    The movers were great, very careful and took direction well, as not all the furniture in the house was being moved. Owner of company was on-site to get the move started, then returned when job was finished to calculate the total cost and receive payment. Only snafu was that he realized a while later that he under-charged based on the signed contract, so he came back to pick up additional money.

    Both my wife and I have moved almost 7 times in our married life. We have found no one that compares to Top Tier Moving. We were extremely impressed with the overall service provided as they were all prompt, quick, and extremely professional. There were four gentlemen who worked extremely hard, for us, to make this move as pleasant as possible. Each of them treated our stuff as if it were their own which is a quality that is truly hard to find in movers. Rob was a packing master; able to utilize every bit of space in his truck. Not only did they surpass our expectations they made the move worry free. Our next move, which will happen, we will be calling them again.

    I hired Two Men and a Truck because I was impressed with my quote experience.  Steve in the Office was on another call, and
    returned my inquiry quickly, walking through detailed estimation & considerations.
    He discussed availability, pricing & services.  I had seen the facility on Route-3 & the trucks, so the name on Angie's List was a familiar suggestion.  I didn't know about the Charitable Contributions or community involvement until after I read about the company on the Internet. I based my decision on availability, quote experience & competitive pricing.
    One move day, the movers were running late from the previous move (much larger than expected on a very hot Summer Heat Wave Day), so I received update calls regularly & a third man added to the two contracted at no cost to complete the move in the time promised. 
    ne of theMy overall experience was excellent for a short 2-hour move, but I will call again for a larger one!
    These guys are professional, thoughtful, competent, enthusiastic and hard-working.  Absolutely nothing but praise for their attitude, comprehensiveness and great work!

    I've got nothing but good things to say about Chris and his team from 2 Young Studs Moving.  They were able to schedule an appointment on short notice with very reasonable rates.  The movers themselves were punctual, professional and clearly knew what they were doing.  They hustled the entire time and made the move a breeze.  The truck itself was clean and spacious, and they packed everything in such a way that nothing was damaged in transit.  Overall, they made moving day as easy as possible.  I can't recommend these guys enough.

    The move went very well. We were originally scheduled for 11 AM Wed. but they called the evening before to suggest moving up the time to get ahead of the impending snow storm. That was good. Jon and Deon arrived at 9:30 and had the truck loaded in less than an hour. They were very pleasant and professional and handled our items with care. At the locker they stowed the boxes and furniture so that we can gain access to whatever we need during the storage period. Moving can be stressful but their easy going competence and good cheer kept that far away.

    John arrived on time, quickly assessed the situation and got straight to work. Wall angles that had my Dad and I scratching our heads were no problem. Sometimes you just need professionals. He finished in less time than anticipated. I would without a doubt recommend John and his team to family, friends, and even strangers if they happen to ask me about a moving company.

    The movers themselves were punctual and professional.  A table leg with a long, exposed screw was put down on a hardwood floor and scratched it.  I immediately brought it to the team leader's attention.  He took a picture, wrote down notes and said that the owner would have someone contact me.  
    The next day, we realized that a small piece to our bed was missing and my husband thought it might have come loose and lost.  I called and left a message with Moving Robots to ask if a piece had been found on the truck and also that we had a scratch on a brazilian cherry floor that they should contact us about.
    I never heard back from anyone and they have both my e-mail and phone number.  I find it interesting that customer service is wonderful when you call for quotes and through the hiring process but as soon as the money exchanged hands, zero customer service.  
    I would not hire again or recommend them to anyone.  Their only saving grace is that the woman who scheduled the move and the movers were professional.  Shame on the owner!!!

    it went excellent! because the store forgot the mattress he offered  to come back the next day with the mattress. I orederd a platform bed with tons of drawers underneath and he put the whole thing together no prblem

    Mike Hughes did a great job selling Working Robots when he came by to estimate the logistics and costs of my move from CT to VT in the spring.  
    His crew was pleasant and they got the job done, though they ended up needing two full trucks after he had estimated needing only one.  This resulted in him moving to the highest end of his estimate, but I was grateful and appreciative that he did not exceed the top end of the estimate.
    Moving is stressful and the guys did a reasonably good job keeping their humor as the moving days extended longer than anticipated.  In the course of the move, they lost a component of our queen bed so that it was impossible to put the bed back together in our new home. They looked and we looked throughout their trucks and our space and the piece could not be found.
    The move happened on June 17th and I am writing this review on August 27th.  Mike has had more than two months to address this problem and resolve it and it has not yet been resolved, which is why I mark the responsiveness as bad.  I ultimately suggested that Mike put in an insurance claim (we did pay for insurance as part of the move) and figure out a fair compensation that we'd consider, but Mike encouraged us to find someone local to manufacture  a replacement piece, which we will try to do.
    I am impressed with Mike's spirit and great people skills - less so with the capacity to resolve problems.  I'm hoping that this will ultimately resolve well.

    I was treated to a fancy, polished presentation by the sales person regarding the "Mayflower difference" that convinced me to book them over United Van Lines, despite their quote being the highest of the three I obtained. Needless to say, I was disconcerted when a crew from United Van Lines showed up on the day of my move and then when I expressed that concern, I was told, dismissively, "It's the same company."
    If it was the same company, then I feel as if I should have paid the United Van Lines price since I did not receive the "Mayflower difference."
    Two members of the three-person crew were great but the driver was dismissive and condescending, at one point telling me not to "get hyped up" when I was moving. Essentially, this man told me, a woman, to "calm down" even though I wasn't receiving the services I had paid a premium for. The booking office essentially dismissed my concerns as well.
