    I had a treadmill which I had to take apart in order to move it and was unable to figure out how to put it back together. I searched Angie's List and found John. I called him on a saturday afternoon, explained the problem to him and he came 2 days later and not only put it back together but did a long overdue maintance for the cost of the maintenance only.
    I can't say how pleased I am with his service, not to mention his promptness in tending to my problem and his professionalism. I would highly recommend him.

    Bob not only arrived on time, he arrived early. This was by far my best experience with a repairman that I've ever had. Like I said, Bob was early, he immediately found out what was wrong with my refrigerator and fixed it, saving us from having to buy a new refrigerator. Bob was friendly and professional and told me step by step what he was doing. I called my husband at work and he even talked to him on the phone and explained everything to him that he was doing.

    The repair man issued a receipt with terms of applying our $111 towards any repair service done on that 'frig within the next 30 days.  ABLE APPLIANCE SERVICE Co also offered a Senior Citizens discount which makes a difference.  We felt the repair man was honest and helpful.

    I found Paul on Angies. He was super accommodating even when I had to reschedule twice due to personal issues. His tech, Marty, was super friendly and informative. He was able to diagnose issue with microwave and recommended not fixing as it would cost more than running it until it dies and then replace. The fridge was more complex, but figured out the issue and will get back to me with the part price. While he was here, also gave me some pointers about my dishwasher as well and some helpful websites to check out. I will definitely use this company as my go to appliance repair guys.

    Jim showed up on time and targeted the problem immediately as being wiht the thermal coupling in the dishewasher. He had the part on hand wand was able to complete the repaiur in less than an hour for a cost of $153 including parts.  He was very professional and answered all my questions.
    I will definitely recommend them and use them again!

    I called another Angies List provider (smaller company) got a 9AM appointment for Monday the 15th. Cost to come and diagnose was $65. Cost to do the total repair including parts was $153.00. Will be using and recommending that company goign forward.

    They were good.  We have used them before for appliance repair.  They are reliable.  They were one of the few places we contacted looking for estimates.  They are great.  We are actually considering them.  They are really good.  They were excellent.  They even put the booties on when they came.  They are really good.

    FIrst contacted them to fix my dryer, which was not getting heat. They arrived at the appointment late, and told me I needed three parts at 400.00 in order to fix the dryer. I asked if I could see if I could get the parts cheaper, and asked if it was worth it to fix the dryer or to switch to electric (a regular dryer wont fit down my stairs) and buy a new one. They said it was my decision, and it was fine to see if I could find them cheaper. I found them for 250.00 so thought it was worth it to move forward. Four months and numerous calls later (they dont return calls even when calls are made to their cell phones) , my dryer is still not fixed, and they are telling me just TODAY I need to pay an additional 500.00 for an additional part in order to fix the appliance. Absolutely horrible experience, will never use them again.

    Great Work. Kept us in the picture at every step exactly telling us what and why he was doing something.
    He verbally gave us a checklist as what components he felt was working good and what was not.
    He thoroughly fixed the issue and gave us pointers for further good practices. waited around to verify whether things were fine and the left.
    He talked to my warranty company and told them his estimate and honoured it and since he didn't work with them took payment from me and gave me an invoice to get a refund from CAP.

    I am very happy with his service.
