a second floor remodel and were extremely happy with the process and results. The reno included demolition, framing for new roofline and dormers, roof and gutters, siding, new master bathroom, master closet, laundry space, wood floor and stairs, doors, millwork, tiling, masonry for a chimney extension, windows, and central air system. Chris is a great guy, very easy to work with it, trustworthy, and responsive. He hires skilled subcontractors and kept the reno moving at a good pace. There were no surprises with either the budget or scope of work. Magnolia made our dreams come true with this reno and we would definitely recommend them for your job.- Beth H.

AJBL HOME IMPROVEMENTS INCThis is our second time using JBL home improvement. Dave and the JBL crew are excellent people to work with. They started work right away and Dave kept us informed of possible delays with furnishings due to the Pandemic. He always followed up with the cabinet and granite manufacturers and kept us informed of their progress. The crew was excellent and clean. Everyday they left all work areas clean. They always gave us options and opinions for furnishing placement. We are looking forward to using JBL for our future home renovations.- Joseph C.

Because of Budds project management skills, the house project was completed in 3 months when other contractors told us it would take 6- 8 months! Budd was very responsive and quickly addressed issues and any problems that arose. We spent a little more than we wanted as there were extras that ended up costing us more but we would hire this company back in a heart beat!- carmelina l.

AGaudioso ContractingThe work went exceedingly well. Gaudioso's crew and crew supervisor were prompt, courteous and efficient in their work. When demo needed to go out, the truck came and it went out on time; ditto when new materials needed to come in. Not once did I feel like my job had been neglected to juggle other competing jobs. The attention to detail, cleanliness, and finish work was as perfect as could be in a 124-year-old building. Unfortunately one hanging light fixture globe got broken but Gaudioso replaced it, the exact brand and model, no questions asked.- Joe S.

DAsked for estimate to install electric baseboard and add lights in the basement. I also asked while on site and in the panel, to tighten the screws. Asked $80 to tight screws. His estimates were more than double then other two. Asking for $80 to tight screws if loose while panel is open...

ADue to a recent storm, a tree landed on our homes electrical wiring, ripping the cables off our home. AExcellent. Kevin went through my home and corrected any problems that needed to be fixed to prepare before sale. Price was very reasonable. When I told the buyers inspector that I had extensive work done to prepare for the sale, he said he had noticed the work and commented in his report about the work and also assured the buyer the electrical was all correct and code compliant.

ACalled and spoke to the owner, Zaim, was given a price and appointment. His worker showed up on time, explained everything he was going to do, assembled the fans, installed them with no marks or damage to the ceiling, and explained how to use the remotes to me. Very courteous, neat and adhered to COVID precautions. Will definitely use this company again.
