Ben was delayed by emergency job but called to let me know he would be a bit late. He arrived shortly thereafter and completed the job to my total satisfaction within two hours. His quote was best for what he proposed to provide.....all new parts, use of licensed electrician, all to code. Others provided quotes using existing parts or lacking code requirements. His crew was courteous and pleasant. Mike was on the job checking in at time points that made me confident he was in charge of everything for this 2 day job. Gary considered all of my heating/ac/humidity concerns, took full measurements of my condo, system and energy calculations, and recommended three good options of Bryant electric split heat pump systems. I ended up choosing the most efficient top of the line model as I was replacing a 25+ year old unit. I felt that the price was fair and even if I could have found a slightly lower price, I was very comfortable hiring Pelletier based on Gary’s initial follow-up, professionalism and thoroughness when quoting my job. AI've never had my ducts cleaned so wasn't sure what to expect. Seemed like a fairly straightforward cleaning. Technician made some decent recommendations and pointed out a few issues with the system. He pulled a bunch of lint out of our dryer vent so I'm looking forward to a more efficient dryer as well. Would recommend to others.

Bwhen tech showed up the dryer seemed to be working and heating however it did not when I called, seemed the heating element was cracked creating and off and on working condition. I went ahead to repair the problem by purchasing a new heating element. I was surprised however that the tech expected me to pay in full before he ordered the part and repaired the problem, but I did using my credit card knowing if there was a issue the credit card co. would have my back, The part was order and Alex fixed it as soon as it came in and was great
