    She is excellent. I have absolutely no complaints and she is extremely honest. Its a great relationship and If I ask her to work on something she will but I never really have any problems. She shows up on time everyone Friday. She is reliable, honest, and she does an exceptional cleaning job.

    Everything went well the only reason I gave a B was because the driver told me I could've saved 10% if I paid cash. That was not disclosed upfront. I was very amazed at what they could lift together into the truck. They did a good job fitting it all in there and getting it to the new home in perfect condition.

    Terribly We dealt with a man named Al. He spoke to my sister and estimated a 4 hour move from a local storage area to our condo. He said he would "take care of us" as he is a veteran, and we moved to CT with my 4 severely disabled children after my veteran husband of 22 years committed suicide in our home in FL due to severe PTSD, with my children in the home. In FL, we hired a moving company to move more items in to a temporary apartment, and had more items, and the movers completed the job in 2 hours. We then hired a company when I saved enough, to complete the cross country move with all our belongings AND a car on a hitch for 5k (so add in a 24 hour drive). Meant2Be movers and Al, the "veteran who promised to help out the widow and disabled family of a deceased veteran" completely screwed us. $1200 to move our belongings from a local storage area, with 99% of our belongings dumped in the first floor living room. The movers charged for an hour they didn't work at all, and another hour the lead said he was giving his men a break (who would assume I was paying for their break??) They complained about the 3 appliances that needed to go to the basement - yes, that's why I hired movers, because I can not physically carry a washer/dryer and freezer to the basement, and that's where the washer and dryer hook ups are!! They spent the majority of the time talking in Spanish, or talking about their greedy boss Al, when they weren't wandering in circles doing nothing. We even went out to buy them Gatorade! The majority of the heavy items got moved to the top floor and finished basement by myself and disabled 17 year old daughter!!! He offered me a one hour refund if I would agree not to write a review. I paid over $1200 for 8 hours and declined - $137 was not worth it to me. I would rather warn would be customers that this moving company is a scam. When I told him that his offer wasn't acceptable, and I'd rather write a review, he started screaming at the top of his lungs and became belligerent. I had to hang up as I could not even comprehend all his ranting and profanities. Most reputable movers come with power tools, can take doors off, can put simple furniture (bunk beds!) together, very very quickly. I got charged for 8 hours, $1200, they didn't even come with a drill or screw driver, put anything together properly (again mom and daughter did that), and in response to a respectful complaint and request to find a solution, got yelled and sweared at by an employee named Al. (No wonder his poor, slow movers resent the man). So, if you want weak, lazy guys to Veeeerrryy slowly shove all your belongings in your living room for a fortune so you can then carry all the stuff to the correct room and floor, and pay a fortune for it, Meant2Be Movers is the company for you. If you want competent movers who know what they are doing, work fast, have a team leader instead of sitting around looking confused and texting/talking on their phones and actually do a good job, don't make the same mistake I did and trust this company. Estimate - 4 hours Charge - 8 hours (including their texting, talking, wandering, complaining and break time). $1200 for stuff moved from a storage area down the street mostly all in to the living room of my condo. Getting scammed and taken advantage of like this caused great harm to my family, and the belligerent, attempting to con me in to writing a good review, "veteran, who promised to take care of us" was over the top rude, yelling, swearing, etc. And he knew very well he was doing this to a family of disabled children who just lost their veteran father. If that doesn't show his moral compass crystal clearly, I don't know what else would. I honestly feel sorry for him and his employees.

    Packers seemed ok when they were packing, but as I was unpacking I've learned how horrible they really were. Most boxes are not labeled right and even more absurd is that most boxes included items from several rooms. They had to purposely stop and go to another room to collect items from a different room. I found packed in the middle of my clean kitchen towels, the toilet bowl brush from the bathroom. The brush wasn't even wrapped or anything--it was just in the middle of my kitchen towels!!! The office staff was just as bad. They refused to help figure out when my goods would be delivered and when the truck missed the delivery window instead of helping me figure out where the truck was, they just referred me to Allied national claims. The national office was useless as well. I only found out when to expect delivery when the truck driver called to tell me he was in town and would deliver at 8 am the next day.

    We were so pleased with the whole transaction of the move.  Everything from the customer service of setting up the move, what was required, etc. to moving day was fantastic.  We have heard horror stories, not to mention had less then desirable experiences in the past but this move was nothing but positive.  A move in general is stressful because valuables, etc are in the possession of somebody else but everybody was professional, efficient and would highly recommend them to anybody!

