APerfectView Remodeling LLCPerfect View (and Lou's team) did a great job start to finish on our fairly extensive remodel. His team turned three separate rooms (Kitchen / Living Room / Dining Room) into one big open concept modern kitchen-living-dining room combination. This included new sky-lights, exterior doors, and almost 1,600 sq-ft of new flooring. The job started and finished on-time, and the team cleaned up every day after they were finished. Lou and his team did a number of things through the project to make sure that all would go smoothly (including leaving a generator here after the hurricane knocked out power for a week). ASantos Roofing and Home ImprovementSantos was a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. He showed up and did a very thorough inspection to determine what the issue with our roof was. He gave a detailed explanation of the work he would do and was prompt with his estimate. He was very personable and professional. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently with his crew. He found other issues as the job went along and explained everything in detail and was able to do the extra repair work that same day. He and his crew were attentive to COVID precautions and wore masks anytime they were in the home. Santos cleaned up every little bit of construction debris before leaving. First, ProKitchens was recommended by a close friend who said the owner was fair, honest and affordable. I could not agree more! Adrian, the owner, helped me come up with the perfect layout for my kitchen - from a beautiful design, to working within my budget, to high quality and timely execution. The best part is he has his own showroom where you can meet to review and evolve the plans, look at samples of cabinetry and more. Adrian handled the entire job, from designing, to manufacturing the cabinets at his shop, to installing. Adrian uses technology to demonstrate the layout through panoramic model which gave me a comfort level with the look and feel before the work began. Also, a major point, is that Adrian is proactive and responsive in communicating with his clients. I would always receive a prompt reply to my inquiry or concern. I never felt like I was just "another customer". Overall, Adrian, is passionate about what he does and is a perfectionist in the best of ways. He is collaborative and keeps the process creative, fluid and evolutionary, which can be hard to find in a contractor. AOutstanding! Gove Restoration is an outstanding contractor. From the initial estimate, through construction and the final walk through, Adam Gove and his team operate as true professionals. Their knowledge of the industry, meticulous attention to detail and commitment to customer service is unmatched. We hired Gove Restoration to make our 1st floor enclosed porch and 2nd floor open-air porch in our circa 1757 home structurally sound, stable and usable. The foundation, walls, floor and ceiling suffered considerable rot and were on the verge of collapsing from water damage through the years caused by incorrectly placed gutters (which they also fixed). The process was straightforward and top-notch. Adam was on the job site constantly. Any concerns or questions throughout the process were addressed immediately and issues were resolved quickly and thoughtfully with our budget in mind. Adam’s crew are all well experienced in their trade, are courteous, and their workmanship is excellent. Gove Restoration made a project that I was dreading remarkably pleasant and stress-free. We are incredibly happy with how the double porch turned out. Thank you for turning a dilapidated, unusable space into a safe, functioning area my family and I now enjoy daily. My only regret is not using Gove Restoration sooner! I look forward to our next project together!

AI had a great experience with John and New Creation Tile & Marble. It is evident that John takes a lot of pride in his work and he is very knowledgeable and thoughtful. He did the tile work for a gut renovation of an old bathroom on strict deadline and he nailed it. He was honest and upfront about all cost and timing at the onset and he executed his work at a very high level. I would definitely hire John/ New Creation again and I will be recommending him to others I know.

ARibeiro's did an amazing job remodeling our basement. They told us what they were doing each step of the way, to ensure it was exactly what we wanted. They also had great suggestions for items that we were on the fence about or were not sure what to do with a certain space. They always arrived when they said they would. They would often text us to let us know they were on their way. Beside the basic framing, drywall and painting, they created a beautiful wood topped counter area with storage shelving and an amazing office work area with space for a computer and all the peripherals that go along with it. They laid down beautiful flooring and finished it with crown molding. They were truly partners in this remodeling, not just contractors. I highly recommend them for any home improvement projects!
