    DM Remodeling
Beautifully done. This job required complete reno of 1972 bathroom down to the studs. New ceiling, walls, and flooring, fanlight with duct work to roof, sealing existing leaks on roof, upgrading electrical, replacing and repositioning plumbing as needed, installing tub/shower, vanity and top, medicine cabinet, lights, door, trim, and all hardware. Dave replaced the existing window with a larger one, and new trim inside and out. And he did this all himself. I can't say enough good things. I think his pricing is fair, his quotes and his work are meticulous. He's also such a nice guy to work with and talk to. He worked on consecutive days, and cleaned up afterwards.

    TimberWolf Contracting LLC.
Clinton Ashe of TimberWolf Contracting was immediately responsive to my initial email and provided a prompt and detailed estimate for repairs. We live in Italy currently and have renters in our home in CT and he worked with them to accommodate their schedule. His expertise and skills are appreciated by our family as well as the renters in the home. He provided regular updates and suggested items that needed repair which was very welcome as our distance from the project limits our ability to know the state of the home. I have recommended him and will continue to recommend and utilize his services for any future projects with the home. It is a special kind of relief to have found a skilled craftsman who so painstakingly coordinates with his clients and I feel so grateful to have found him.

    Dynamic Basements Plus
Chris Manganello is a gem. His level of skill and professionalism surpassed our utmost expectations. He was very easy to work with. He listened to what we wanted, respectfully offered suggestions, and ultimately did what made us happy. I'm so grateful we listened to some of his suggestions as he foresaw that we'd regret not knocking certain walls down. He is meticulous in every aspect of his trade. He cleaned up his "mess" EVERY day including sweeping the floors, putting all his tools in an organized pile, taking out the trash, shutting off lights, and locking the door. He treated this job as if he were doing it in his own home. If something was the slightest bit misaligned (we couldn't tell), he'd take it down and redo it because he knew he could do better. He never had that "it's good enough" attitude. He was excellent in communication as well, which is a characteristic most contractors do not have. We have developed such a rapport with him over the few months it took to finish the basement, that it felt like he was a member of our family. We were sad to see him leave, but we have been enjoying our new finished space immensely which includes a TV/media area, guest room, laundry room, full bathroom, work out area, office, lots of closets, and an unfinished storage area.

    STRESS FREE SOLUTIONS HOME IMPROVEMENTS
Had crew for 5 separate jobs. 1st was replace kitchen ceiling, replace range hood, replace garage side doorway and garage window. 2nd was roof replacement. 3rd was electrical service replacement. 4th was repair of leak into house due to improper installation by previous siding contractor, 5th was sill repairs from termite damage. Mike is a great communicator and I knew exactly where things stood during the entire process. Mike’s crews were all excellent. They are knowledgeable and very safe. I felt that the jobs would be completed as expected, can’t get any better than that. Mike clearly doesn’t want to revisit jobs again, he used good materials and was very well planned. For the exterior work, caulking that previous contractors didn’t use (and eventually caused problems) was applied. Ice and water roof paper was used to cover and protect walls which could potentially have leaking issues. Electrical repair was electrical service change and breaker box replacement.Very professional work and coordination with city inspectors and coordination with utility crews. Roofing was well done including job site cleanliness. Besides to the actual roofing they repaired damaged wood, installed a ridge attic vent, and installed a roof vent for bathroom exhaust. Sill plate was damaged, wall boards had some preliminary damage for about 2 rows. Sill was replaced, lolly column was installed for additional support of carrier beam. Removed vinyl siding was reinstalled correctly and misaligned siding from initial installation was repaired/corrected. Finally his crews of Clive, Kevin, Kyle, Dino, Billy (and more I can’t remember) were great. Professional, safety conscious, friendly and polite. One of the best contractors experiences I’ve had.

    Tetlow Builders LLC
The Tetlow Builders performed a complete kitchen remodeling, from floor to ceiling, plumbing, new lighting, installed cabinets, new tile flooring, backsplash, roof vent for microwave and all new appliances (purchased separately) installation. Dave Tetlow and his crew, Ken, Harry and Brian were excellent and very professional every time any work was performed, always keeping the worksite cleaned up daily. Dave kept us informed of the schedule and when to expect things to happen and usually happened as predicted. We were exceptionally grateful that Dave can do work and sub-contract out work, some plumbing and most electrical and keep to the schedule. This was true for asbestos flooring removal and disposal plus all demolished items. The cost included materials for flooring, lighting/electrical fixtures, cabinets (Schrock), countertop (quartz), sink (Stainless steel), faucet, plumbing and drywall besides labor. The design team (Heather) at Riverhead Building Supply in Westerly helped with this new kitchen remodel, too. We will always recommend and support this entire group in future home repair/remodeling work.

I asked Dave to suggest a flooring for my downstairs family room. I have a raised ranch so it was a cement floor. He suggested luxury vinyl plank flooring that is waterproof. He said to go the Home Depot to look at the flooring and the colors and let him know which one I decided on. I got a look at the flooring and it was nice. I told Dave which color, and then his team started working on ripping up the old floor. While they did that, they also started on my shelves. I have an alcove in my laundry room that I wanted built in shelves for and the first contractor I hired to do them did not do them correctly. I was very disappointed, so I was very particular how I wanted these done. Ken did a fabulous job on my shelves, building and painting them, doing them exactly as I wanted it done! I love those shelves! Brian did a great job on the flooring. They are so detail oriented, they clean up afterwards, I’m just so glad we hired them to do this for us, they have done for us before and will again, I’m sure. There’s always something to do and Tetlow Builders, LLC is who will get my business every time. To me, there’s no one better.
