    They worked out well. He was very professional, there was only one thing that I was a little upset with. So, he mopped up all this gross stuff underneath the dishwasher with a towel I had given him and then he ended up wiping down our countertops with that same gross towel, so I had to disinfect half the kitchen afterwards. He was trying to be good, but he just kinda screwed up on that part. I didn't want to dock him too much, but I didn't want to give him an A on professionlism. I would use them again.

    I noticed water stain on ceiling, called plumber who advised me my dishwasher had a broken solinoid valve and advised me to contact appliance repair company. Dishwasher was under extended warranty and they sent this company. I had to wait about a week for an appointment.  Appointment made,  on that day gentleman phoned to advise what time he would be arriving. I explained what the plumber determined was wrong. Repairman asked  how old the dishwasher was, stated this type of repair  was usually found in older machines, in a less than friendly tone. He stated part would be ordered and someone would call me to schedule another appointment, in about a week.  So now that's 2 weeks waiting for repair. They did phone in a week and advised repairman would be out the next morning and he would phone before arriving. He did not phone, just showed up. He handed me a piece of paper that was hard to read due to many, many photocopying. I asked what this was and he said since the machine was broke before they came ( why else would I call for a repair if it was not broken?)  I needed to sign this paper that stated they were not responsible for any damage  or breaks they caused to my home, floor, walls etc. He stated if I did not want to sign the paper he would not do the work. I signed and advised him to be careful because I would pursue if any damage was done. In all the years I have had repairmen come to my home I never was asked to sign something like this. I attempted to ask him questions about the dishwasher and he was less than friendly. In the future I would ask the warranty company not to send this company.

    They are pricey but they are responsive and punctual. They always work efficiently and complete the job you ask. You can tell them what you are experiencing and they always bring different parts to repair the issue. 99% of the time, they have the needed part with them to complete the job that day.

    He tried a quick (and cheap fix) but it didn't end up working. I appreciated that he tried to save me money and when he had to come back to replace a part he just charged me for the parts, not the service call. I'll be calling them next time we have an appliance issue.

    Can't say enough what a great experience we had working with Harry and Kelly. Harry has been in the business for over 35 years and knows exactly what he is doing. He is also very responsive, professional and afforably priced. We have an older dryer that came with the house when we purchased it. It stopped heating the air the other day. We were fearing that we'd probably have to end up just buying a new one given it's age, etc. But Harry was able to fix it, had all the parts in stock and was at our home in less than a day from the time we called him. He even came to our home at 6:45AM so we didn't have to take time off from work. Could not be happier with every aspect of working with Harry and Kelly.

    The main problem is their customer service is in India and those people aren't trained and don't have the ability to really help you. They were supposed to come between 8 and 12 one day couple of weeks ago, but I got an automated call that they're going to be late. I called back and said I have a business call and I must be on between 1 and 1:30 and will be unavailable during that time. The person in India said they'll be there between 12 and 12:56. I said okay, but they didn't show up. I am on my business call at 1 o'clock and they kept calling my phone interrupting my business call oblivious to the fact that I called and informed that I might be unavailable from 1 to 1:30. It was later determined that the light in my range needed replacing and they would send the part directly to my house. They sent the parts to my house, but to me, it does not look like it's going to fit the range. It looks hiked its square and light in there now is round. I called them back and said hey, it doesn't look like it's going to fit and they basically said it looks like the right part to us and they didn't seem like they were at all interested in trying to address the issue. I got a feeling that they repaired guy is going to get here and realize that it's not the right part and then he will have to come back a third time.

    JAM returned my phone call within 24hrs and came over at a convenient time for both of us. Joe took the broken heating element with him to ensure that the replacement element would work. Due to the winter storm we experienced, Joe was delayed by one day. So, instead of the stove being fixed within 24hrs of the initial meeting it was fixed in 48hrs. My stove is working wonderfully. Thank you.

    I called and left a message. He returned my call that day and said he'd have to check on the part availability. He called back within 10 minutes and set up a visit for the next day. He was pleasant, courteous, and professional and completed the job within half an hour. An altogether satisfying experience.
