The auto transport process with Executive Auto Shippers went very smoothly. As with all shipping brokers, they can't confirm exact shipment dates. Even after they've booked the carrier, the pick-up date is still given as an multiple day window. While this makes it hard to plan, I prefer that they were honest about the scheduling process instead of making false promises on meeting an exact schedule just to get my business. Communication was directly with the driver on the date of the actual pickup/drop. Price was comparable to other companies. When we called to advance the earliest pick-up date by a few days, the new quoted price was $80 less. So if your plans are flexible, you may be able to save some money by checking alternate dates.

Fantastic! I found Tim and Co to be very fair on their prices. As a AAA member I do get a discount, but unlike a dealership, through my AAA membership, the work is warrantied for 2 years. My 02 VW Passat has sentimental value and they have done their absolute best to keep her going!

keith is a guy you want for a mechanic. he's great at telling you exactly what you need, and what you don't. his prices are more than fair and his services are above and beyond your expectations. you can ask keith any question about your car and he'll tell you what you need to do and what you can wait on. i wouldn't bring my cars to any other mechanic.

Jim juliani refuses to fix my car. After 3 drop offs at no charge car is still leaking oil. It is a repairable job per Nissan but I can't afford the extra cost. I posted on juliani motors facebook account and he took 5 months to reply just to tell me he did me a favor, I didn't buy a new car and it is not repairable. Well why sell me a car that is not repairable it's a NECESSARY repair, not a quest to have a 10 year car be brand new.

If you are thinking about buying a car here, do NOT consider the "lifetime free" oil changes in your calculations.
All this consists of is $10 off the oil change and "multipoint inspection". You still end up paying $8 for the filter and $26 for the actual oil. And the "free" oil change requires you to do all maintenance there which includes a $40 tire rotation and balance.
Then on this trip got charged $125 for a brake flush at about 3 years, 30,000 plus a fancy computer printout that the car requires an "immediate" induction cleaning. Neither of these are required in the maintenance section of the owners manual at this point.
These extra services certainly do no harm to the car, but certainly hurt your wallet. If you do buy a car here (and their prices are good, and other than the free oil change pitch and usual push forextended  warrantee and doo dads, the purchase was easy.).
Instead, save your money by using an independent shop for the services that are listed in your owner's manual. What you save can be used towards other repairs down the road (tires, batteries, etc.).

I called a few days in advance to make sure I'd be able to get my car in for an interior detailing. I was steered away from a particularly busy day and came instead on the day recommended. The car was received right away and was finished pretty much on time. The work was thorough. All the areas I'd asked be given special attention were cleaned to my satisfaction. I was charged the price quoted over the phone, and the rate seemed fair for the scope of the job. Though my car is an older, nothing special vehicle, I felt it was treated the same as a much nicer, newer car. I would definitely use Classic Auto again and recommend to anyone.

I would highly recommend Victor Auto Body Works.  The service is excellent, they are very trustworthy and a pleasure to deal with on all transactions.  They genuinely care about the customer and the safe maintenance of  vehicles.

They were able to get us in right away.  They checked the problem, then gave us a call to give us the approximate cost.
They were able to do the work in a very short time and let us know that they had also checked the other windows' motors.
They gave us an estimate on the additional work that we were not prepared to do at the time.
The office staff did an outstanding job with helping my elderly mother and they were very patient with her and courteous too.

I always have my XTerra serviced at Middletown Nissan. They have excellent customer service, free shuttle service to and from anywhere in central Connecticut, and they do quality work. They do not try to push unnecessary services on me, so when they suggest something needs to be done it really needs to be done. They have extensive hours to make scheduling easy, and their service staff is friendly and attentive.

We first became aware of Brake Pro when we ordered new tires from Tire Rack as Brake Pro is a recommended installer of Tire Rack. Since Brake Pro was a local auto service provider, we have continued to patronize them for all of our auto service needs with great satisfaction. Their prices and services go above and beyond other auto service providers. Brake Pro is now our "go to" auto service provider!!!
