    Amador was prompt, friendly, worked until the job was finished. We originally hired him to paint interior and exterior door painting. He did so well we asked him to wash the outside of all our windows, 20 windows, which he already had the products and tools to perform the task which was well done. We asked him back to fill some cracks in our concrete stairwell, and to paint the concrete lower porting of the house. I was going to do the job myself, however he did such good work and in a timely fashion, that I gave the work to him. We then had him back to finish off some trim out we need completed to put our house on the market. This is his real strength. He did a great job and everything looked very professional. I just wish he was an electrician, and all my troubles would be over. We will hire him again if we have more work to be done.

    Pane In The Glass Window Cleaning
    Arrived 25 mins early, did a wonderful job and left in short time. From the first call everything went better than promised. Had upper story windows and two skylights hadn't been washed in eons. Now I'm blinded by the sunshine pouring in. Will hire next year. You should too.

    Mary, her husband Wayne and the third individual, Christine, really did an outstanding job. They arrived in the morning and worked until the evening hours. They were very conscientious about ensuring they did a good job. They were quick to address anything we may have seen that needed a little more attention. Our house went on the market later in the week and we received many comments about the look of the house. I firmly believe this was a result of their attention to detail and the cleaning they did.

    I recently moved into a home that needed to be cleaned before I unpacked my belongings. After seeing Kim work at my friend's house (has had a weekly house cleaner for at least 10 years), I thought is was a great idea to hire her for help. She kindly squeezed me into her busy schedule, and I was excited about her early morning arrival. I planned voting, shopping, etc. around her arrival. Unfortunately, she squeezed in another client before my 8:00 a.m. appointment, and she did not show up until after 10:00. She mentioned that my asking her to bring a pet free vacuum delayed her. I thought professional cleaning companies came with everything they needed, just in cast. I know I heard her tell my friend that she keeps things in her vehicle just in case. Oh well, I quickly realized that the quality of Kim's work was not what I expected. After they cleaned the first bathroom, I went in expecting to be wowed, and the toilets still had stains and shower doors were still cloudy with streaks. I expressed my concerns to Kim and she told me that she scrubbed the toilets 4 times, but the stains will not come off, and the shower doors.....before she answered, I discovered a 13 gal trash bag filled with my paper towels that they used to clean the bathrooms. I explained to Kim that in order to remove the stains on the shower doors and toilets, they needed to use the sponges and tools that I provided. They did take my advice and start using the scrubber, but that was only for the last bathroom. They did not go back and re-clean the other two bathrooms. I cleaned them myself. They are nice girls. Truth is, if you need someone to touch up or dust your already clean place before a party or something, Best Cleaning would be perfect. However, if you are looking for someone to deep clean..... I have a person/company for you.

    They did a superb job! They have all the tools and they worked very hard. They were very thorough and did more than I even asked them to. I intend to hire them again next spring when we are putting our Winnebago up for sale, they will clean it for us. They were very responsive when I contacted them about the job, even though it was very short notice. Plus, they are pleasant people to be around. I highly recommend them!

    The initial request was for carpeting in the downstairs of a raised ranch. I also had several pieces of furniture to clean as well. It was about pets and normal use. Stains that I thought were permanent are now gone. These were from food and pet accidents, not to mention dirt from my children. My wife was thrilled with the pet hair removal too. I asked if he had time to look at my car, or my pet taxi if you will, after he did the furniture. He had time but made no promises. Well my interior looks great. We can now use the back seat for humans! I tried going to a detailer, but that was too expensive. This was perfect. Thanks again Mr. Wong.

    Dan's Gutter Cleaning Service
    With so many 'A' reviews for Dan's Gutters, I expected a hassle-free  experience. Unfortunately, I was wrong. They ended up having to visit 3 times to get the job done. On top of that, it took them 5 weeks to get it completed.
    It started out well. When I called to arrange the service, Dan quickly returned the call and provided an the estimate. He quoted $440 for: cleaning all gutters on the main house and cottage, removing all debris from the property, and making repairs he said were needed. I thought the price was high, but given his A reviews, as well as the lack of any other gutter-cleaning services in the area, I accepted the price. Wanted to wait till the leaves were down, I scheduled for Nov. 25, 2015. 
    Around 2pm on Nov. 25, two men arrived to do the gutter cleaning. One got up on a ladder and used a leaf blower to blow leaves out of the gutters. The other guy used a second leaf blower to blow the leaves around they yard. The contract stated "all gutter debris will be removed from the property." The leaf debris was being dispersed, not removed. A lot of time was being wasted by the guy walking around blowing leaves around the property. I couldn't understand why he didn't just rake up the leaves and put them in a bag or barrel for haul-off. There were two stacked trash cans in their truck which I assume were meant for dealing with the debris.
    As I had just had fall leaf clean-up completed, I did not want substantial amounts of leaves being dispersed around the property. I called Dan to discuss the issue of the debris not being removed as per contract. He asked if I was going to talk to his employees about it. I did not feel it was my job to speak to his workers, so Dan called them and instructed them to remove the debris. One of the workers asked if I had a rake. I was astounded that with the leaf debris they are meant to be handling every day from gutters, they did not have a rake on the truck. 
    It was getting dark and they hadn't done the Cottage, which was included in Dan's estimate. I mentioned the Cottage to one of Dan's guys, and he confirmed that it hadn't been done, and that he didn't know it was meant to be done. With it being dark, they would need to come back to do the Cottage. I asked if they did the gutters by the front entryway of the main house. I had't seen them working there. They assured me that they had done them. 
    On Nov. 28, they returned to do the Cottage. I was away. When I returned, I checked the entryway gutters of the main house on a hunch that they had not been done on the first visit. I should have checked them before the guys returned, but with Thanksgiving and a busy Friday workday in between the first and second visits, I did not have time. Much to my dismay, I was correct in thinking they hadn't been done. I called Dan to report that the gutter cleaning was still not complete and left a message describing the situation.
    After a few days Dan had not returned my call. So, on Dec. 4, I sent a text message with photos of the uncleaned gutters which I had taken from up on a tall step ladder. I do not like heights, so it was very unpleasant having to get up on the ladder to check the work and take the photos. I didn't get a return phone call from Dan until Dec. 14th. So, 16 days went by between the time I initially reported the problem before Dan called back.
    Dan acknowledged the entryway gutters had not been done, but said his guys would not be able to come and finish the work until Jan. 2. So all and all, it took 5 weeks and much aggravation to get the gutter cleaning job completed.
    Having watched how the service was performed, there didn't seem to be much to it if you know someone good with heights. The leaves are blown out of the gutter with a leaf blower. Other large debris is hand-removed. Dirt and grit is washed down with a hose with a pressure nozzle attached. I didn't see anything else done. Not rocket science. You need a ladder standoff attachment so that you can position the ladder against the roof without damaging your gutters.

    Wally's Window Cleaning Service
    Contacted Wally's in midNov. with possible dates. They got back to me quickly. Then things went downhill. I had 4 unanswered emails, and finally gave up. Went to Angie's for a refund. They were great.
    I can understand if something came up. Simple email 'fell off ladder and broke leg'... yeah, I don't expect you then, but NOTHING? Sorry. Never again.
