    The service tech told me that the diagnostic fee would be applied to service cost if it was repaired that day. He never told me the cost of the repair no receipt and no one has corrected this issue. He lied and Sears customer service is overseas and they don’t understand. My bank called me that’s how I know the cost. Find someone better!

    I paid him in advance initial visit and replacement parts. He showed up 3 times and couldn't repair it each time. He told me that he would call me back when he gets the right tools and replacement parts. That was 3 years ago...never heard back from him and he dodged my calls for 6 months. I gave up.

    The technician was very good. He replaced the temperature control. He also noticed that my door hinge grommets were shot and needed replacing, and the hinge metal was rubbing on metal and wearing down. He ordered the parts and came back to fix the door. Good thing because eventually the door would have come crashing down. One thing about the price that I am not crazy about: they charge a fee to make the service call and assess the repair, and they do not subtract this fee from the repair charge if you choose to go ahead with the repair, as some other places do. Also, as with most reliable places, they charge according to a set book price for the repair, not by the hour. But they were able to fit me into their schedule quickly, and were overall very accommodating and professional. I have found them to be very competent when it comes to SubZero refrigerators.

    Fixed problem and said "bad connection " as problem. Really would have liked much more details on what was wrong in case of recurrence. Other than that, still fixed a couple weeks later. Hoping stays fixed. No complaints so far! Good company repairing higher end appliances.

    Owner called and diagnosed the issue over the phone, which ended up being the bearings on our front loading washing machine. He said to not bother trying to fix it as it was essentially a total loss. Then he gave me three recommendations for new washers based on his experience!  All over the phone and at no charge!   This is the way all companies should work.

    Utterly USELESS.  DO NOT give him any sort of a deposit.  He has no clue what he is doing.  Showed up 3 times to fix the door ice and water dispenser in my fridge.  The first two times he had the wrong parts and the third time he didn't have a wiring diagram.  Its been 4 months now and it's still not fixed. His last words to me were "Don't call me, I will call you when I am able to come back"...nothing but crickets for the last 2 months!  I wouldn't let this guy replace a light bulb.

    Upon the first visit with, that had a service charge associated with it, he gave the diagnosis that it needed a new pump. He said that he'd ordered the part and that he'd come back to install it. When he came back, he cleaned out the hoses, said that it didn't need a pump, and said that he tested it. He charged me for services rendered for $170 and the machine is not fixed.

    I tried to call him about this, but I can't reach him because he won't answer the phone and his mailbox is full.

    We had a problem with our refrigerator leaking . Paul responded promptly . Not only did he do a great job fixing the problem but but he took time in explaining the cause, and offered advice to prevent a reoccurrence. Very nice person , we definitely highly recommend him !

    Came out the very next day. Worked directly with my tenant and diagnosed the problem immediately. Part was ordered and installed within 72 hours of 1st call and tenant was pleased as punch that the washer was running like new again.

    Mr. Ford came to fix our refrigerator the day before Thanksgiving. He had plans to go to PA, but I believe he postponed them to help us out. We had never met the man before that day. Anyway, he couldn't fix the refrigerator because it was beyond repair but while he was here, he fixed our dryer. He also gave us a discount because we used angie's list.
