ATetlow Builders LLCWe are absolutely thrilled with the work that was done to our home. Dave and his crew were punctual and personable. Along with the siding, he got our garage door installed as well and we were very pleasantly surprised when Dave did a couple of extra things that were not included in the contract.( installed some recessed lights for our porches and direct wired our Ring doorbell). We feel he went above and beyond for this job and would gladly hire him again for our next contracting need! Even our Newfie loved him! :)- Brian D.

When I didn't understand something, or had additional questions - he always took the time to explain in a concise manner and made sure I was up to speed. High quality work done in a timely fashion for a fair price.... not sure what else you could want out of someone when you are entrusting them in and with your home. FLUKE CAHOON BUILDING & RMDLNGHeadline: Extremely slow to respond, Horrible pricing I had them come down for an estimate to replace an exterior door. Seemed nice and professional and I had high hopes. I was told I would get an estimate in 1 week. After me having to reach out to THEM multiple times and being given the run-around, I finally got my estimate 4 WEEKS LATER. That aside, the estimate to simply replace an exterior door and frame (and add a screen door) came to $3,700! For those that don’t know, the avg. price should be between $500-$1,800 as a high end price. This was MORE than double it. The price also included a porta-potty. If you have a couple of people who know what they’re doing it should take about 3 hours to get this all done. After all the hassle I had to go through just to get the estimate, when I saw this price I was just extremely disappointed. I never got back to them and they never reached back out to me. My suggestion is to look elsewhere.- Joe E.

ATetlow Builders LLCDave Tetlow is a solid builder with a high integrity. He built trust with us on our project with great communication and follow through. Many times, Dave went above and beyond to help us and finish our project to our satisfaction. My husband is a fine artist so we had many details that we wanted in a certain way, and Dave was flexible with the execution. Sometimes we had long delays with our project, but that is expected with a complete rebuild like ours. The project lasted for a year and a half, from when the fire portion of the house was deconstructed until Dave's crew finished with their portion. They deconstructed the house by hand so we could save precious beams (pre-blight chestnut) for us to re-purpose in a creative way in the new house. There are many other cases I can state of where he made a big difference for us. I'm really glad we worked with Dave. He did a wonderful job.- Amy L.

ATetlow Builders LLCDave Tetlow was always punctual,professional, and overall great to work with. The quality of the work done on our home was top notch. Dave and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. For instance the insurance company quoted us to have roll on insulation to be put into the house. But Dave had blown in insulation put in, our house is now so well insulated we actually had to crack open a few windows during the winter because it was so warm. That's just one example of all of the extra things he did for us. I would recommend him to anyone.- Pablo C.

AI will start out by saying, I wish there were more start to describe my experience in working with Rosado Custom Homes and Victor. We recently bought a single family home and worked with Victor and his team to add/repair/upgrade a bunch of things in the house before we moved in. Here are a few things I want to highlight about that experience: 1. Super-responsive: Victor was super-responsive right from the first email I sent him to request a quote. He always responded promptly to all my questions. 2. Timely: The project was completed in a very timely fashion. I had heard of many horror stories from others about delays and we were already working on a tight timeline. Victor and team completed the work within the agreed upon timeframe. 3. Knowledgeable: Victor helped us in making several decisions regarding the repairs/additions. He is super knowledgeable and made several suggestions along the way that helped us do things the "right" and most efficient way. 4. Professionalism: I was very impressed by Victor's professionalism and work ethics. He made sure the work was done to a high quality standard. I will definitely work with him again in the future on my other projects and recommend him to my family/friends.

AGreat, Dave stayed within our budget and our addition looks like it was part of a whole new home construction. We were really impressed with Dave Kinsella's design concepts and the workmanship was high quality even though we were on a tight budget. Dave comes from a big family so he understands money and time constraints plus he wants his projects to look as aesthetically pleasing to his clients as possible. We would definitely hire Dave again.
