I am currently waiting to hear from Dr. Johnson to see if he will fix the problem. My insurance only covers a partial every 5 years, so I'm stuck. I need the three remaining upper teeth removed, a new upper denture made and two more implants put in to hold the upper denture. My insurance will cover one implant ($2500)

DESCRIPTION OF WORK
Upper four front teeth capped July 2007; currently 2 rotted at gumline, (*)1 extracted and 1 pinned in (sticking out). Upper partial started July 2007; put in place January 2008 One back upper tooth that held the partial on rotted and could not be saved, extracted. Upper right canine(*) rotted at gumline and is currently pending extraction. *Two teeth were added to the partial, one stuck out so far 1/8" that it snapped off, leaving me toothless in the front of my mouth AGAIN! That tooth was added back to the partial by one of the other dentists in the firm and she added material so there was no longer a gap (hooray!). 2 caps on the bottom left have visible recession after 1 and 1/2 years. One cap on the back right had to have a root canal and now has a silver center! My second right bottom tooth from the middle was decayed and had a filling, 3 months latter had to be done again. Overall...I started with 8 teeth on top and now have 3 teeth left...soon to be no teeth. The insurance paid for $13,000 and my husband and I paid $10,000 for a total of $23,000.