    If there was a grade higher than an "A," I would give it to Geoffrey and his team. What an excellent job they did. We were under a crunch due to a quick closing on a house, and Geoffrey came through by staying flexible with his time, staying in touch, arriving punctually, doing the work perfectly and neatly, and charging a very reasonable rate. All the while, I appreciated his cheerful attitude and quick wit. He kept things light while I was in the middle of a stressful situation. I would DEFINITELY hire Geoffrey again. He's honest, dependable, and does a fabulous job. Thank you, Geoffrey. You were one of our angels during a difficult time.

    Jeff was easy to reach and returned my calls promptly.  He called the day of to let me know he would be at my house in 15 minutes.  He was friendly, courteous, polite, and professional.  He was easy to work with and did everything just the way I wanted it done.  They handled everything with care.  The work was done quickly and efficiently.  I would definitely hire him again.

    WORST MOVING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Quality Movers aka John Lamitie is not a real mover! We hired him to move our 2 bedroom apartment into a house. Note, all the boxes were moved by me personally so only the larger pieces of furniture needed to be moved. John and one other 'mover' showed up on time but showed up in a U-Haul truck?? A U-Haul truck, if I knew this I would have done this move on my own instead of hiring these clowns. They confirmed and reassured that my furniture was safe and would not get damaged during the move... They broke down all the necessary furniture to put on the truck and let me tell you, my furniture was not safe. When the 'move' was completed, John said that he could not fit my baby's crib in her room and all that was needed was the front panel to be removed. I wonder if he was getting lazy or if the snow was affecting his working ability? So, he ended up leaving my baby's crib in the middle of my living room for me to take care of and move.. Upon moving my baby's crib, I noticed her crib, dresser AND glider all nicked and damaged. My wife is still p*****. Our daughters furniture was our main concern and every single piece is now damaged. Seeing how badly her furniture was destroyed we took notice that the rest of our furniture was also nicked and damaged. Literally, EVERY piece of furniture is damaged. So, to make matters worse our bed started falling apart when we climbed into bed after a very long day. Unsure what it was my wife and I looked under the bed and the bed support beams gave out. Now, after 6 years of owning this bed, we never had 1 issue with our bed and the support beams. A call was made to John immediately regarding this. He called back right away and said he would fix it the next day since he had to come back to get the other guy's jacket that he left here (seriously, what a joke of a company, your crew is leaving their jacket on the job?) So, John came back the next day, picked up the jacket, sent me out to get super glue to 'try' to fix the support beams of our bed. He reimbursed me $60 for damaging my daughters crib and called it a day.... Well, 5 days later our bed fell apart again!!! What a joke! Upon reviewing the damages to all my furniture I demanded John to reimburse us more $. He did so but my issue is that knowing he damaged all my furniture and most importantly my daughter's furniture, he should have been the one to suggest a reimbursement and not only a third of what we paid. All I have to say is that Quality Movers is nothing but amature and would NEVER recommend this company, even if it was your college dorm.

    We trusted John from the beginning. He gave us a fair quote (less than half of what another company quoted), which included an overnight of storage for only the cost of the rental truck and insurance. Before we moved, he brought us a bunch of boxes to help with the process. We did all the packing. When John and his crew (which included his daughter) arrived, they were extremely efficient in loading up the truck in about 4 hours. Moving in was also wonderful. They arrived on time and began work immediately, finishing in three hours on a very hot day. They took great care with everything, and there was absolutely no damage. We highly recommend John and his crew.

    Even though the staff and crew appeared very friendly and enthusiastic, we were very disappointed with several things. For one, the price estimate that was given to us, and the final bill were way off by a thousand dollars from their initial "maximum" estimate!! They hugely underestimated how much our move would cost (even after visiting our apartment and surveying the items before the move).
    During the move, the crew was very slow. 3 people arrived, and it took them more than 7 hours to pack a simple 2-BR apartment. What should have been a 3 to 4-hrs job, they took almost twice the amount of time. The boxes were incorrectly labeled or not labeled at all, making it very difficult for us to unpack. They did not have sufficient boxes or packing material for packing. We had to go buy more boxes and packing paper from Lowe?s for them to complete their job. All in all, we were very disappointed, and left with a huge bill to pay after the unsatisfactory experience. We would definitely not recommend this moving service to others.
