There are professionals who paint and then there are professional painters. Anderson and his crew have painting honed to an art form. This is the 3rd time weve asked the, back into our home, and we have not been disappointed once. They are punctual, courteous, careful, and methodical. Switch covers and outlet covers are removed, not painted around. Theyve been able to turn the most damaged and wavy walls into near-perfect surfaces youd swear are brand new - if you hadnt watch them toil from 8am till after 5pm every day for a week to rehab it. They clean up each day, do their best to keep the dust contained with the latest technology vacuum sanders and plastic containment sheets. They know every trick of the trade and bring it all to bear on your project. If they say they can do it faster or cheaper than your other quotes, its because they know something the other guys dont. If they say it will take longer, trust them... theyve dont it before and know what they are talking about. Id absolutely hire them again, and wouldnt think of calling anyone else unless they were too busy to hit my deadline.

I had the same part break in January 2019 that they repaired back in March 2018, and neither the work nor the part were guaranteed. Also, they said they would come on a certain date in a certain time block to fix my appliance. At the start of that time block, after I was home taking 1/2 day vacation time from work, they called to say they didnt have the part. The repairman said it wasnt ordered. The store said it was ordered but wasnt here in time. Which is it? Anyway, the appointment wasnt kept on their end, wasting my time and causing disappointment because I thought my appliance would be fixed!!!

Horrible. First, I had called in November to schedule a maintenance visit. They put me in the books but when the day came around, they never showed. When I called, they said they basically said in so many words that they forgot or messed up and didnt have me on their calendar. Im told I have to wait at least another week. Then on 12/3/18, they finally came to do the maintenance. I was told that everything was fine. But it wasnt. Because later that week, we had a flood in the basement. Everything was fine until they came and messed with the system and then we had this flood. Coincidence? Well, thats whats Glasco says. They sent someone out on 12/7/18 to fix the leak. Its fixed and while doing the work, the tech alludes to the fact that the office may be willing to work with me on pricing considering circumstances (they had just been there 3 days prior to do the maintenance check), and that I should call the office. So, I call the office. I leave a message and this person calls me back and says that basically everything was all a coincidence and that they cant really do anything for me for the price. After a short conversation, during which he interrupted me multiple times, he says the best he can do is knock off $25. When I ask if thats really the best, he insinuates that I should be grateful that I didnt get charged more because the tech that came out to fix the flood on 12/7 had actually called on another tech to come help him mop up the water (I.e. mess created by their faulty system which they actually installed and maintained for 4 years). I NEVER asked for them to call another tech but now I should be grateful. [UPDATE] A few hours after I posted the original review, they emailed me saying that they would not charge me for the additional visit on 12/7. They apologized for causing any confusion and inconvenience.

It went very well. The entire team was thoughtful, polite, thorough, responsive and provided excellent guidance and advice along the way. We are hiring them again in thew spring for another floor refinishing project. I highly recommend.

If I could post negative stars, I would. I deeply regret choosing Atlas fence for my $16,000 pool fence. The pool company, which was great to work with, recommended Atlas. That is the only reason we chose them. Unfortunately the pool company did not help us with our fence problems despite recommending Atlas. Atlas provided temporary fencing while the landscapers did their work, but when it came time to put up the real fence, they dropped off several bent and broken fence pieces. They did NOT replace them! They just deducted a few hundred dollars and made our fence shorter! The three male installers that they sent in July 2018 were total losers. We have a zip line, and they were using it without asking, like children. This one guy worked shirtless, and believe me, it wasn't a treat. He also had the "plumbers crack" showing, with the low shorts showing underwear, "gangsta" style. They smoked all the time, which might be okay except that they left at least 30 cigarette butts a day in my lawn for me to pick up. They repeatedly filled MY garbage can with the fence wrapping and my recycling bin, when you can't even send that stuff to the recycling plant. I asked them to take it out and the "gangsta" guy gave me attitude. My neighbors complained about the loud music they were blasting. When I called to complain, two managers at Atlas didn't even know the name of the guy who was working shirtless and giving me attitude. Really?!? You send someone you don't even know to work at my home, with me and my children here alone? Awesome. I suppose there are no background checks, especially when you don't even know the names of your installers. Then when they "finished," parts of the fence were literally 8 inches from the ground. Pool code is 2 inches. At least half the fence was too high and we failed inspection with the town. Atlas never came back and lowered the fence. They coerced our very kind landscaping company to come back and do a bunch of ground work to raise the yard, which is NOT the right approach. Imagine little hills around your property just to meet code, concealed by mulch, etc. If anyone gets in and drowns, guess who will be liable? ME. We are stuck with bent fence pieces, gates that don't self-close, and a terrible looking fence (like steps!) that was poorly installed by criminals. I'm sure they know who I am from this review, so I will let them know that I have cameras all over, so if your criminal installers try to seek retribution for me posting a truthful bad review to try to save other naive homeowners from this stress and waste of money, we will record you and press charges.

The project went very well. Basim is a pleasure to work with. Great communication, great workmanship, fast, flexible and efficient. This was a relatively complex kitchen remodel. No surprises (except for an electrical code puzzle that resolved nicely). We wanted many unique design features and achieved all of them with Basim's help. Demo to having working sinks again was less than 4 weeks. Total labor cost was $20,000. We LOVE our new kitchen. We highly recommend Basim and would hire him again in a heartbeat.

I hired Cromwell Energy to install a new efficient on demand heating and domestic water heater. They are very professional and do quality work. I am a tradesman so I can see the quality installation and experience of his crew. I have since hired them for other projects on rental properties that I own. Lou and Cromwell Energy are my go to HVAC company. I highly recommended using them. You will not be disappointed.

Chuck came when he said he would. He explained very clearly what the problem was with each appliance. He fixed both appliances during his visit at a reasonable charge. They have been working fine since then. Very friendly and very professional.

This company is not an authorized Viking repair service provider, but their website is incredibly misleading. Even here, on Angie's List, they claim to repair Viking appliances. DO NOT LET THEM NEAR YOUR VIKING APPLIANCE! Since I was told over the phone that they do repair Viking refrigerators, I assumed they knew what they were doing. Food in my fridge was freezing and the ice cubes had a funny color, smell, and taste. They tried changing the water fill valve, thermistor, and later the low voltage board. None of these things resolved the problems. After 7 visits and $850 later, the issue with my fridge was still not resolved and I was told that I should contact Viking directly. I explained that I was under the impression that Action Appliance was the local service provider for Viking. They said there was nothing more they could do. I finally figured out who the actual authorized service provider was. That person came out and fixed both problems for $550. It took 2 visits. Initially, Action Appliance was willing to cover some of that cost ($240), but I never heard from them again after many attempts via phone and email to get reimbursed for the remainder. This company does not stand by their 100% money back satisfaction guarantee.

It went fairly well , the laminate flooring ,workers were nice.,BUT Neatness is NOT one of their strong points. Collin At The store was Very accommodating and helpful.I thought that they did not use the products that were paid for in advance , wisely,as a lot of product opened so as not returnable ,that was left unused & unneeded and could have saved $ on the project. .Also .Seemed to be a lack of supervision/over site on what the workers were doing,a few things they did seemed hokey,as not having the proper tools/stuff/for the job so cut corners. The carpet people were good. .Overall The floors came out good, but time will tell. Would == Rehire ==maybe yes/maybe no..
