    I believe Jason was the tech that came out. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He thoroughly explained the process they would be using, how often they would come out to check on the traps, and what services we would need going forward. He left about 15 traps in the cellar, 1st floor and even some on the 2nd floor when the tenant there commented that she thought she may have smelled a mouse in the kitchen. Prior to coming out, I spoke to the owner to make the appointment and he gave me a discount on both the initial visit and subsequent visits since I was an Angie's list member. I am very satisfied with this company and would definitely hire them again.

    If I could give Glen more than an A I absolutely would! He is absolutely phenomenal at what he does and personality wise! He was a running a bit behind and made sure to let me know as well so I wasn���t just waiting around. He came in a got right to it and was explaining everything as he went along. He is very knowledgeable. I felt very well educated on my situation now with the teaching. Glen is awesome to work with, he made sure to tell me if I had any additional problems to give him a call and he would come out again.I definitely would work with him again, it was a pleasure.

    I called for help after seeing a mouse in mid-June. The initial discussion on the telephone went very well and an appointment was available on the day of my call. The Fox representative arrived on time and was very pleasant and professional. He answered all of my questions and provided useful interim strategies. Subsequent services have been provided timely according to our agreement.

    I love when companies care about their clients. I had the best experience with Jim . They were very prompt in calling back and he explained everything to me detail by detail. He even educated me on flying squirrels who would've known that there's any such thing as a flying squirrel. He gave me advice on how to take care of it and said to do this first before anything else he would hate to have to charge me $450 to come out. How many companies do you know that we do something like that not many. Thank you Jim for all your help and I will make sure that if I need a company like yours I will call you again and also I will refer all my friends and colleagues to you

    It was fairly straight-forward and responsive when they were out there based on the availability that we had. It was pretty reasonable charge. Everything that I had was pretty professional. They talked about some follow up and I haven't had back.

    Al came out within a day of our calling him. Took care of the problem and charged a very fair price.
    But that doesn't adequately capture why we will always turn to Bethwood for help with any kind of pest problems, just as we have a number of times over the years. Al is always quick to respond; he'll take pains to get back to you if you phone and leave a message, and he will do his very best to come soon. He is a first-rate professional, able to identify problems and come up with solutions, whether the issue is rodents or insects.
    He is also someone of great integrity. A couple of weeks ago, I asked him to come because I had heard squirrels running while working in my study, which had once been the attic. I feared they had gained entry into the area between the ceiling and the roof. Al came out within two days of my call, checked for possible entry points around the edge of the roof and at the vents at either end of  the house (which workmen had supposedly sealed carefully with wire mesh several years ago). The upshot was that Al determined that there was no way for squirrels to have entered and the noise was almost certainly just sound carried from squirrels scampering in our acorn-laden gutters. When I asked him what I owed for his services, he told me there was no charge. When I tried to insist on paying  -- after all, he had arranged his schedule to meet our need and spent time checking around the house -- he still refused, saying another call had brought him near our neighborhood. I don't care what the profession or trade: there aren't many like Al any more. We recommend him to everyone we know in the neighborhood.

    They didn't charge more than Big Deal price. I had expected more. He came out and did what he said he was supposed to do. He was there on time. I just called Angie's List and told them that he said; he does not have a contract with you guys.

    Initially the inspection went well.  I was expecting a call back from the company within 24 hours to finalize a contract and schedule an appointment, which I was told would happen on the day of inspection.  Unfortunately, I did not receive a call and  had to call the company again to request paperwork (that was not brought on the day of the inspection).  I would suggest the inspectors communicate effectively with their customers service reps and and be sure to do what you say you are going to do. Also, be sure to bring contracts, business cards and brochures with you when an inspection is done. Sometimes you only have one time to make a good impression with a client.
    The implementation of the pest control services went well.  It was a very hot day and Conner came in with a smile and went right to work after examining the different areas of our home.  There were several areas that needed to be treated throughout the house and the exterior.  Active wasp nests were found in the gables.  They were all knocked down and dusted.  Baits were set in the crawlspace and attic, which are difficult to enter.  All sink piping was dusted with a powder to prevent ants from entering these areas.  All the while, Conner never complained, even though the weather was quite warm, and completed the job in a polite and very pleasant manner.  He also answered any questions I had in the process.
    They will be coming back at the end of July to see if the baits have been effective.  We didn't know we had mice in the attic until our alarm company had to replace a wire in the attic which was bitten through by mice.  We've been in the house only a few months and luckily there was no other residue of mice in the home.  Apparently there is heavy insulation in the attic and the wiring was placed there.   The droppings were found in between the insulation.
    A vent was also detected during the initial inspection, under a deck which we didn't even know about.  This was thought to be a possible entry point for the mice.  Let's hope in a month we'll see good results.

    All went very well except for the lawn aeration. They came after a long dry spell and the soil was very compacted as it has a very high red clay content. Thus the plugs were not universally scattered throughout the lawn so the grass seeds only laid on top of the soil. I did call them about this, and they came and did a touch up that did work. Unfortunately, the cold arrived very early this autumn, so I am not sure the new grass will survive the winter. I will not know until spring to say one way or the other. When they called about the renewal, I mentioned the aeration and reseeding did a poor job, and they are providing a spring aeration and seeding at no cost to me. Thus, I believe this company to be reliable and they said behind their "product" very well.
