I have been a patient in this practice for at least 10+ years and feel I can speak to their service honestly. I have found the office staff to be consistently professional, pleasant and follow-up has been excellent. On this most recent visit I was seen promptly by the technician who did the preliminary screening and noted any changes and questions I had. I did wait for approximately 10 minutes before seeing the ophthalmologist, but I find that the attention you receive is always worth the wait. My appointment was not rushed, was professional and very detailed. There was adequate time to comfortably ask questions and discuss my individual concerns. As in the past, the doctor walked me to the service desk when the appointment was over and asked if there was anything else that was needed. In this case, the office staff scheduled an appointment on the phone with a specialist and made sure I had the contact information and directions before I left. Most importantly, I am confident that I am receiving consistently excellent vision care and advise.

I was able to get a scheduled appointment (as a new patient) about 3-4 weeks from the day I called. I was called the week before the appointment asking to reschedule the appointment. I got an appointment at the same time the day after the originally scheduled day.
At the office, we were called in about 20 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. My girls were seen by a technician (who actually performed most of the work). He was patient, friendly and made my kids feel comfortable and at ease.
After being seen by the technician, we had to wait an additional 15 minutes to see the Ophthalmologist. Dr. Haim was extremely nice and complemented my children on their behavior. He verified the evaluation the technician performed and wrote prescriptions for glasses for both of my children. He explained their current vision situation and provided a clear recommendation. He made clear that we were to call him at any time over the next year for any reason.
I could not have asked for much of better experience other than maybe a shorter wait time.

I went to Dr Falck for years before he recommended ReSTOR lenses for me, which would require removal of my natural lenses and an artificial, multi-focal lens implanted.  I was having difficulty seeing my clock across the room on my bureau and he said, with the new lens, I would be able to see near, middle, and far distances without glasses, and that I would never need glass again, except for, maybe, a minor prescription for reading small print. He said I was a perfect candidate for the surgery because my eyes were healthy and I didn't have any astigmatisms.  He also told me that I had the beginning of cataracts. Trusting this doctor who I had seen for years, I agreed to the surgery.  After the surgery I had starbursts, halos, and blurry vision.  I could read without glass but could no longer see people's faces clearly, see road signs when driving, or see projected presentations at meetings, to name a few issues.  When I told Dr Falck about the problems I was having, he said that it was natural and that my mind needed to adjust to the new lenses.  He had me come back every 3 months to check my vision.  Each time, I pressed him about why I my vision was worse, not better.  He said it was the lens bag which holds the lens, so he erased it with laser surgery.  When he blamed some of the blurriness on an astigmatism he had to correct in surgery, I was perplexed and said, "I thought you said I didn't have any stigmatisms."  He got rather annoyed and mumbled, "Well, you did."  As time went on and my eyesight got no better, I told him that the reason I got the surgery in the first place was because I couldn't see my clock in the morning, and, now, I still can't see my clock in the morning.  To which he replied, "Well, then move your clock closer to your bed."  Seriously? You would think that he could have told me that before I spent thousands of dollars on new lenses to improve my eyesight and countless hours sitting in his waiting room and examining room.  But the real surprise came when he gave me a prescription for glasses with yellow lenses, which were supposed to reduce blurriness due to glare and help me see at night.  He told me that they were just plain, tinted glasses - no prescription.  Well, that isn't what the person at the optics stored told me!  So, why the lie?  Then, I began to see clearly, figuratively speaking.  I went to another ophthalmologist to understand exactly what was wrong with my eyesight because I was not getting any answers from Dr Falck.  He told me that he would never have recommended the surgery for me. and that the only way to mitigate the poor sight would be to have the ReSTOR lenses replace with regular lenses but that the surgery would be very complicated because the lens bag has been removed, which means, if they take out the lens, the eye fluid would follow. (Gross, I know)  I opted to keep my sight, as is. But I would highly, highly recommend that you seek a second opinion before any surgery, and especially if you have this man as a doctor. You may think I'm slow on the uptake but the sad thing is, I trusted him.

Came in a few minutes early - went straight in to the four different computer assessment stations with a technician, then right into the chair for the personnal standard exam and history/update with the Doctor. Was all done in less than 30 minutes - and then shifted over to the new glasses team who were very helpful in making sure my lack of care for fashion did NOT result in my wife / kids sending me back for getting "dorky" glasses.
