    In our experience, and some others, "Dr. Mags" can be volatile. He uses the pet's medical records to record negative remarks and notes about the customers. We called to ask about our pets symptoms and got Stephanie who did not demonstrate knowledge about them and when we asked a few questions she became less than professional and sarcastic. We received a call back from the receptionist/tech and she too didn't understand our question. We were worried about our pet so we insisted on speaking to "the vet." Now, in our case, "the vet" was Dr. Kennedy - who is lovely - but instead we got a call from "Dr. Mags," who ranted and raved, first at my wife, about us having "a problem" and then at me. This guy went on extended diatribes during two separate phone calls to the extent that neither my wife nor I could say more than a few words each. Finally, after being yelled at for 10 minutes, we asked for our records. He said "No, no. I have thirty days and I have to write this up. I'm going to write this all up." He did all this ranting while we had him on speaker phone with a woman who was nearby us listening in the whole time. Turns out, Spring Glen was angry at us for giving them a poor review in their pricing BUT ON THEIR OWN WEBSITE. "Dr. Mags" did not once ask about our pet's condition or symptoms. We contacted our attorney about getting our sick pet's records. The next day, we got a hostile and misguided email from Kayla (who appears to be very close to "Dr. Mags") and she was also hostile. Spring Glen's prices are about 25 to 30 percent higher than other local vets. Their medications are 100% more than online vendors and 50% more than other vets we called. We should have dropped Spring Glen back in 2016 when "Dr. Mags" yelled at us because we questioned why he gave our pet a second heartworm test when it was in our pet's record that he had just had one. "Dr. Mags" told us then that it wasn't his responsibility to know the pet's medical history. Having a pet that is ill can be stressful. People shouldn't be yelled at by their vet and their vet should not be using the medical record to record misleading statements and lies about pet owners in order to protect himself from his anger problem.

    Dr. Amy Almo is the veterinarian. We started going to her with an previous dog. They were incredible. We were very happy to find them, and have been using them for two years. When you find someone to talk to you. She wasn't directive, but the pros and cons, and was helpful, and held our hand. The clients, the owner of the animal, and you have the animal. Both are just as important.

    It went perfectly fine. This place is fairly new so it is clean, bright and light. The dogs have plenty of room to move around. They are very attentive to each dogs special needs (medication had to be given on a daily basis, which they took care). Highly recommend their services.

    I contacted Wagging Tails to have the mobile grooming service at my home for our small shih-poo. i have been using a dog grooming service in the community.  I have been dissatisfied with the service due to poor scheduling,  the use of crating and extra long grooming time. I have been upset that our dog often appeared anxious and not herself after her grooming. Our dog was overdue to be groomed and really needed grooming quickly. After explaining the situation, Wagging Tails worked very hard to fit me in within a few days. We scheduled an appointment for 8 am. Mandy arrived right before 8. She was wonderful with our dog. She first explained what she would be doing and asked how we wanted her groomed. Since this was the first time, my daughter and Mandy walked our dog to the mobile van. In less than 45 minutes, our dog was back at our door. She looked beautiful but most of all she was calm and unstressed! Mandee was wonderful with our dog!

    Was looking for quotes from different pet-sitters for a last minute situation that came up. Filled out the form on their website detailing the situation (2 cats, need to be fed, nothing crazy). Didn't hear back by the next day so I called them to see if they would be able to help. The person who answered the phone indicated he did receive my request but wasn't able to accommodate us because of how soon we needed service (their website does say they offer last-minute services). This would be fine, except he also said this was the reason he hadn't replied. A courtesy reply is the absolute minimum a business can do. I wasn't able to use their services this time and definitely won't be using them ever in the future.

    Cindi Case does an amazing job.  My dogs always come out in show dog quality.  Cindi is a wonderful person and groomer.  She loves dogs and cares for yours as if they were her own.  Her shop is clean and comfortable for the dogs.  She can do any style cut and listens to the owners always getting things just right.  I drive almost an hour since she is the best.

    The service was excellent. The staff was excellent. I would heartily recommend them. With regard to price, they seemed fair. With regard to punctuality, it's an emergency hospital, so we get bumped. It doesn’t mean that we won't wait if there is something more urgent. I would absolutely use them again in the future.

    We have used Mt Carmel Vet for the past 25 years for our dogs and cats. Although the hospital has changed ownership, the original vet still works part-time and still is at the top of his game. The new owner has changed office and tech staff, too. This is difficult because the previous employees were so great, and we miss them. However I am sure we will grow to appreciate the new staff as well. Of the 3 new vets, I have met 2, and they clearly love animals and know how to care for them. They have all helped us thru severe illnesses of our elderly pets as well as reminded us how to care for our new pup. I have trusted these vets with the lives of the pets who mean the world to me and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

    I do not know how the fees compare to those in other vet practices but feel that my money is well spent.

    Spring Glen Veterinary Services is a wonderful community resource in the neighborhood. They're a small practice of really nice people and smart providers. They are not the modern, hi-tech kind of practice, but that is not necessary for the work that they do. They're understanding, patient, and responsive to all of our needs. Their on call-service is a little delayed, with sometimes taking till the next morning to return an emergency phone call. However, despite this, they provide good follow-up and communicate well with the local emergency vet for true emergenices. We appreciate having this resource in the community and we would not hesitate to recommend either of the vets there for routine veterinary services.

    Owner did not want my dog to attend the day care and she had reasons she thought were valid YET she signed my dog for up for pre paid doggie day care days and then refused to accept him and refused to give me my money back . !!!!!

    Went to court , she has policy of non refundable so I lost . However her keeping my $250 and not providing the service showed a lack of integrity as a business owner . I gladly would not of brought my dog back but she felt entitled to keep my $250 . All she had to do was refund my money and say she would not take him . Why she waned to keep my money is WRONG!!
    Would not recommend

    Overall this business is doomed to fail with her as an owner and manager . Do not use and pass the word .
