ASantos Roofing and Home ImprovementSantos was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He showed up and did a very thorough inspection to determine what the issue with our roof was. He gave a detailed explanation of the work he would do and was prompt with his estimate. He was very personable and professional. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently with his crew. He found other issues as the job went along and explained everything in detail and was able to do the extra repair work that same day. He and his crew were attentive to COVID precautions and wore masks anytime they were in the home. Santos cleaned up every little bit of construction debris before leaving. When a tree fell down in our backyard and damaged our outdoor shed, it took months to find a repair company that was even willing to come out and provide an estimate. As soon as I contacted Spaces LLC, I knew I had finally found the right company to work with — the process was quick, easy, and painless from start to finish! The owner, Andrew Stoddard, was extremely prompt and always there to answer any question or concern. Andrew’s general contractor, Eric Madel, came out to my property within a week of the initial on-site estimate. AWe had a great experience working with Adie and his subcontractors on our shower renovation. Our shower was leaking water and we received some estimates to repair the water damage, fix the plumbing, and retile the shower. We chose East Bay and were very happy with the service. Adie was reliable and texted me every day to let me know when he was arriving, and gave a good summary of the work that was going to be done each day. Adie & subs wore masks for COVID at all times and were respectful of our space. Adie had some nice ideas such as adding some marble slab to the shower entryway and using concrete board in our crawl space. These were both suggested after giving us the quote, so he did not charge extra for either, or for fixing some leaky PVC that I wasn't aware of when requesting the quote... Adie just seemed like he wanted to genuinely do a good job. He is also a pleasant & honest person to work with. Definitely give East Bay a try.

AJeff and his team did an outstanding job on our roof. They use high quality materials, warranty their work and are cost competitive. The team tore off our old roof (2 layers) and replaced it with new architectural shingles the next day. They cleaned up each day and were vigilant in chasing down any roofing nails that may have landed in the yard using a magnetic sweeper. They worked with us to get the 2 hot water solar panels decommissioned and removed them from the roof as part of the job. The house looks better than ever and we couldn't be happier with the work. We would use them again and will wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone doing general contracting or roof replacement.

AExcellent! Everyone that I have spoken to or had at my house were courteous, polite, knowledgeable and professional. The window they replaced was rotted and had been in place for 21 years which require some siding to be replaced and repair of the rotted area. The crew were even willing to help put the drapes back in place. The drape fixtures had to be moved due to a wider width molding around the window and they did that also. I chose oak sill and framing, the wood was perfect and needed no further finishing! While I was waiting for the window to be made to order, I received a call every week to inform me the progress of my order and the window was put in on a day that I agreed to due to weather.I would recommend NESCOR for any services they provide. I have gutter guards and a attic blanket from this company also and our heat bill has been reduced.And we no longer climb a latter to clean gutters. We did have a bird nest in the gutter and they came to clean out the gutter and made adjustments at no charge.

AJoe's team did an excellent job repairing wood siding in areas that had deteriorated over the past 35 years and painted the entire exterior. They were friendly, prompt, hard working and tolerant of my somewhat odd work schedule during the time they were on site. We would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted or siding replaced.
