    I have had both routine and repair dentistry work done in this office and they are friendly, professional, skilled and just flat out wonderful. I was nervous going to a new dentist but I could not be happier.

    I like this office a lot. Their hygenists are thorough and take their time cleaning. My teeth always feel great after a cleaning. I've been passed around to multiple dentists in the years I've been here, which is the only thing I haven't liked about this office because I am never informed. Someone new just shows up. That said, they've all been competent, so it's not a major concern. This practice seems to be technologically advanced compared to other practices I've visited, which I appreciate. Likewise, anytime I have had to pay out of pocket, their billing folks have always provided me a detailed breakdown of costs and options BEFORE treatment so that I know what I'm getting into. I had my wisdom teeth removed here (after a few years of gentle urging from my dentist :)) and it was a really great experience (as far as oral surgery goes). I honestly don't remember a thing, but everything healed well and the office/dentist called to check up on me afterward. I even recall once after getting a cavity filled, the filling didn't "feel" right and they had me back in the day I called to fix it.  Very prompt and courteous office.  Unfortunately, I need to find a new dentist because they've stopped accepting my insurance, which is really a shame. I'll miss the ease of interaction with this practice.  Definitely recommend!

    My first experience several years ago having a root canal done in this office was totally positive. They fit me in for an emergency debridement because I was leaving town for a week and in severe pain. Several months ago, I developed multiple problems with one of my teeth and went back to this office for another root canal, since my first experience had been so positive. The procedure went well. However, I was told by Dr Quatrocelli that, after examining my tooth during the root canal, he had not seen any evidence of a crack that my dentist strongly suspected was there. I left my appointment pretty happy that I didn't have to deal with a cracked tooth on top of everthing else. Fast forward several weeks, and I went back to my dentist to begin the work of having a crown put on the tooth to finish everything off. When my dentist removed the temporary filling, he could immediately see that there was a crack in the tooth. He put a permanent filling in the tooth to seal it until a crown can be placed, to hopefully hold the tooth together. Two weeks after the permanent filling had been done, this tooth started to become temperature sensitive, which is concerning since, theoretically, I shouldn't be able to feel anything there. Knowing that when teeth go bad, they tend to be unpredictable, I called Dr Quatrocelli's office right away to schedule an appointment to get it checked out. When I explained the problem to the receptionist, I was a little surprised to get the reaction of, and quot;There's no way it can be that tooth. You've had a root canal.and quot; I once again had to explain that I know for certain that it's the tooth in question because the tooth in front of it had a root canal (by someone else) five years ago and has never given me a bit of pain since then. After hearing that, the receptionist realized I did actually know what I was talking about and agreed to schedule an appointment for me to be seen. Unfortunately, the doctor was going to be on vacation, so the appointment had to be made for two weeks from then. I don't have a problem with that, but I was given no direction whatsoever on what to do if things got worse in the meantime, so I crossed my fingers and hoped the tooth would hang on for two more weeks so I didn't have to figure that out for myself. On the day of the appointment, I was running late and the office called me to tell me that they would have to cancel my appointment because I was late. While I understand that this is a necessary policy in a busy office, the person who called me was pretty rude about how they told me they were canceling my appointment. I felt like I was being chided, and I was pretty upset by the conversation, so I ended it by telling her that I would have to call back to reschedule, as I did not have my work schedule in front of me (which was true). After processing this, and in light of everything else that I have gone through while trying to get this tooth taken care of, I decided it was best to call them back and let them know that I would not be rescheduling and would be getting a referral from my dentist for a different endodontist. The exact words from the receptionist when I told her this were, and quot;Are you serious?and quot; Which to me is a very unprofessional thing to say. So while overall my experience with Dr Quatrocelli himself has been mostly positive, ultimately it wasn't worth it to have to deal with unprofessional, rude office staff.

    I couldn't be happier with the care and service I have received here. Everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, genuinely concerned, knowledgeable, and eager to share with me what they were doing and why. They were punctual on my first visit. When I arrived for my cleaning, I did have to wait a while past my appointment time (probably around 15-20 minutes), but a member of the office staff checked in with me in the waiting room and let me know my dental hygienist was running late, and the dental hygienist apologized and assured me that that was not typical (which I do actually believe). 
    The staff uses state-of-the-art equipment and is invested in making sure the patients understand their oral health and how to take care of it. I would trust them completely to do any dental work I needed. I pretty much just go in for cleanings, but they offer all kinds of other services as well.
    There was nothing terribly wrong with my last dental care provider, but this is definitely a step up.

    It was great. New computer technology was used. Didn't have to put that awful glob in my mouth to make the impressions. The crown was made while I waited. How nice it was to walk out that day with crown all done. Gone to many dentist in my life and he's the best.

    I have been seeing Dr. D*** for 8 years since moving to the area. I can't say enough about my overall experience there.
    Pam, the receptionist, is warm and welcoming. The office building is charming. Dr. D*** is the most considerate dentist
    I have been to, and being somewhat dentist-phobic, that is saying a lot. He is highly professional and has high
    standards for his products and services. Also, sometimes his dog Eminem will curl up in your lap while you are
    in the dentist chair and take a snooze!

    He was excellent.  I had no discomfort with the novicaine needle or with the procedure.  Dr. Segal is a very calming person.  He immediately puts you at ease.  He took his time making sure I was totally numb and then very gently drilled out the old filling, which took a really long time.  He filled it and took great care at correcting my bite.  My previous dentist always rushed this part and I usually had to re-visit to get my bite corrected.  Dr. Segal did it right the first time.

    It was a breeze! Dr. Quatrocelli is very kind, patient, and calm. He took great care that I was numb before proceeding with the root canal. They used a local anesthetic before administering the novicaine so I didn't feel much of the needle at all. The drilling to remove the roots of my tooth was very quick, gentle, and totally painless. Then he carefully cleaned each root canal, dried them, and filled them. Finally, he corrected my bite so that I would be comfortable until I got my new crown. It was easier than a regular filling.
    He gave me a warm washcloth to wipe my mouth area, which was just wonderful. He then gave me some ibuprofen to take right away, so that I wouldn't have any pain starting on the way home. While I took that, he showed me my x-rays of my finished tooth and explained what he had found and how successful it had been. He gave me instructions for home and walked me to the front desk. Later that evening, he called to make sure I was okay. Dr. Quatrocelli is a fantastic endodontist. I will go to him again if I ever need another root canal. I even got a thank-you postcard a few days later!

    The dr. is a very nice guy. He loves his sports and is good to get a long with. I have gone a couple of times for cleaning, but have never seen staff, other than himself. I have also never seen any other patients. But your really there to get you teeth clean, not to talk to someone. The office is in a kind of shady spot and could use some up keep. He doesn't always seem use mask while he is working on you. He does seem know what he is talking about and is doing. I dont think that I will be going back to him, probablly gonna be looking for someone new.

    We've been going to Wethersfield Family Dental for years.  Simply the best, I would never have a reason to go elsewhere.  Dr. Liu is state of the art, and he and all staff are friendly and professional as can be.   Don't hesitate to become a client.
