    Technician had to come several times to fix the problem and bad mouthed the company and his co-workers constantly. I thought he was rude and incompetent. I complained to management but they kept sending him out. DO NOT USE PETRO

    Mike was punctual for the apptments for estimate....had the quote to me later in the day. His quote was best for what he proposed to provide.....all new parts, use of licensed electrician, all to code. Others provided quotes using existing parts or lacking code requirements. His crew was courteous and pleasant. Mike was on the job checking in at time points that made me confident he was in charge of everything for this 2 day job. The existing piping was a jungle...he organized it and moved the equipment to a more sensible position. Highly recommend this contractor.

    This is an excellent company to deal with. I have been doing business with them for over 20 years. Their prices are competitive. They offer different purchasing plans. Oil deliveries are automatic so I don't have to worry about running out of oil. Maintenance service on the burner is performed once a year and they are available 24/7 should any problems arise. I also like dealing with this company because they are a local business and they constantly show up as a contributor to charitable programs in town.

    oil furnace stopped.  consulted angie's list and found jennings (coincidentally my oil delivery people.  I didn't think of them first; that's how upsetting it is when a furnace stops.) tech came out and went straight to the problems.  great price, not an arm and a leg.  overall great visit.

    Aire Serv was able to accommodate us on a weekend with very little notice. They arrived slightly before the time promised. They quickly diagnosed and repaired the problem (a controller that had gotten wet), and even identified the cause of the problem (water leaking down our flu). The repair was done so quickly it made the repair cost seem excessive (at least on a per hour basis). But that comes with the territory on a weekend heating house call, so I certainly won't complain. I would recommend Aire Serv and use them in the future.

    Called to see if they could repair a broken zone valve on my boiler heating system.  Man on phone asked who my oil company was, and when I told him I didn't have a contract with anyone, that I just bought oil at market price as needed, he said he was too busy.  When I asked if he would do the repair if I had an oil contract with them, he said yes.  So basically, he only had time for me if he was already selling me oil; he wasn't interested in trying to earn my oil business by providing service first.  Needless to say, I will neither be buying oil from them nor using them to service my boiler.  And that's too bad because I'm pretty sure they installed the boiler in my house.

    Mike was on time & was honest. He told us it would be cheaper to replace the motor instead of the entire attic fan. He purchased a new motor & replaced it. We have used him in the past & we will continue to use him. Mike is professional, honest & he does good work.

    They took about 4 days to install, with 2 workers there all the time, and then a third worker would sometimes come toward the end of the day. The lead worker always explained what they were doing, very neat, and professional. Even though in was late August 2010, it was still very hot working in the attic and they still stayed until 4:30 - 5:00 every day. The job was finished on a Friday night. There was a problem with the air purifier when the new system was first started. The lead worker said they would order a new part. We used the air conditioning a little bit during the next week and felt the kitchen/ family room was not as cool as the rest of the house. They came out to balance the air flow.  The part for the air purifier was installed about 3 weeks later. We did not use the A/C after this (it was the end of Sept. 2010). During the winter of 2011,  I saw 20/20 at a home show and talked to the owner and said we never had a final walk through due to the problem with the air purifier. He said to call in early summer (2011) and he would do the walk through with us. Early summer we used the A/C and still felt the kitchen/ family room was not as cool as the rest of the house. The owner came out with his service manager and agreed to add another register that would be in the family room. The service manager came back about a week later and added the new register. This made a huge difference to the cooling of this room. We are completely satisfied. The owner never hesitated about doing what ever it took to make sure we were happy with this system.
