    We noticed our dryer wasn't producing heat and therefore, nothing was drying properly. Mike took apart the dryer and found that the machine was clogged with lint (extending beyond what we remove from the lint trap after every use). He vacuumed and cleaned the machine thoroughly and advised that this was needed because the previous homeowner (and machine owner) probably never cleaned the lint trap and we shouldn't have any future issues.

    It was excellent. He picks up the phone always. I called him the night before and he was there the following morning to perform the services. He didn't have a knob for the ac and came back 2hrs later to get it replaced, free of charge.

    Great! I called up and they came out the next day. Scott took one look at the machine and instantly diagnosed the problem, had the part in the truck and replaced the faulty part. Took no more than 15minutes. I will definately use them again. He even told me it was one of the best machines and to keep it as long as I could!

    Excellent He was very competent and friendly.  Job was performed well and he came quickly so we didn't loose all the food in the refrigerator and freezer.  We now have him on speed dial for any other appliance repair we may need in the future.  I would highly  recommend Mike .

    One person came out and it took them maybe an hour at the most. They responded very quickly calling back the same day and were out to the house the next day. You should expect courteous and prompt service. They were able to fix the problem for a very reasonable price.

    Came on a Monday and was able to get one of the parts needed by the next day and the machine was then operable.  The door also needed a hinge and, when that arrived, he came back to install it with no extra service charge.  I was pleased that I was able to have the machine operating within two days of the problem.

    Ray's Appliance Repair is excellent. He's very reasonable and very honest. He's an awesome guy. I called and talked to him over the phone and he was pretty straight forward. He asked me if I could give him the information on my appliance like the serial number and all that before he even came out because he said that he'll come out, not knowing the appliance then having to come back again, he would have to charge and the cost would go up. He said to do some research on the appliance then he will call me back. He came over, he was very friendly and he took a look at it. I even asked him a couple of questions about my other refrigerator ad he didn't even charge me for that. He didn't look at it but we talked about it. He got 6 customers from me ultimately. He's a great guy. I don't know if he works by himself but it's a small business.

    Call was returned promptly and appointment set.  On day of appointment, serviceman called to ask if he could come earlier than planned.  Work was done quickly and explained thoroughly.  Price was given before the work was done.  The serviceman cleaned up after himself.  I was very satisfied overall.

    Real estate agent purchased home warranty on 10/31. On 11/21, microwave stopped working. Real estate agent provided confirmation number to provide First American. Contacted First American and was told to contact their approved contractor to look at the microwave. The contractor came and looked at the microwave and said that it was, indeed, broken and that he would have to contact First American before he could do anything. This visit cost $55. A week later, I still had not heard anything. I called the contractor who said he was waiting for First American. I called First American who said they had no record of a call from the contractor. After numerous calls, First American decided to replace the microwave rather than trying to repair it. They gave me a choice of having them replace it or sending me a check for $249. Since I didn't know how long it would take them to replace the microwave, I asked them to send me a check.
