This facility has such professional and caring owners and staff. Two of my cats are special needs pets. The staff was wonderful about keeping us updated on the daily activity level and adjustment to their new surroundings. The updates included pictures of our cats relaxing or moving about during the daily activity time. The attention to detail concerning every aspect of our cats routine, personality, medications, food, litter type preference was superior. The organization of our cats medications, food, toys, and carriers was outstanding. We felt like we were leaving our pets with family. The facility is kept very clean and organized. They are extremely responsible about keeping the cats safe and secure. Everything about the facility has been well thought out. Chris who is one of the owners was fantastic about answering my many questions. It was clear to see that the other guests were happy and comfortable in their personal suites. I will definitely use this wonderful cat hotel in the future.

What a fantastic experience I had.  When I entered the store I was immediately greeted with a friendly hello, after asking what I was looking for the gentleman helped me find a few of my items.  I asked a few more questions and the gentleman realized I needed someone with a little more expertise in fencing.  Wallah... Cindy was before me answering all of my questions, she quickly assessed my needs, grinned and asked.... are you making a grape trellising system.  I said why yes and we talked about all the needs I would have.  I not only got all of my fencing/trellising needs taken care of, but had a great time getting it done.  Isn't it fantastic when you can have a great conversation about the project you are working on, with someone who knows what your needs are.  She was enthusiastic, helpful, and I probably spent more than I would have, but she identified my needs and the job got done correctly.  I asked how long she had been a sales associate at this location, only to find out that I had been dealing with the store manager.... Kudos to the Tractor Supply Company, Cindy is a credit to your organization.

I'm not sure if A or F is the best. What I will tell you is that I have been going there for eight years and wouldn't go anywhere else. They love your animals and are so compassionate. They never rush you. As far as price, I don't know what other vets charge so I can't judge. All I can say is that they are worth every $.

Brought my dog in for a referral consultation with their orthopedic surgeon. I found the dr.and employees there to be very friendly, compassionate and competent. They evaluated my pet's leg to determine if surgery would be needed, etc. Unfortunately, the price for the surgery was more than I could pay (all at once/no payment plans).

Went to a Pet Smart pet adoption event.  I adopted(purchased?) a dog.  A lot more $$ than I thought it would be after all the other items purchased.  BUT on the plus side; PetSmart employees were very knowledgeable in helping me find the correct pet supplies for my new dog.  Although that Pet Smart location is too far for me to go on a regular basis, I still do business with other Pet Smart stores @ closer locations.  They are a little pricey, but usually have what I'm looking for.  The employees are always very helpful and very available to ask questions.

I recently moved into the area and had to find a new Veterinarian for my multiple pets (3 cats, 2 dogs). I read some positive reviews of this practice and decided to bring my pets in for their annual checkups and shots.
I brought my 4 year old cat in first; she needed shots and was having a problem with drooling and bad breath. Upon arrival I was greeted in a prompt friendly manner. I was pleasantly surprised to see separate waiting areas for cats and dogs; a really nice set up for cats who are terrified of dogs. We only had to wait a few moments and then we were quickly escorted to a clean exam room where we talked with a personable Vet Tech, and Dr. Kristin Havier came in shortly thereafter, I found her demeanor to be warm and professional, and she actually took the time to talk to me (and my pet). It was determined that my cat had a few teeth that needed to come out. Dr. K answered all my questions about the procedure and addressed my concerns about anesthesia, etc. and I left feeling comfortable with my decision to use this practice.
In the meantime I had brought another one of my cats in for his shots and annual checkup, and I am happy to report that the experience was again positive.
A day or two later, they emailed me a plan for the oral procedure with a high and low cost estimate. I scheduled the procedure and they were able to do it within a short time frame. Trish, a Vet Tech, greeted me on the day of the procedure, she explained what would be done, and said she would call me with any updates. A few hours later I received a call from Trish who said my cat would need several teeth extracted, more than originally planned, and she explained the condition of the teeth and surrounding area. I agreed that she should proceed with the extractions and I was instructed to call later in the day to check on my cats condition. Happily, I was able to pick up my cat the same day and found the cost of the procedure came in under the original estimate because some of the cats teeth were so loose they did not have to do a lot of work to remove them. As an owner of multiple pets, I really appreciated that they were honest about the type of work done, kept me up to date on my pets condition and they were fairly priced. My cat came through the procedure just fine and she is now doing great.
The staff I have interacted with thus far have been friendly and professional, and I feel at ease speaking with Dr. K . A few other nice touches are the emailed appointment reminders, after-visit thank you notes, and the ability to access my pets records online. Overall, I am happy with this practice and Im confident in their ability to provide quality care for my pets.

