I have used Wagging Tails several times over the past few years once my male cat needed daily heart medication to treat his heart murmur. I do call a few days before to verify over the phone with someone that I do have a reservation. I leave detailed instructions for the sitter at the house since you may get a different person each time. I think the price I pay for 2 cats (one with medication) for one visit per day is appropriate: $19.00. The folks here leave detailed messages and checklists every day as to how the visit went. They have watered plants, picked a veggie garden for me, rolled garbage bins to the curb and back. They also leave lights on and off to simulate someone being home. I will contnue to use this company to care for my boys.

Of note I have also usd the mobile grooming service which was double the price of bringing my cats to a groomer. I figured I would pay more since they do come to your house. The groomer did a good job and was prompt and very courteous. I would use them agan, but I have started to groom my own long haired cat since he has a heart problem and I do not wish to stress him out any more than needed.

I have two dogs - a very well adjusted cattle dog mix named Arya and a catahoula mix who has some separation anxiety named Skylar. During Sky's two mandatory day visits there she was nervous and didn't integrate herself much with the pack. I was very nervous to leave her there (or anywhere!) overnight but since I was traveling to my wedding, I didn't have much of a choice.
Between the email communications and the pictures they posted of my girls on their FaceBook account daily, I knew I had no reason to worry. My girls had a BLAST and slept pretty much non-stop for 3 days straight after they got home. It isn't the cheapest boarding option out there but what you get for the price you pay is 10000% worth it. They get full days of doggy daycare and they are only in their crates to eat or if they get overstimulated during their visit.
The only complaint I have about Pack Tracks is their pit bull policy. They do not allow pit bulls and will only allow a dog that they judge to look "50% or less pit bull" to attend their doggy daycare. I understand that they have their reasons but when questioned, the employees I spoke to got quite defensive about it.
However, if you don't have a pitty, I would recommend this place a million times over.

It was good when krista was owner then she started hiring people took a backseat and never came back and I was sent incompetent idiots after that QUIT her. She was to busy counting cash and personal life. Adored krista until she decided to branch out and she was not a good business woman used her for 2-3 years but this fantastic website won't allow you to say that omgggg I'm already aggravated with Angie's list

From the very moment we walked in we were greeted by friendly attendants who were more than happy to help. They were attentive to check in on us during the washing and drying process to see if we needed any assistance. Helpful hints/suggestions were also provided by the staff. We never felt rushed to finish up. The selection at the bakery was grand and the pricing was extremely reasonable. This was not my first nor will it be my last visit to the Dirty Dawg.

Dr. Harley is my dog's cardiac vet, ever since he was diagnosed with cardiac disease at the age of 7. She is WONDERFUL. She is a real calming presence. She spends a lot of time with us, answering all of my questions, communicating expectations of how the disease will progress, etc. I felt like my dog is in very good hands there.
This practice recently moved to North Haven and the new facilities are AMAZING.

It went very well. Dr. Ross ALWAYS remembers my dog's history. I feel like he really listens to my concerns and always checks in with my dog's specialty vets. He makes connections between animal conditions and human conditions to ensure my understanding. He is thorough, honest, open and is very trustworthy.
I'd advise new patients of two things: 1. Dr. Ross will always tell you the truth and he won't sugarcoat it. If you are looking for a vet who will tiptoe around your animal's medical issue, this is not your vet. He shoots straight with you and for me, this is a good thing although sometimes it can be a shock to the system when the news is not good. 2. The wonderful services come at a cost. It is not the cheapest vet I've ever been to, although the quality of care makes it worth it, to me.

We were away for more than a month. Deb came to our home to meet us and our cat shortly before we left. On that first visit she was able to get the cat, who usually hides from strangers, to approach her and allow Deb to pet her. Our previous pet sitter never saw the cat while we were away, but Deb put eyes on the cat at every visit to make sure she was okay. She contacted us when there was a health concern and medicated the cat as instructed. Immediately after a blizzard, Deb went above and beyond what was expected to make sure the cat and the house were okay. We could not ask for more. We'll use Deb's Dog Care whenever we are away. I couldn't recommend her more highly.

Dani Moore is extremely reliable. She sends me a bill upfront and I know exactly what’s going on. She leaves a note every time she comes on details of how each cat was feeling, what they ate. She played with them. She usually leaves a little snack for them. The only complaint I have about her is that she is so busy and I have to book months in advance. She refuses to take on a lot of extra people because she wants to make sure that they are as conscientious as she is.  She is so good that I can’t get her unless I really plan ahead. She is booked overnight; she is booked 6 months in advance. If I want to book her for holidays I have to book a year in advance. I also have 3 dogs and when I used to go away she would stay at the house.

I was very impressed. Both of the vets were gentle and thorough. They kept me informed about her status and were happy to answer questions. Rather than doing lots of unneccesary, expensive and invasive procedures, they took things one step at a time. They even asked me to come in to visit her in the hospital and see if she would eat, rather than trying to force feed her. My only criticism is that it can be hard to get an appointment.
