  • I had just joined and was relieved to have confidence knowing I could deal with reputable agent. I never got that chance - I emailed twice with zero response. I ended up booking with another travel agency who we will use again for next years cruise.

  • The trip on Friday was fabulous. The driver was early, very helpful, and had wonderful interpersonal skills. He got me to my destination in a timely manner.
    The return trip on Saturday was a disaster. I was so disappointed and even asked if it was the same company that was taking me back home that evening. The driver was more than an hour late. I was not notified on my cell phone that there was a delay. The hotel was not notified that there was a delay. Instead, someone left a message on my home phone - a lot of help that was!
    It was a rainy miserable day and I was waiting outside the hotel. I kept checking my phone and with the hotel to see if the company had called to say they would be late. Finally, I looked up the phone number for the company on the hotel's computer. At that point I placed a call to the company who initially couldn't even find a record of my initial trip to RI. Eventually the person on the phone was able to find the information and stated that the driver was running about an hour behind. According to the driver, he was in Boston when he learned about my return trip. I'm wondering if they had even planned to pick me up at all! I doubt if it was planned because the town car had not been cleaned and there were empty water bottles in the back. From my perspective the empty water bottles just added insult to injury. It would have been nice to enjoy a cold bottle of water like I did on the trip down in a CLEAN car. Instead what I saw was that not only had the car not been cleaned but the driver didn't even take the time to clean out the back seat area! I found the return trip home to be quite poor. While I suspect that the driver could not control the fact that there wasn't time to have the car cleaned, he didn't apologize and didn't bother to even remove the empty water bottles. This return trip was an embarrassment for me because I had recommended this company (based upon a friend's recommendation and the fact that they are located in the town I live in) and more importantly, because I had my attorney along for the ride!
    I would not recommend nor would I use this company again. They did not even offer to discount the fair and the employee whom I spoke with regarding the long delay also did not apologize. Truly unprofessional.

  • Park Shuttle & Fly's new management were much more pleasant, much more attentive and they answered their phone in less than 25 rings. They helped me get to the airport and made sure that my vehicle was parked safely. I almost left my purse and they run it our for me. They seem like they were people that were happy to have a job.
