From planning to finish approx. one month to make and install cabinets.  Designer worked with us and her suggestions to our plan were great.  Any finishing touches or finally touches were made promptly.  Very pleased with outcome and would hire them again if needed.

They have the best product line.  They have a showroom down there.  If you are looking for a toilet and you go to Home Depot and you're looking for toilet and you go to them; you will be amazed.  They have products you don't normally see.  They have heated toilet seat; they have completely different products.  Their prices are higher than Home Depot but they don't have plastic inserts.  However, they have some of the shortest hour you've ever seen.  They are closed like five o' clock, on Saturdays they are open until one.  They don't do late hours.

Design and materials selection went great...we spent part of a morning going over options and identifying materials.  Paul came out to the house late one afternoon to measure the area, and to make additional recommendations. We went back to their showroom the following week to finalize our choices and sign the contract-Paul was extremely professional, and made the process easy and less stressful than other vendors.  We scheduled the job for late February, but their schedule opened up earlier, and the job was started February 3.--the day after the Blizzard!  Don and Sean made it to the house mid morning, and 1st thing they did was to prep the area with drop cloths and rug protection, which they maintained thru out the entire job.  Given the snow that week and the constant traffic in and out of the front door, cleanliness was maintained as well as could be expected!  Demo the first day and tub installation, followed on subsequent days by plumbing and hardware install, tile install, fan/light install, new ceiling, tapeing, sanding, etc.  Don finished grouting and cleanup Friday afternoon.  Four Days!!!
My wife and I were pleased with the product, and the professionalism displayed by all the staff that we had contact with.  We would use DreamMakers in the future.

The concrete and construction workers were conscientious, hard-working, and very thorough.
1). STONE WALL: They excavated, moved, and cut stones and boulders from our property to install a stone wall approx. 30' long.  This included a base footing under the wall, installing processed stone, and a 4" drain along the back side of the wall.
2).  FIELD STONE SIDEWALK: Installed a flat field stone sidewalk, including steps, by removing top soil and creating a sub base.  Installed 4" of processed stone base and installed landscape fabric before laying stone and filing in with stone dust.
3). CONNECTED DOWN SPOUTS TO YARD DRAINS: Excavated and installed drain pipes from down spouts to yard.
4).  RENOVATED EXISTING BARN FLOOR: Renovated our existing barn flooring by installing 4" of stone dust and compacting it.  Dug out approx.  24" around the pump for the water supply inside the barn and Installed stone for water to drain down.  Installed 6" paver stones around the stone area.
5). Installed 4" pvc pipe from barn down spout to concrete drain box in paddock, including back filing and grading.
The entire job was completed in approximately one week. The clean up was amazing as every area was graded smoothly and the lawn was raked with top soil and seeded. It was our pleasure doing work with this construction company.

My wife and I met first with Chris to go over our basement.  He was very polite and helpful.  Chris was in direct contact with the owner (Jim) and after some back and forth they provided us with a great quote to finish our lower level.  I had several other quotes in place, but what sold me about Better Built is that they did not try to over-sell me and were wiling to work within my budget.  They pulled all permits and promised no overages.  They held their word on all accounts.

My project started on February 4th 2014.  The crew was on time and efficient.  They worked so fast I could not keep up with the daily progress.  They showed up everyday, even through terrible weather.

I was in constant contact with Jim and Chris during the project.  Jim was readily available and anytime I needed something he was quick to respond.  My project lasted about 6 weeks.  Right on schedule.  They even did extra by hanging mirrors and a wall mount fireplace.  I had a small issue with trim work and they responded back immediately and made it right.  No questions asked.

If you are looking for a complete basement remodel, look no further than Better Built.  Very professional, courteous and fair.  I recommend them without hesitation.

We met with Mr. Beer in May of 2013 to discuss an addition to our existing home which we envisioned to be a four season room.  We had an existing deck on the south facing side of our home and wanted to keep part of the existing deck for outdoor usage but also have a four season room built where the existing deck was in order to enjoy the outdoors and the views all year long.
Mr. Beer understood our vision and agreed to perform the work.   He soon brought in an architect who incorporated our vision(s), along with his knowledge of building do's and dont's, and the concept was born onto paper which became a reality for us.  The work began in the fall of 2013 and the bulk of it was completed by the holidays.
Having worked with Mr. Beer on this project I cannot imagine having anyone else do the work.  Mr. Beer is a consummate professional who will except nothing less than exceptional work.   He is a perfectionist in the most perfunctory way and I felt very comfortable letting him make decisions on things I had no prior knowledge of.  The tradesmen he brought in to complete each phase of the work were all skilled craftsmen who evidently enjoy their occupations in addition to working with Mr. Beer.
This project took many weeks to complete.  Many times we had craftsmen, and Mr. Beer himself, working at our home on weekends and evenings in order to finish a phase of the building process so that another phase could begin.  This dedication to the craft of construction is what gives Mr. Beer,  Bauhaus Construction, and the work of his tradesmen such a remarkable reputation.  I would not hesitate to call on Mr. Beer again, nor do I think I could ever find a contractor who could do better work.

The project went very smoothly.  We liked being able to see examples of different kitchen materials in their showroom, which is very nice and uncluttered.  Rather than offering you lots of choices in cabinet manufacturers they offer one good one, which was fine with us.  Sometimes you can get overwhelmed by too many choices.  We were able to select a cabinet style and finish that ultimately went perfectly with the rest of our house.  The quotes were reasonably priced, clearly defined, and timely.  Some other supplier's quotes were very vague and opened up too much opportunity for misunderstanding between the buyer and the seller.  Fiderio was very explicit about what was and was not included in the price which gave us a level of comfort that there were no hidden extras, and there weren't.  Their sales staff was very knowledgeable, professional, and polite.  We enjoyed working with them.  The installation crew was very experienced and left the work space tidy every evening.  Their subcontractors for the counter top and back-splash were equally skilled and professional.  As with any project of this scale there are always a few punch list items which Fiderio took care of in a timely manner without hassle.  We were thrilled with the end product and would be happy to do business with them again.
