    I had several items which needed to be done: 1) Standby Generator Service - Performed the annual service quickly and cleanly and took the time to show me important things to know about servicing my generator and ensuring I understood the various settings and how to navigate the control panel. 2) Moved ceiling light - This was relatively simple since the ceiling had an exposed attic but I found the work to meet my expectations for cleanliness and time to complete. 3) Installed an exterior flood light under eaves of the garage - This was the most difficult job since they had to run wire through spray foam insulation and is in a location not easily accessed. I didn't notice any areas where the foam was disturbed or cut away. In addition, after they left, my wife noticed the initial junction box installed was not color coded to the rest of house. I brought it to Josh's attention and within a day he sent an employee back out and it was replaced with a matching color at no charge. 4) Tied the smoke detectors for the house into the electrical panel. Not a difficult job for them but it was done quickly and cleanly. Overall, I am very satisfied that the jobs were done right and I would have no problem recommending the Company.

    After looking on Angie's List for an Electrician, Elliott Bell (BCL Electrical) proactively contacted me BEFORE I had a chance to called him. He asked about the work I was looking to be performed, and then provided a quote on the phone AND offered to send a written estimate. On the day of the installation, he showed up ON TIME and did the work in just a few minutes. He cleaned up what little debris there was, and there were no surprises with the bill.     The Gove Brothers are the best there is! They go above and beyond what it means to be professional. They exemplify what service means every time. This is the second time we have hired them and thought we couldn't be more pleased the first time, this was a much bigger project and we were thrilled with the service, quality, insight and timeliness at every turn. Matt's insight and advice throughout the process was helpful and on point. His suggestions made our remodel even better than we had imagined. He kept us in the loop throughout the process and was available by text and phone at any time. He was informative with the timeline and the process and we always knew what was coming next and what was needed from us on our end. It was a partnership and was a fabulous experience. The guys he has working with him are top notch. They are meticulous and professional. The house and area was left impeccably clean every day which is important with twin 3 year olds. His attention to detail and dedication to the job is above and beyond what you will get with anyone else. He was kind and friendly with us and our children. The workmanship is unreal. Everything is perfect. Matt checked in frequently to be sure we were pleased with the process and to make sure we didn't have any questions throughout the project. He was easy to work with and we were sad to see them go. We now have the kitchen of our dreams and get numerous compliments on the design, flow, quality and attention to detail. HIRE these guys! YOU will NOT be disappointed. We will use them over and over again!

    I wanted to remove a hearth and wood stove from my living room as I don't really use it. Upon starting the project it became clear that the previous owners way overbuilt the hearth and butchered our chimney. Oliver discovered that the boiler flue was compromised and fumes were entering the wood stove flue and living room. Instead of opting for a "quick fix", Oliver pointed out the situation and did everything in his power to fix it. The problem is now resolved and we have a beautifully painted living room with new moldings. Oliver also recommended that we swap our outlets out for childproof ones as we have little ones at home and changed out the baseboard radiator. The whole room has been transformed and we are happy that the TV is now mounted on the wall with no ugly wires showing. Oliver was fair about the unexpected work that needed to be done and all work was performed neatly and professionally. Oliver will not settle for anything less than a perfect result! He is available to answer questions any time and always responds promptly. Oliver also noticed a few other issues with the house and worked with us to resolve them while working on the primary project.

    (*note: PerfectView did not do the cabinet painting you'll see in the picture, but they did refer the painter to us.) The project manager, Ruth, was incredibly enthusiastic, and she was helpful creatively, too. For example, I originally wanted the blue-rust colored slate tile back splash, but it was a bit expensive for me, so Ruth found a variety of less expensive slate tiles for me to look at that were close enough to what I wanted. She also explained the pros and cons of various countertop options in terms of their reactions to heat, scratches, staining, etc. The workers who did the installation were quick, professional, and did a beautiful job. One thing I was (and I think everyone should probably be) prepared for is the chance of a delay in completing a project. Obviously we weren't PerfectView's only customer, so there was a slight wait (a couple of weeks) when a different project that had been ongoing for some time needed their attention before they could get back to us. A short delay was also caused by a miscommunication about a detail - something I'd asked for was either not noted or forgotten, so a new order had to be placed. (Not a big deal - I don't expect absolute perfection.) One thing I do wish the company would have done is schedule a walk-through following completion of the project. I'd think the project manager would be interested to see what her team did, whether they worked to her standards, and whether the homeowners were happy with the end result. Instead, there was an immediate cut-off after the final check was handed over on the last day of the project, and while I know I'm just a paying customer, I think it would have been better customer service (and encourage an ongoing professional relationship for future projects) to show up one last time for quality control and a conversational survey of customer satisfaction.

    Mr. Langworthy arrived at our house within 2 hours after the initial call. The problem originated with improper waterproofing of the wire coming from the meter, hence rain water after heavy downpours ultimately running all the way to our breaker box in the basement. This moisture prevented the breaker from cutting power to outlet when the short occurred, causing a potential fire hazard. Needless to say, we are very grateful for David's expertise in these matters, and quick deduction of the problems that caused the short. In examining the breaker box, it was also noted that NONE of the breakers were sufficient. This is after a home inspection by our former insurance company, General Casualty, within the past year. Photos were taken, & no problems noticed. Needless to say, We highly recommend Langworthy Electrical Services. Prompt service, extensive knowledge, & reasonable fees.

    I requested an appointment from Josh in Angies list and wrote him a message, he responded quickly and came next week to our house. He provided a fair and reasonable quote and advised about available options and any possible complication. I agreed and We set-up a time. He and his apprentice showed up early in the morning and finished the job early afternoon. They did a great job. The end result was great and neat and to my expectation ( which is usually high). Josh is a very friendly who knows exactly what he is doing. He is very responsive too and the cost of the work was fair. I am very pleased to have business with him.

    Design sessions went very well. Chuck was very helpful and knowledgeable about what would be the possible issues. Such as needing a new service and removal of galvanized pipe drains.

    The design was better than what I first expected I would be able to do. Including being able to add an island.

    When the work started the workers were always on time. and left everything pretty clean.

    Work took a few days longer than originally estimated but there were a few add-ons during the process.

    This was a great experience. Within a few hours of purchasing the service through Angie's List, I was contacted by Accurate and had a time set up. Nick called ahead the morning of the appointment to say he'd be late, something I really appreciated, and which too few people do. He had the fixture replaced within half an hour, and took pains to make sure the upstairs hallway was cleaned up before he left. It's been over a week now, and a light fixture that had been working poorly even before it broke is better than new.
