    Santoro came to my house 3 times to "fix" my burner and each time my problems got worse. When I reluctantly agreed for Mark to come out to fix it a 4th time, they said he would come "when it was convenient on a warm day". Our daily temperatures are @ 50 degrees right now (in CT, that is warm!). They told me that I would probably have to wait for Spring so that Mark doesn't have to "work in the cold". They refused to give me my money back from the 3rd service call ($186), which was all I asked for. I have given them almost $2,000 to fix my grill and it still has the same original problem and more. Beware and stay away.

    James, from Anytime, was prompt, professional, and correctly diagnosed the issues with the ovens and stovetop (which had not been as thoroughly addressed by another service I used prior - thus the ongoing problems). He needed to order a part for the oven repair, so dealt with the stove burners and returned another day to service the oven. As the oven is an older model, he had also located diagrams for it and repaired the ovens on the second visit. He explained what he was doing and why at every step. I think he did an excellent job of repairing and providing preventive service for our 20-year-old range, and feel the cost was reasonable for all that was done.

    The service tech, Julian Bosch, was great.  He was very knowledgeable and thorough.  He replaced the part and went through the whole system to make sure everything was working correctly.   He was very professional.  Thank you!   I would refer your company to my friends.

    I called an got an appointment a few days later. We received a reminder phone call the day before. Scott, the appliance repairman came to our home during the time he was scheduled to be there. He was absolutely top notch! He assessed the situation and then explained what he thought the problem was. He tried to fix it without ordering a new part. The machine still did not work properly, so Scott told me that we could order a part, and although he thought it would probably fix the problem, he said it was not a 100% fix. He gave me all the options. He gave me a price of the part, a harness, that he thought would do the trick. He said that he would take the gamble on the cost of the part to see if it worked because the cost to replace the bar refrigerator would be much, much more costly. Scott ordered the part, came the next week, and installed the part. The bar refrigerator is working well now. We were not charged for a second trip out to install the part. We were only charged the cost of the part and labor (which was minimal). We are very pleased with the knowledge and professionalism of this company. In fact, we are having them come out to provide a service maintenance on our Five Start gas range. We highly recommend Willman Service and will use them in the future.

    First called a couple of weeks ago.  Tech came out when promised, described that a gasket fitting around the inside of the door and plastic framing around the outside needed to be ordered and when received by them, they'd come back out and install the parts.  Second time out they had the correct gasket but one (out of four) of the side plastic framing was the wrong size, so he installed the right parts and said they'd order the correct fourth plastic part.  Just came out today and replaced the correct part, job is complete.

    I called Tony and he was at my house within 24 hours.  He is extremely friendly and professional.  He quickly diagnosed the problem with the dishwasher and fixed it.   He gave me tips on how to avoid issues in the future.  He was clearly extremely knowledgeable about dishwasher repairs.  I was very happy with his work and he was a pleasure to deal with.  I highly recommend his services.

    I reached out to them regarding my appliance problem and scheduling.  They informed me that they did not service my area. I advised that my city was listed on their info page on Angie's List.  They did contact Angie's List to try stop payment before it hit my account. The charge did end up going through and so I contacted Angie's List for the refund.

    I have to say this was a very disappointing experience with Williman.  My electric GE oven displayed a F3 error message which indicated an issue with the sensor.  After doing a little research I was able to locate the part on the Internet.  My first call was into GE who offered to come out for $95 plus labor and cost of the part at 25% discount being $55.  But they couldn’t tell me the cost of the labor.  I then called Willman which gave me a service price of $95 and $30 labor cost for every 15 minutes which I found very reasonable.  They called back and stated the part would cost $120.  I explained I went to four different sites and the price ranged from $96.32 to $88.96 with the GE website asking $89.   Willman asked what part was I looking at which turned out to be different from the part they were quoting.  You’re able to look at the parts on the web and unfortunately the part I was quoting was an exact replica of the part for the oven.  I emailed the pictures to Willman to show the difference.  I didn’t want them to come to the house with the wrong part.  At the very least bring both parts.  Willman said they would call me back.  The didn’t call back that afternoon so late the following morning I placed call into them.  At which point I was told they didn’t want to do the work because it was too confusing and told me to call GE.  As a first rate company Willman could have called back in a timely manner with their decision.  I could of had GE come out prior to the weekend and not the following week.  Being I was planning a special dinner on Sunday I felt this was very poorly handled.  I would think Willman would be grateful for the “heads up” so they wouldn’t come out with the wrong part and so as not have to make two service visits.

    First class service - everything went smoothly.
    Brian did a first class job checking our existing central vac system (Electolux from the 90s). He
    said we could keep the existing system or replace it with a newer Beam system. There was no hard sell - we decided to upgrade and are very glad that we did! The new Beam 700TB system is AMAZING! (I'm not one to usually get excited by vacuum cleaners!)
    Brian also checked the pipes throughout our house and repaired a couple of loose joints at no additional charge.
    The cost was very reasonable - in line with what I could have purchased the central vac online for.
    All in all, a great experience, Brian is highly recommended!

    Anthony came the next day from the day I first called.  I was reluctant at first but was told A & J can fix anything from another service company who couldn't fix the issue.  He diagnosed the issue in minutes where three other techs came and went with no solution.  I was left without a working freezer for weeks because of their inexperience.  Anthony explained he sells parts to his customers at his wholesale cost which I later researched and I couldn't find the parts on line for as cheep as I paid.  When the part arrived at my home I called Anthony and again he came the next day to install it.  What a pleasure.  I now how my freezer working again!
