APerfectView Remodeling LLCPerfect View (and Lou's team) did a great job start to finish on our fairly extensive remodel. His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). AEast Bay Home RepairWe had a great experience working with Adie and his subcontractors on our shower renovation. Our shower was leaking water and we received some estimates to repair the water damage, fix the plumbing, and retile the shower. We chose East Bay and were very happy with the service. Adie was reliable and texted me every day to let me know when he was arriving, and gave a good summary of the work that was going to be done each day. Adie & subs wore masks for COVID at all times and were respectful of our space. Adie had some nice ideas such as adding some marble slab to the shower entryway and using concrete board in our crawl space. These were both suggested after giving us the quote, so he did not charge extra for either, or for fixing some leaky PVC that I wasn't aware of when requesting the quote... Adie just seemed like he wanted to genuinely do a good job. He is also a pleasant & honest person to work with. Definitely give East Bay a try.- Michael F.

AGove Restoration LLCOutstanding! Gove Restoration is an outstanding contractor. From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. My only regret is not using Gove Restoration sooner! I look forward to our next project together!- KIMBERLY M.

AAfter complimenting a friend on the exterior paint job she had done on her house, we called and asked for a quote from the same company, E D Painting, for our house. Everyone was courteous and professional from start to finish. They were prompt, listened to our requests, did exactly what we asked of them in a timely manner, and overall we could not have had a better experience. Their price was reasonable, too. They obviously know what they are doing, and paid attention to detail. Such a pleasure to work with a company with this work ethic. We have already talked to them about future jobs.

A*****I would give Express Paint and Decoration LLC A+++++ or 10+ STARS if I could rank them that high on this review. They are the best painters you will ever see. I cannot believe how they transformed our 30 year old 4,500 sq ft home into what looks like new construction. We have been renovating our home to prepare it to go on the market so we have hired several contractors from Angie's List and Home Advisor. But without a doubt, Express Paint and Decoration LLC was the most professional team we found randomly on Angie's List. We had not heard of them before, but saw their prior reviews and contacted them. Their work is beyond exceptional, to say the least, they were timely, meticulous, and the hardest working crew I have ever seen. The owner Weberson is one of the most honest, nicest and easiest pros we have worked with throughout this process. The crew including George, Josh, and John were respectful and trustworthy, since we were still living in the home while they were painting it. They were very careful of all of our belongings and friendly. We had family who saw our home the before and after they painted and they could not believe how great our home looked. I cannot speak highly enough. I highly recommend Express Paint & Decoration LLC you will not disappointed, their work is amazing and reasonably priced.

AMarcos and his crew redid my back patio by pitching it away from the house so water would drain . He also added on to the patio using both my pavers and additional ones . He used Belgian blocks as an edge. Most importantly, he fit pieces perfectly around areas which could not use a whole paver. Magnificent job all around.

AWe couldn't be happier with the work that Carson Richard Kitchen and Bath did for us. The bathroom looks amazing and the crew was incredibly professional and conscientious. I was nervous about having work done during the Covid-19 pandemic but they followed all the safety protocols, wore masks, etc. They struck the perfect balance of enabling us to have the design we wanted, while also offering advice and being proactive when we didn't have preferences on specific details. They went the extra mile to make sure everything was just right. We will definitely work with them again on our next house project.
