    I am not real happy with them. I feel I can't trust them. They said the reason I was having the problem, one of the struts underneath got bent. Frankly I couldn't really see the bend. I thought it was going to be covered They'res are  no doubt they are incredibly competent. The service they are very responsive. But when they say something is wrong I don't believe them. I would only use them in a tight spot.But I would try to get everything done somewhere else.

    I went here again, very very honest people. The mechanics there (I worked with a gentleman named Ted) are very professional, and when I asked what each item was, he spoke to me honestly and told me what was needed and what wasn't. I do my own maintenance, but I can't really make my own tires or put them on rims, maybe one day. I replace my own blinker fluid, too. Anyway, even if I knew nothing about cars I would've come away knowing a little more after talking to Ted. They're a little more expensive than some shops, but they're located in Glastonbury so I figure that comes with the territory, it isn't that much of a detriment since they do great work and are very honest.
    The thing that really blew me away was that he (Ted) called me, out of the blue, and said that the price I had been quoted included new TPMS sensors (sensors to tell you if your tires are low if you don't have eyes) which were ~$75 bucks a pop (which is about average, I usually see shops offering them for $80 each for my particular car), but said we didn't really discuss it so he wanted to confirm. I couldn't believe it, here was a mechanic calling me, asking me if I wanted to spend $300 on an unnecessary item. Shame on me for not noticing they were part of the repair, but good job Hallmark for giving me the call! It speaks volumes about their business.

    This was a wonderful experience! The employees at Germain are professional, polite, friendly and above all else honest.
    They went ewell beyond what was expected in servicing the vehicle and ensuring that I was totally satisfied.

    I have never dealt with a car dealer that I could/would recommend but Germain is so totally different. They have made a lifetime customer out of me!

    After a false start, they were unable to find the problem, Craig helped me out with no advance notice, no appointment. He also applied my initial diagnostic charge to the actual repair, even though he had to do all the diagnostics again. They were quick, very professional and more than fair.

    They provided a free inspection and found several problems wrong. I maintain my car extremely well so I knew it didn't have any problems. I took it to my regular guy, Tony's Import Car Service in Manchester, for a second opinion. They found nothing wrong! Looks like Hoffman Audi just wants to make money by creating false problems with my car! Beware!!!

    As usual, Safelite called with several date/time options for installation. The arrived exactly when they said they would and installed the windshield safely and efficiently. The staff, whether on the phone or in person, is always courteous and friendly. They tell you what they are going to do and then they actually do it! Very refreshing!

    Excellent. Work was scheduled in advance, dropped off the car and was provided a ride home. Work was done ahead of promised time. Was provided a ride back to the shop, picked up the car, and everything works great.
    Have had various Mercedes and BMW's serviced here for years and in every instance the cars have been fixed properly, as promised, the first time.

    Portland Automotive's prices were good. It was a good that had to be done quick, and they even gave him a loaner free for him to get to work. I know he was happy about it. They were honest. My son told me he would definitely use them in the future.

It was a pretty routine job but they have done other more complex work and it is always a quality result.

    I've been using the Maintenance Minder that's in the car. It tells me exactly when I need a specific service. Liberty does a great job, but I think they are a little pricey. I plan to continue to use them in the future.
