Quickly coordinated with me to get the repair done timely. I highly recommend Advance Plumbing for big or small jobs. They have assisted me in the past with water heaters, clogged drains, leaky sinks. Great job!

    We started service with State Line a few months ago when we purchased our home. Unfortunately everything is run off propane in my neighborhood, so we decided to stay with State Line since they were the provider for the previous owner. For the 1st few months in terms of scheduling and delivery of fuel we hadn't had any issues. Our issues are with the poor level of customer service they provide in response to customer issues. Our last fuel delivery was a complete disaster. State Line recently a week ago as of today. while at work I received a call from a family member indicating that the propane delivery truck left a large sinkhole like crater in the middle of our driveway and the damage was so significant we are not able to get into our garage because the asphalt is raise to the point where we are not able to drive over it. I contacted State Line and was transferred to John. John was fully aware of the damage, in fact, he was looking at photos taken by the driver of the truck which caused the damage. John didn't seem too concerned that the damage occurred stating in the picture he could see where there were pre-existing cracks in the driveway which was besides the point because the driveway was fine prop to the fuel delivery. Regardless, extensive damage was caused by their delivery truck and we expect the section of driveway damaged to be taken care of immediately or at the very lease temporally patched to the make the area drive-able. until they can schedule a permanent repair within a reasonable amount of time. 2 days pass and nothing. I called several times over a 2 days period leaving messages and nothing. I finally received a text message not a personal phone call from John claiming they would send a contractor to our home within a few days. Today is day 3 and nothing. I attempted to call and again was sent to John's voicemail. The photos John received from his employee clearly indicated the significance of this damage. As a result we have no choice but to drive partially in the wet grass causing even more damage to the front yard. I work for a large gas utility company and if one of our vehicles caused this type off damage it would have been addressed immediately, if nothing more than a temporary fix until the permanent repairs could be performed. I cannot fill in the damage because I want the owner and contractor to see the actual damage not photos. This is very poor customer service on their part and the lack of empathy and attention given to the situation is unacceptable I plan to pursue this matter even further. Very poor business ethics!

    Matt the lead installer was knowledgeable and explained basic operations and answered my questions. The whole job took three days including running new pex lines to my second floor. Techs are respectful of wood floors in my hose and even put on shoe covers over their work boots. There was some thumping in new zone due to expansion and the company sent someone out the next day to take care of the issue at no charge.

    My water heater is enclosed in closet in garage-they initially quoted me a price for one that would not fit in the closet.  They found me another that was higher priced but agreed to charge the original quoted price.  I was very pleased with their prompt service and how quickly they worked at resolving my issue.  I would highly recommend this company

    Shot out several emails for quotes. Mike was the first response and set up an appointment for water heater replacement. Came in on time and done the work professionally. Hauled away the old unit. Overall, pretty satisfied with the work. Would like to recommend All Plumbing in future.

    Met with Nutmeg's salesman, Chris Wierzbicki, received his recommendations for equipment replacement A few days later, met with him again and settled upon a Crown Bimini model  90+ boiler system with a 40 gallon indirect fired Smart Line water heater. Chris told me that it would take 2 days to remove the old equipment and install the new and we settled on 2 days in the following week.
    Two men showed up the first day and unloaded the new equipment and spread a plastic protective floor covering.
    The next day a crew of 6 showed up and never missed a beat. They shut down the old equipment, removed it and installed the new in about 6 hours.
    As a person who had managed a number of companies, it was a pleasure for me to watch these men work in an efficient, professional manner.
    When they were done, they left the area cleaner than it had been.  The crew leader explained the new equipment operation and made sure that I did not have any questions before he left.
    A day of so after the installation, I asked the crew leader to return and make a minor temperature adjustment, which he did and the equipment has operated perfectly.

    They were efficient for the most part. They delivered the whole thing in two days, which was pretty impressive. They lived up to their promises. We did have one little glitch that delayed them a little bit, but they resolved that the next morning. So there was nothing really to complain about. They seemed conscientious, dedicated and into taking good advantage of their resources and network of experts.

    I first contacted Advance Plumbing the Friday before Easter due to hot water heater issues.�� Mike got back to me within 15 minutes of my initial call and spoke to me regarding the problems I was having.�� I emailed him pictures which he looked at and called me back to discuss next steps.�� They got me on their schedule for the following Monday and even��offered to come out on Saturday but I was out of town.��
    Chris arrived promptly Monday morning and spoke to me about the old water heater and we discussed the possibility of repair for that unit.�� Due to the age of the unit I decided that replacement was the better option and Chris completed the job within his estimated time and for a price that I felt was very reasonable.�� Chris was extremely professional and worked quickly.�� Highly recommend Advance Plumbing & Heating of Manchester
