    I have been going to Dr. Schmitt for close to 15 years. he is a very good dentist. I believe that his strong suit is that he really stands by his work and really cares that you are being given the attention that you need. He is a very competent and thorough dentist. His hygienist staff is beyond reproach.  They are an amazing team. I would recommend him to anyone, and have!

    We couldn't be more pleased with the professionalism and friendliness of the staff. The facilities are also top-notch, with television screens above all the dental chairs so you can keep your mind off the procedures. I'm going to bring my whole family here! They also have pediatric specialists, though we haven't seen any yet.

    The dentist and hygenists were very professional, polite and thorough.
    The billing manager, on the other hand, was a nightmare.
    My husband and I went for cleanings a week apart. Somehow, the insurance company processed both cleanings as if my husband had them, and so rejected one as and quot;too many cleanings in 6 monthsand quot;. I called and spoke to the billing manager. She insisted that they sent the claim correctly and I had to talk to the insurance company. I did. They said they received them both for my husband as the patient. After several phone calls, I made an appointment with the billing manager for the next week to sit down and figure it out. At this point, she was very unfriendly on the phone, telling me that they only submit insurance info as a convenience to their clients, and she really has no obligation to help me.
    I went in as planned, saw her walk into the office and shut the door, and call the receptionist (6 feet away) and say she was unavailable. Luckily, the office manager came out, I explained what happened, and she helped me. An hour and a half later, she finally gave up since it was so messed up. I gave her a check for $17 (instead of the $350 the billing manager insisted I pay), and we called it even.
    This experience with the billing manager was SO BAD, the niceness of the office manager, the dentist, and the hygenists cannot make up for it. I will never go back there.

    I have used Shoreline Dental since 2000. Not only are the staff and dentist great, they are able to shoehorn you in for emergencies-- I had an old filling from my prior dentist fall out in the evening and by 8am less than 12 hrs later I was in the chair getting it replaced. They are very kind and empathetic. The hygienists are knowledgeable, friendly, and manually skilled (not hacks that make a cleaning painful). My mom used them since 1997 and also had great experiences.

    Was seen within 45 minutes of calling office.  Area was inspected and old X-rays of the area were compared to a new one that was taken.  Was given Rx for antibiotics and referred to an oral surgeon for treatment.

    He is a really suburb dentist. He does prosthetics and also a whole deep cleaning thing. He is wonderful and excellent but he is expensive. I don't know if he is more expensive than anyone else but he is an oral surgeon and he is excellent. I will continue to see her. He done work so my husband has not lost teeth. He will explain in detail what he is doing and in language that makes sense. We will continue to see him.

    My experience went on well. I was transferred by another doctor's practice as he retired about a year ago. I am impressed with their staff and equipment. They have a very professional staff and digital x-rays and equipment. The effective of treatment was good.

    They are very, very good but they are kind of expensive. They make me feel real good and they don't hurt at all. The hygienists are fantastic. I have new insurance and I probably won't be going back to them until I get my insurance straightened out. They are very professional. There is no pain when I get dental work done because they have everything there to help me with the pain. They are great with that. Price wise, they are not going to be the least expensive dentist around. They are very punctual. The staff is pretty friendly. I would go back if my insurance covered them.

    They did the best they could do in a bad situation. They are very nice. It's a clean and large facility. They have the labs there to do certain things on site. They're just generally good people.
