AVillwell Builders I LLCVillwell Contractors I wanted to express how pleased we are with the quality of work of the Villwell contractors, the professionalism of the Villwell team and especially recognized John as your project manager. John always was polite, reactive to our needs, work around our schedule, answer all our correspondence promptly. When we had an issue with a leak in the newly installed roof, he was over in hours at the site overseeing the sub-contractors repairs. Matter of fact he brought his own crew over a few days later and the work over three hours on the roof making sure the repair was done properly. Any cosmetic issues he took care of seamlessly. Every task was done with the highest quality and would recommend Vidwell/ John to anyone who wanted a job done right Thanks again…- Dean V.

APrecision Landscaping & Home Improvement LLCFrank and his team did an excellent job remodeling our 20 year old deck and transforming it into a brand new Trex composite deck that will last forever. Frank was easy to work with as we picked out colors for the planks and new railing system. He helped us envision what combination would work well with our house and provided an estimate and samples very quickly. Once the weather cooperated, the original deck was torn down and the new one completed in a couple weeks. We’d recommend Frank and his quality craftsmanship to anyone looking for a deck construction or remodeling.- Mike I.

AEvergreen DecksVery well. Jim built the stairs with lower risers making walking up and down the stairs much easier for senior citizens with bad knees and back! AJoe's team did an excellent job repairing wood siding in areas that had deteriorated over the past 35 years and painted the entire exterior. They were friendly, prompt, hard working and tolerant of my somewhat odd work schedule during the time they were on site. We would hire them again and recommend them to anyone looking to have their house painted or siding replaced.

AJames called us back immediately, came out for a free estimate, and returned a couple of days later with a contract and to finalize plans for repaving our driveway. His crew showed up, did the job quickly and well, and even offered to throw in a little something extra we needed done. SO now we have a railing on our front step. When we had a small issue of a slightly low spot, they responded quickly with a solution.

AMy choices were a little limited due to COVID crisis, but contacted 2 highest rated companies on Angie's. First was a small firm who was booked thru the Fall. Alliance has several crews and were able to get to us quickly. First visit was great (David), who provided the quote, alternatives, samples, pictures & addresses of previous work. Price was reasonable. Crew started a couple of weeks later. Very professional and courteous crew of three. Once they show up, they stay to finish the job. Separate gutter crew came shortly after siding was done. Cost was $28,000 for a 2 story cape with shake siding. We love the shake look compared to traditional horizontal siding, esp for a cape house. We highly recommend Alliance.

AAll positive from start to finish , all the Betterment Construction Crew, Dave, Tommy, Unc, Bert, Tony, Kevin, Chris, Jeff and EVERYONE else that helped to make our house a home again !! 6 months into a total first floor remodel with another contractor, who failed us and did not complete the job and also what little was done, wasn’t done to code nor done correctly. Found Dave, Betterment Construction on Angies List and working with the Betterment Crew was awesome !! Dave responded right away, we spoke in length regarding the situation , without hesitation he came over to evaluate the house. Dave immediately went over everything, I mean every inch of our house mind you it’s approx 1600 sf and every room on the first floor was not completed or had to be redone. Mind you we had no functioning kitchen, bathroom, electrical, plumbing, and flooring just to name a few, but the list continues on the entire first floor. EVERYTHING the Betterment Construction Crew said they would do was delivered and more. They treated our home as if it was their own. Always professional, considerate, courteous, reliable and meticulous with their work from start to finish, honestly a pleasure to work with! Dave always was in communication with us through every step of the way as well as the crew working in our home. As we watched them daily put our home back together, no words can describe it to see and feel the compassion and the hard work they’ve shown and given us through this entire process. We can’t begin to thank the Betterment Construction Crew for making our home beautiful and happy again. Their crew and their work speaks volumes, will always use and highly recommend Betterment Construction for all and any Home Improvement needs !!
