  • We needed a cleaning of an apartment that unfortunately got really messy in the process of moving out. We had three pets and so there was a lot of hair in the carpet. Tony and his crew were quick to respond to our call for help and were extremely flexible, on very short notice. When we came back to the apartment for inspection, the place was beautiful. They showed great attention to detail and clearly worked hard. Most importantly, our move out inspection passed with flying colors: not a single thing wrong! We will get our deposit back and this is totally due to the work by Healthy House Cleaning Services! We HIGHLY recommend their service!

  • Dawn and team are remarkable! they are prompt , professional , and know their stuff. Dawn herself did a "walk though" and she listened to what was important to me and what was not. Then she came up with a plan that worked. She and her crew come with all their own equipment and supplies and get straight to work. They are incredibly flexible in working around my families schedule. After their services my kitchen sparkles, the whole house smells clean, and it looks like a professional staged it. I am a 100% satisfied customer.

  • We had some ceilings repaired and the resultant joint compound dust went everywhere. Cleaning it seemed endless, so we hired Cassy to tackle it. She did such a good job that we decided to hire her to do housecleaning on a regular basis. Cassy arrives on time, is very pleasant and extremely conscientious, even taking care of dusty things we hadn't thought to do. Would definitely recommend her cleaning services.

  • Great! Both of the cleaners were polite and courteous and did an excellent job. I was especially impressed with the good work they did eliminating dog and cat hair. The posting said they would not provide cleaning supplies, so I had mine ready, but they brought some of their own.

  • it went great.  everything that I asked them to do was done with perfection.  I had them clean because I was having a baby shower for my daughter who was coming in from Michigan.  some of her friends were overnight and most people had not seen the house yet because we did not move in until December.   so their first impression was definitely one of a clean house.  I recommended them to everyone and wish I had cards to put on the counter.

  • In early September, Dawn, the owner came out and after an inspection and conversation suggested an initial cleaning but she told me that it did not have to be as comprehensive as I thought since with the regular visits, she and her staff would keep making incremental improvements. She did the initial cleaning for 175,  and after several visits of biweekly visits  at 110 each, she actually suggested that since I was living alone with no pets, that the place could be maintained to my spec with monthly visits.. So we switched to monthly visits.
She and her staff vacuum all the carpeted areas, maintain two full baths and a half bath, and a large kitchen/family room. They also dust and generally leave the condo looking fresh and neat.

  • We were in the midst of a move from CT to AZ and wanted our house spotless before we placed it on the market.  I called Jenny's Cleaning and she came out (very promptly) and gave us a quote.  We asked her if she coud come out the day after the movers had loaded our stuff so the house would be emplty.  That was the original plan but the moving company messed up and didn't arrive on the day they were supposed to.  I called Jenny immediately to see if we culd reschedule one day out (that was the last time we would be around before going to AZ).  Jenny did all she could to accommodate us but was not able to do that day.  So we came up with her coming on the day we had planned on and hopefully the movers would be almost done with their piece when Jenny came out.  Unfortunately the movers were still there and stuff was everywhere.  Jenny took it all in stride and just cleaned around them.  Jenny and her co-worker did all that I asked for and then some.  VERY PLEASED with Jenny's professionalism, work eithic and promptness.  I would definitely recmmend her!

  • So far they are fine; they come out every once a month. They come on time, do what I ask them -other than one mix up the first time they were here. When I called them and asked them about it, they went, 'Oh, ooops' and they corrected it the next time. So, I don't really have any problems.

  • We had a water leak from an upstairs bathroom to a room downstairs.  The water had dripped through the downstairs ceiling and onto the carpets in the room -- both the ceiling and carpets appeared soaked, as well as some of the furniture and personal items.  We discovered the problem very early morning on a weekend and I called and left a message on ServePro of Manchester/Bolton's 24/7 line and they called me back within the hour.  I asked for the water damage mitigation service and they were very upfront and specific about the prices about coming out on a weekend emergency call, even just for an assessment, and what the probable cost would be for renting out their industrial fans and dryer/humidifiers based on my description of the situation although they stated it would not be possible to give a final assessment until they saw the damage in person.  They also were very clear about what they did not do -- that I would have to separately contact a plumber for any problems with the bathroom upstairs which they recommended I do right away to fix the source of the water even before they started clean-up -- and that what I would be contracting them for was only a clean-up service so any carpet replacement, painting, drywall, etc. that might be needed was not in their purview.  After speaking to the person on the phone, I decided that I was willing in the least to pay just to have them come out and a**** the damage and tell me what was needed and that, after the assessment, I would get a total price quote from them.  The assessment, which was a bit pricy on a weekend emergency call, I decided was worth it because they assured me that it would be folded into the total cost of the service if I contracted with them (which I did).  Moreover, their cost assessment both over the phone and in person was very close to the final cost that has been charged to me (and actually a little less than the initial assessment for which I am grateful).  Their weekend emergency crew was on another job at the time but was able to make it to my location within two hours of my initial call.  I found them courteous, professional, knowledgeable and very responsive and patient to my inquiries about where I could perhaps save costs, but ultimately get the result I was seeking and not  sacrifice the quality of their work.  From what I understood, they can do absolutely everything for you, but, if you are willing to take on a few things by yourself, there might be a few ways in which the price can be lowered.  I ended up moving and drying out most of my personal items myself and moving some of the lighter furniture so they could rip up the carpet to dry the floor underneath -- but they moved the heaviest furniture items and accomplished my main goal which was drying out floor and ceiling.  They do warn you beforehand (or at least my guys did) that you will be left with ripped up carpet to get to the subfloor and mats to dry that out -- they are a water damage service not a carpet service -- and that with the ceiling water damage they would have to drill a few holes to make sure water was not up there.  So have a separate carpet service and painting/drywall service at the ready once they are finished.  It took about four days total of renting the fans/dryer/humidifier to get everything dry enough I was not worried about mold etc. in my case and overall I was very satisfied -- they warned me what was included in the price and what they would do (ie damage mitigation) and would not do (i.e. its not going to look like it did before and other services are needed to repair the damage).  Ultimately, they did what they said they were going to do, at a reasonable price that was even less than their initial assessment price, efficiently, showed up when they said they would, gave me a call before each visit, and acted in a professional manner.
