    Sometimes there was a wait in the waiting room once I arrived, but in a hospital setting, that is to be expected and it was not excessive. The exams were done efficiently, with care for my comfort throughout. I would rather wait a bit and have the expertise of YNHH physicians and up to date technology.

    There is a lot of confusion about when to deliver the medicine and on the medicine dosing. I had to call them to get the problem straightened out. We've had some problems with the pharmacy itself trying to get the dosage right. However, the nurse shows up on time to administer the medicine.

    I arrived for my appointment and was seen by the receptionist who checked my appointment information . I then took a seat in the waiting area which was clean and comfortable. I was screened by nurse who went over my meds and medical history and was then seen by Ms. Ferraro. She gave me my yearly check-up,asked if I had any questions or concerns. She is quite personable and an excellent
    nurse-practitioner. I have been seeing Ms. Ferraro for several years and would highly recommend her.

    Nothing really stood out on this visit. The first time was horrible. The help and staff were horrible. I had a massive stroke and the whole left side of my body was paralyzed. I was hooked up to tubes and things. To get somebody to bring a bedpan took an act of God. Then they would leave me on there for hours. I thought the bedpan was going to dig into my flesh and become a part of me. The aide or nurse told me that she was on break and couldn't take care of me because Lincoln freed the slaves. She said she was on break and wasn't going to be cow-towing to me. I had been waiting for an hour for a bedpan. The last experience went from an "F" to a "C". I spent 6 days there and I swear that if I had spent another 6 days, they would have been putting me under the ground. Each day felt worse than the day before. They sent me a form after I was released and I outlined everything about my experience. They never contacted me so apparently they were not interested in what I had to say. I don't have a lot of choice because they just bought the only one hospital around here. There is no choice unless I want to go to another part of the state.

    These pharmacy personnel went over and above to determine which insurance carrier i was switched to and what my out of pocket cost would be.  The tech, Ron, was very busy but made me feel like the only person in the store.

    I don’t go there anymore. My wife gets her stuff mailed from the insurance company.  It’s been a while since I have been there.  The head pharmacist there may have saved my life because one of the doctors who did one of urethrotomies didn’t tell me that he was having one of his residents do it while he was there.  She prescribed a drug which I was allergic to. The pharmacist asked me to try something which was the same thing but was not that.  I am one of those people where if I like what you do and you do it well I like to tell the people who you work for. When I was working I used to tell my customers if you like what I am doing then tell my boss and if you don’t like what I am doing then tell me.

    She's Dr. Watsky's assistant and I see her occasionally.  She’s excellent too.  She and Dr. Watsky work out of the same office.  I would continue to consult her in the future.

    My experience is excellent. I have been using this pharmacy and store for years. They are always accurate on their prescriptions and very prompt. Two employees in the pharmacy know me by name and are very personable towards me and treat me like a friend. I will continue to use them on a regular basis. They make the billing easy when working with my insurance. I did repeatedly have a problem with my state insurance but it was resolved.
