Worker was great. There was some taping done and and I could still see the crack and call the owner and he came over to look at it and sent the worker back the next day to fix it and it looks terrific now. Looking forward to getting it painted!

Excellent experience. Joseph (Jose) did a wonderful job with a problem bed that needed re-assembly and made short work putting a chair together. He was prompt, professional and very clever, devising an ingenious way to solve a problem. Very satisfied.

Well done. Noel was responsive and let me know the approximate cost based on the time likely to be spent on the multiple jobs. Noel sent Luis, who arrived exactly 1 minute early. Luis was professional, quiet, clean, respectful and quick. Luis did an excellent job with job and cleaned up after himself after each job. All in all, Luis spent the better part of the day at our house, quickly moving from project to project until everything except the toilet gasket was done. Luis reported in as to the projects' completions, and then stated that he needed a different part for the toilet gasket (the two that he had did not fit), and had to return on a different day. Luis scheduled his next arrival, came 1 minute early again, replaced the gasket quickly, cleaned up and left after reporting in. There may be slightly cheaper options, but really, when you need a job finished and you want to trust in the product, then you really want Luis on the job.

From the moment Brian stepped into our house, I knew he had more on his mind than just the exclusion process we signed up for. He spent about 2 hours going through the house to identify what rodent issues we had. I actually didn't tell him we had any issues outside of I heard some thumping in the attic (we had moved in 2 weeks prior). He took pictures and documented everything for us which took about a week to put together. That was just the initial inspection (Angie's deal).
In addition to the exclusion related items, Brian went well beyond his scope of services to basically do another home inspection for us, identifying over a dozen things our home inspector missed, including a mold issue! Now I can't say I was excited to learn of these new issues having just moved in, but Brian went out of his way to explain everything in detail and give me comfort it was all manageable. He saw I was somewhat handy, so he walked me through the things I could take care of myself, and recommended service providers for the bigger things. He even went as far as taking care of a few things for me during the seal process.
The seal itself took a couple weeks (5,500 sq ft colonial), including trapping / clearing the house. We had bats, flying squirrels, and mice; quite the party we were having in our basement and attic. Since the seal, we haven't had anything in the house even though Brian gladly responded to a couple false alarms over the winter.
You might ask yourself why is this review titled bait and switch. I signed up for the Angie's deal because Thoroughspect was rated well and frankly it was very reasonable cost-wise to find out what I had going on in the attic. The bait it is you think you're getting an exterminator, and the switch is you get Brian. Without sharing all the other details, he genuinely cares about you and your family and is really there to be a partner not just a service provider. It's not everyday you're comfortable giving the keys to your house over to a stranger and his crew for a couple weeks with wife and young kids at home. As I've told Brian, I've never been happier working with someone on a real estate related project. Furthermore, he's still happy to take a call or respond to an email months after completing service. He's a wealth of knowledge and truly a great person, not just the next contractor looking to make a buck (although you should still plan on paying him as he's worth every dollar).

Mike Miller was wonderful to work with on our large project which included a number of the unexpected problems and obstacles that often happen when working on an older house. He takes obvious pride in his work. Through all phases from estimate to demolition to job management to finishing, Mike was professional, skilled, punctual, and courteous. He did a great job hiring good subcontractors and overseeing their projects and schedules. We've lived with our project results for a couple of years and have been very satisfied.

I feel it's very easy to talk with Felix and he's very responsive and offers fair, competitive pricing.  I would recommend calling them a month in advance as they're a busier business.  The quality of their work is excellent and he makes sure everything is done at a very high level of quality and oversees the work.

    Trust Builders, LLC
He is very professional and has great communication skills.  He responded to text and email, provided updates and was very punctual.
The work was well done and looks nice.
My only complaint is that he quoted me for the entire job and I paid that amount.    I happened to have a painter working in the house at the same time, on other projects.  The two of them apparently agreed that the painter would do the sanding, frame priming and painting and touch up.  This wound up costing me an additional  $250 from the painter.
I would hire him again, but I would be more specific about the completion of the work.

Noel was very professional and timely with the quote.   The quote included all of the details of the job and a start and end date.  The job started and ended on time.   Marco completed the majority of the work.   He was very professional and the quality of the work was outstanding.   Each evening Marco cleaned up the area he had worked in, including using a metal detector to ensure all nails, etc. were picked up.  We were responsible to provide the bulkhead door and the door ended up being delayed, Noel accommodated the revised schedule.

Georges Home Improvement & Handyman LLC
George arrived the week before to do a quotation for the work and itemized all the tasks. He also made sure that he knew what he would need to bring to complete the work.  George's communication was very good when he couldn't locate one of the parts that we needed.  He arrived when scheduled both for the estimate and to perform the work.  He made a couple of very helpful suggestions while he was here.
