    David - owner of All Brands promptly answered our call, arrived when he said he would and diagnosed the problem- educating us about how it happened. He is an expert and before he left he also addressed problems with our stove and dishwasher - all 15 years old, He was excellent to work with and followed through checking on parts. He is coming back to do other repairs. He is the most exceptional repair professional we have ever worked with! He is honest and discussed our options with pricing. Outstanding.

    We were greeted at the door by a salesman who was friendly but not pushy.  He was knowledgeable and patient while we looked at different pieces and answered all questions.  We decided on a BEST leather sofa, chair and ottoman. The chair and ottoman were not in stock so they ordered them for us.  We were there on a Tuesday and they delivered the sofa on Thursday. This is the only business I found that still removes your old furniture.  All others I spoke with would take it to the curb and I had to find was on my own to find someone to take it away. There was no charge for delivery and disposal.  The 2 gentlemen that brought the sofa in were experienced and professional.  Very pleasant.  The chair and ottoman were in approximately 3 weeks later and were delivered promptly.  I believe Foucaults offers old fashioned service that is hard to find today. They are competitively priced. I believe the quality of the brands should be considered when comparing to items seen advertised on television. My past experience with Foucaults has been that they stand behind what they sell.

    he came to the house and seemed to know exactly what was wrong with the appliance.  He replaced the computer control board which cost $188.  The malfunction in the computer controlled board was not allowing the refrigerator to go  into defrost mode.   He replaced the board and it seems there was an Ice dam  that was blocking the air duct from the lower portion of the appliance to the vent in the upper refrigerator.  It took one week for us to realize that the refrigerator had to be completely defrosted to melt that ice dam.  Mr Ford came out a second time and made the  recommendation of complete defrost. Once the  refrigerator was defrosted, and the ice dam melted,  it has been running fine since.

    An email was sent to Paul Ford Appliance Service on the Saturday before Easter requesting service at their earliest convenience. I received a phone call on the following Tuesday to set up a service appointment. Marty wanted to come out that day, but I was not available, so an appointment was set up for that Thursday.

    Marty was very nice and personable. Marty was able to diagnose the problem within 10 minutes and he fixed the problem immediately. I am very satisfied and will use Paul Ford Appliance Service the next time I have a problem with an appliance.

    Action Appliance came out as promised to estimate the repair on my dishwasher. They were on time and the repairmen was very professional. That is the good news.  Now the bad news and my advice.  The electronic touch pad on my dishwasher went. I knew I needed a new touch pad.   Action wanted $400.00 to repair the appliance.  Crazy I know.  I could buy a new one for the same money.  Needless to say I ended up buying a new dishwasher.  My advice. If you suspect an electronic repair don't even think about calling a repair company unless the appliance is very high end. Another option is to input the model/serial number found on the inside door or side. The part I needed ended up being $100.00.  if you are handy you might be able to do the repair yourself. Everything is plug and play once you take it apart.  More advice. Buy the simpler appliance that has the dial and push buttons on it.  They last forever.  The internet is filled with electronic keyboard failures on applicances that are only a year or two old. The more advanced an appliance  the more chance for failure. The dishwasher I purchased at Lowes I had to special order on line.  I could not find a dishwasher with a dial on it in the stores.  Good Luck.

    Overall, I felt that both repair men were serious about their jobs, thoughtful and professional. They dressed in clean navy blue polo shirts with jeans John, especially, when removing thick handfuls of lint and dryer gunck tried to contain it without just throwing the stuff on my basement floor which is probably what I would have done. ( basement is unfinished and has concrete floors with a very stained remnant of carpet on top. John was not overly talkative to his apprentice but did quietly instruct just a little of the finer points of repairing my dryer without making a long drawn out lecture of it. I had been told on the phone what a service call would cost and I was very happy that this charge was NOT in addition to an hourly rate but rather included all the diagnostic time and effort that both of these men spent just trying to see if they could make it work properly.

    Dishwasher door was not correctly aligned and eventually stopped working after new floor installation. Called Ace Appliance in the morning and technician arrived mid-day. Re-aligned door, then checked to see if that corrected the problem. Dishwasher still did not turn on, so technician, Ed, checked further and found faulty electrical connection near door. He fixed that and everything is fine! Ed was very professional, competent, and took the time to explain what the problem was. I would not hesitate to use Ace again.
