Eric and his crew were very professional and thorough in all aspects of the project. They were very responsive to our input. They took special attention to care for the bushes and shrubbery around the house (which was important to us). They were very hard working and cleaned up every day before leaving.

They did a good job, but the roof on the porch on two sides under the shingles there is wood sticking out. I called them and they sent a guy out who simply told us it wasn't important. He took a picture and said that he would have to talk to his boss. I never got a call back so I called again today and got no response, when I called from a different number I got a hold of the owner. They basically said that they aren't going to do anything about.

    Fogg's Painting And Home Improvements
Excellent. This was the final step of a 40,000 renovation on a rental property that I purchased. He was very responsive to my time deadlines, and even discovered some safety issues with the structure while removing the siding and cladding. I will be eternally grateful that he discovered the rot on the structural support members, as if they had failed they would have been incredibly dangerous or fatal to the tenants. He was willing to work around the other contractors that I had hired, and when one of them turned out to be incredibly unreliable he was able to supply a member of his own team to help out and make sure that I was still able to hit my target move in dates for my tenants. He then took on the interior lead paint encapsulation and interior painting. I included some pictures of this work both during and completed. This was a complicated renovation involving many different contractors and moving pieces, with a hard deadline move in date for tenants. Without John and his company, I would not have hit my deadlines on this project. The tenants and I all loved the work he did on the place.

Sometimes a roof crew can make you feel like you want to hide in the house. Jarod's crew was so respectful you wanted to bring them dessert. They were hard working and professional. Jarod listened, had good ideas and solved leaking problems that were created from strong waterfront winds blowing up under the shingles. It worked! Jarod is a kind, community minded professional who works on shelters and coaches local teams, He regularly checks and double checks his employees and hires women to roof. He is a certified master roofer! We were very pleased with this roofing company!

I've used Jeremy and his crew as the main contractors for all my major projects since I've bought my house (with one exception where I should have used him but you live and learn). I contacted Jeremy about replacing 2 broken sliding glass doors and he got back to me that same day. He gave us some sites and brands to research for potential new doors and even directed us away from a VERY expensive door brand to a brand that is just as good but is a far better deal. After my wife and I picked out the door options he compared color and pattern samples of the door we picked to the color of our siding and trim. We didn't ask him to do this, he's just the kind of person who takes care of his customers. The color options we picked out didn't quite match and he showed us a different color that matched better.
After the doors came in, he had his crew out here and they replaced the old doors in one day. The new doors matched perfectly inside and out and are so much better at keeping noise out and heat in.There was one issue where the frame of one of the doors wasn't built thick enough and a screw went through a wire for lighting on that wall. He had his guy back out here and fixed the issue quickly.
I've worked with Jeremy for 4 or 5 years now and I can't recommend him enough. His team is professional, curteous, and quick at their jobs. It's difficult to find a good contractor but Jeremy is one of the best out there. Give him a call and let him look at your project. His prices are far better than the competition (the door project cost me 4000 dollars less than I was quoted by RESCOM) and his workmanship is outstanding!

The work went really well and the transformation to our home with the new siding and the new windows is unbelievable!!! Don and his crew were knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and always had our best interest. Don always said "I am only happy if you are happy." Our 1961 home has had a beautiful renovation done to it and we give Don and his crew our highest recommendation and plan to use then again soon for interior work.

I met Jeremy Groll (one of the owners) at a home show and gave him my info. My wife and I went through 4-5 other companies coming to our house telling us how their siding, windows, or doors were the best stuff on earth, bringing their price down the more you protest, offering to drop the price by a grand or two if you let them take pictures of the house or if they can start next week, etc. etc. you've probably heard the sales pitch. All of them quoted me ridiculously high prices and I told most of them no, went with one company to do a double hung window but gave up on siding after a while thinking we couldn't afford it. I got a call a while later from Jeremy wanting to set up an appointment to do a quote. Jeremy and Jay Swanton (the other owner of the company) came out and my wife and I plus the two of them sat down and discussed what we wanted. Jay took measurements on the house while Jeremy showed me what services they offered. Both Jay and Jeremy were friendly, down to earth, honest, people which, anyone who has ever gotten a quote from any of the big contracting companies knows that is not something you usually get from a sales rep. The price they quoted us was nearly half of what the big name companies quoted us and the siding and gutters they showed us was the exact same stuff that the other companies showed us. This sounded way too good to be true but we checked out their references and the work they did was top notch and everyone highly recommended them. So we decided to go for it.
A couple weeks later they're ready to start the job (we had to special order the color we picked) and their install team shows up ready to go. Originally the contract was just to replace the siding, gutters, and the outside lights on the house. It turned into a huge mess when they started taking off the old siding. I'm not even exaggerating when I say there were squirrel nests, mouse nests, live snakes, and extreme moisture damage throughout the house. A portion of the house beneath one of the sliding glass doors was so rotted out that the sill that rested on the concrete foundation and the wall joists that attached to it were essentially jello. In several other spots the fascia and boards behind it were completely rotted out. Jeremy and his team could have just put the siding up over all this mess, called it a good, and been done in 4 days. That's all they were contracted to do after all. Instead they said "Look this isn't right, let us fix this and do it the right way." They had to completely remove a sliding glass door and rebuild the sill, joists, and the floor beneath it. When they said the door had to come out I asked if they could replace the door since it had to come out anyway. From the time I asked about a new door to the time they had to start putting it in was literally 13 hours. This is the kind of people Jeremy and his team are; I ended up asking at about 5:30PM as they were leaving if a new door was possible since they?d be in there anyway and the next morning at 6am they drove 3 hours out of their way to pick up a new door to bring it back and install it. They spent that next day rebuilding the rotted out wall, installing a brand new sliding glass door, and repairing the rotted out fascia. On top of all this, they patched a leak in my roof and braced a portion of my deck. What was supposed to be a 4 day quick and easy siding job turned literally into the project from h*** that lasted 2 weeks. Jeremy himself was here day in and day out assisting with the repairs  (How many companies do you think there are where the owner will put his or her own time in with the work crews crawling under decks, cleaning out snakes, mouse nests, rotted wood and insects?) Even with the ridiculous amounts of added stress Jeremy, Jay, and the whole work crew were friendly, helpful, and professional. Because of their work ethic and commitment to do it right they actually put themselves in extremis because they had to delay starting other jobs and potentially lose some of their other customers. I challenge you to find another company that?s willing to go so far to do it right.
Their work is impeccable, their work ethic is beyond reproach, and they will do the job right even if it makes their job significantly harder. I cannot recommend them enough. If you have any work that needs to be done to the outside of your house, call Jeremy and Jay. You won?t be disappointed.
