ALucky Lawn Sprinkler CoWe contacted Lucky Lawn in desperation after a long period of drought threatened to ruin the lawn we worked so hard to nurture. They came out to our property and provided us with an estimate which was very reasonable for about half an acre. We were lucky that an opening for the install had opened up two days after our initial contact. We were set up and on our way! The install team was on time and extremely professional and knowledgeable about their work. We had nine zones installed and the system was up and running in 3 1/2 hours! And if you've never seen what has to be done, this is terrific! Great care was taken to correctly position each sprinkler head to insure roads, driveways, and the like didn't get watered. Joe told us that when they were done, we wouldn't know that they had been there - and he was right! One of his team helped set up an app on our phone to manage the system and insured it was working properly. The plumbing needed was done perfectly and everything is working beautifully, We are very pleased with our new system. Kudos to a great team!- Anne B.

FAble IrrigationNot good. Asked for estimate to get my system up and running. Office staff surly and insisted I had payment ready when tech came. Fine. Tech came. I paid. Never followed up. This was months ago and I’m still waiting for estimate. I finally hired someone else. I continued to be billed for the “estimate”. I contested. I had paid cash and didn’t get a receipt. Tech agreed that I paid but was a check. On it went. When contesting, they had the balls to ask if I still wanted them to winterize my system. WOW!! Beware!- Glenn C.

AWe highly recommend Turning Green; they are the absolute best at lawn care. I have lived in Greenwich for over 16 years and during that time we have tried many different companies to treat our lawn, from large national chains, to local firms - all great disappointments (our last was a Greenwich based firm and they were a disaster as we lost our lawn to chinch bugs). We hired Turning Green three years ago to save our lawn from this disaster and our lawn is now absolutely the best it has ever been, or could be. As I write this review, one crew is applying fungicide to our lawn and literally spraying/covering every square inch of our large lawn. Prior to that another crew arrived and applied fertilizer. Their attention to detail is amazing and they miss nothing. They are all extremely polite and answer questions knowledgeably. Contrary to other reviews the office staff is attentive/responsive and Oscar is a pleasure to work with. If I could give them more stars I would. All in all they are the best at their job and we could not be happier. PS. Our landscaper (who does not do applications) also comments on how good the grass looks.

FAfter several attempts via through Angie's email and calling, this vendor did not respond in any way to any requests for communication. With my desire to have what I thought was a recommended vendor provide at least an estimate for a major much needed clean up of my neglected lawn and yard due to the inability to it myself (health issues), I also sought to have regular maintenance year round but received zero responses from this vendor. If a vendor is too busy or can no longer accept new customers, they should at very least be courteous and professional enough to respond with an answer, no matter what it may be. Don't waste your time with this vendor!!