Dr. Puskaric has been caring for most of my dogs and cats for several years, most recently at her new clinic. Her services and supplies are all reasonably priced, but I take my pets to her because she truly cares about the welfare of my animals first and foremost. The name of her clinic says it all.
My recent visit was with my cat who has chronic sinus problems. I was able to get an appointment quickly. My kitty has a complicated medical history, and Dr. Puskaric keeps that in mind when deciding how to treat him.
I can count on her to kind and gentle when working with my pets, to offer treatment options (even if that means a referral to another veterinarian), to be open-minded about alternative medicine (acupuncture, for example), to be honest when she's not sure about something (and to do research and follow up to educate herself).
The doctor and staff have dealt with all kinds of routine preventive measures (vaccinations, heartworm tests, etc) and ailments for my pets. Some of the ailments have been complicated and chronic (food allergies, bladder stones, chronic respiratory infections, cancer, injuries) requiring good diagnostic skills. I have always been satisfied with the treatment my pets have received.
The clinic is clean and quiet. My animals who normally have been frightened or stressed when going to the vet, seem to be much calmer when they are at this clinic.
Dr. Puskaric and her staff are really as nice as they appear to be. As an example, after one of my dogs lost her battle with cancer, the receptionist added her picture and some sweet words about her to a memorial album in the waiting area.
I have referred all my animal loving friends to this clinic.

Rhonda showed up as arranged at 9:00 am to groom our three dogs, two Pembroke Welsh Corgwn and a Labrador Retriever. The older Corgi is a "fluff", a long haired Corgi, (think golden retriever on dwarf legs) who was a big mess of mats and two layers of extra long coats. The other two are just your normal dogs. When making the appointment I stated that Josie's coat was particularly troublesome. She has back/hip problems and is very sensitive to touch and does not like being brushed when she hurts. I explained this to Rhonda and even suggested she might want to muzzle Jos for the brush out. She spent quite a while with Josie and said she didn't find it necessary to muzzle her at all. She was compliant and quiet the whole time. AND, she came out looking great! She hasn't looked this good in a long time. It has been years since someone was able to properly groom her and her scissor work was excellent. To top it all off, Josie was happy about it!! Jess and Angus were both well groomed, too, although neither of them presents much of a problem. All in all it was a tremendous experience for all of us, so much so that I have made an appointment for a repeat visit.
At the time of the initial appointment, which I made after contacting the owner through his website, I was quoted a price of $175 for three dogs. I told them that Josie had not been groomed for a while and had not been letting me comb her so she was a mess. After finishing with the dogs, the groomer added $15 for the extra time it took to finish with Josie. Not bad for the work that was done.

They did blood work, shots, nail trimming, and my dog needed a presciption for an ear infection. Dr. Efron is warm, kind and loving. His animals always come first. He is compassionate and just wonderful. He takes pride in his work and really bonds with his clients. He has been caring for my dogs for probably 27 years. They offer grooming at the facility and do a wonderful job.

We've had our dog boarded and groomed here several times. This July, our dog, who showed no evidence of having fleas when he entered the facility, brought home fleas from Village Pet Spa. When we discussed this with the owner, he was unwilling to accept any responsibiliy, even though they had given him a flea treatment and grooming during his one week stay. They claimed he was flea free when he came home. However, that evening he was reacting to fleas biting him. We could see the fleas on his body. Now, after spending an additional $150 to remove fleas from a house and pet that did not have them before, we will not be returning.
