AM & J Roofing LLCI had quotes from 3 other roofers and all I can say is....YIKES!!!! One wanted to go over top of the 2 other roofs on the house, one gave me all of the estimates and I never heard from them again despite like 20 phone calls, and one was 30 grand for 2600 squares soooooo, yeah....he wasn't getting the job. M&J came recommended by a friend and that's where everything started to go well. Louie came out as promised for the quote, made a recommendation to replace the gutters so he could do a better job of protecting from ice dams and was super reasonable. Over the past few years we have had a few things for Louie to do and he ALWAYS makes time for us. He is kind, punctual, thorough and absolutely the most competitively priced roofer in the area. As far as the work goes, the are efficient and NEAT, NEAT, NEAT. There was not so much as a single nail or scrap of material to be found anywhere on my property after a full tear-off and gutter replacement. I would recommend these guys to anyone if you want the best warranty, price and overall experience. I threw some photos in of the job with before and after to give an idea of how they work. I will add that the tear-off on my house was a nightmare. :)- Charles B.

From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. DHE CHARGED $499, call it $500 for an estimate on a 3 family that needed some TLC. NO ROOM FOR NEGOTIATION, HE WAS FIRM ON THAT PRICE and said the price can go up smh. *If you are requesting repair quote/estimate on a property that you haven't owned yet but need the estimate to come up with your purchase price please asked how much they are charging for the estimate before having them come out. I thought the estimate was free. Lessoned learnt. He called me before he sent the estimate and I told him that the deal fall through, he didn't have the conscience to give a discount. He was like you paid for the estimate I will send it anyway. I still did not get the estimate on time even after paying that amount for the estimate.

AWeathertite was very patient and accommodating while I negotiated with my insurance company. They were nice enough to complete half the job to make my house weather tight. Then come back to finish the job several months later once I was through with the insurance company. Each time their work was fast, efficient and, most important, of very high quality. Their clean up was immaculate. When they left except for the new roof, you would never have known they had been there.
