Aappliance prosRefrigerator was making noise. Jared originally gave quote to replace and fix parts. When he came back to put in parts some of the concerns had resolved on their own. Jared did not think it was fair to charge the full quoted amount since some of the parts did not need replacement so he adjusted the invoice. I believe trust, fairness and honesty are very important and the secret to returning customers . When the dishwasher was broken at a later point we went back with Jared who helped us replace and install our dishwasher since fixing it was not worth it. I recommend Jared and Helping Hands without reservation.- Kostas K.

AA Action ApplianceVery impressed with their follow up messaging both phone and emails. We were kept informed from an early AM call to estimate repair day and time as well as progress of tech to arrive the day of repair. Due to the Covid19 a new refrig was estimated to be 60-90 days away - none in stock due to manufacturer shutdowns. The part required was a blower motor and was shipped to our home in about a week. We then called Action Appl. to complete job and lived " happily ever after " Our tech was super polite and explained the problem in detail.- Paul Y.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
