    Mike's Auto & Body Shop
While the car looked good, the car did not drive well on the highway as the tire was not properly balanced or unaligned. When addressing this with repair shop they said I would have to talk with the adjuster as they could not get another tire. I wasn't looking for another tire. Ultimately addressed with insurance company directly and got car realigned and rebalanced at one facility, instead of having 2 separate places handle requests, as done initially.

I knew what I wanted when I went in there. I don't like car dealerships anyway. This is one of those things again, "Oh you're getting a wonderful price," but, who knows. Their parking area is horrendous, it's too crowded.

The technician (Sean) went out of his way to look for a part that would minimize the cost of the repair and avoid expensive painting charges. The repair was completed quickly, and we were kept informed about the progress and outlook on getting the repair completed. We had a wonderful experience with this body shop, and would highly recommend this company.

This is the fourth dealer I visited in looking for a new car. I told the salesman that I wanted to test drive a car. He asked me to sit down and asked for name and phone number and my driver license. No problem, this is standard practice at all dealers. He then asked about my current car (a Hyundai) and if I wanted to trade it in to which I answered "No." He told me that he could give me a good price and I repeated that I did not want to trade it in and just wanted to test drive a new car. He took my license to another room to make a copy.

When he returned he handed my license to me and said "Can I have your registration?" as if this was a normal request and a standard part of visit to a new car dealer. Rather than being a normal activity it was a high pressure tactic to persist in getting me to consider trading in my car. I responded "No, I won't. I'm leaving!"

I have done business with the Hyundai dealers in Meriden, CT and Springfield, MA and both dealers treated me respectfully and without pressure, unlike Lia Hyundai.

We brought a used car that we had just purchased for VIN verification so that we can register it with the DMV. The previous owner did the emissions testing 2 months ago, so we did not need it to be done. Despite telling the person at the counter that we didn't need the emissions test, they went ahead and tested it anyway. An honest mistake, but when we learned of this after the test was done, and reminded them that we didn't ask for this, we were told and quot;well, you're going to need it anyway because the DMV will just send you right back hereand quot;. Whether or not this is true - it is not their call to make. We did not ask for that service. We paid for the service and left, but I was disappointed with how they handled the situation.

    Mitchell Auto Group
I had been having problems with my Vovlo for a few months. Took it to somewhere and it couldn't be fixed. Then I took it to Mitchell's Auto Group. Brian found the problem right away and gave me a reasonable quote. I told him I needed to leave in a hour to pick up my daughter and he fixed it within an hour! The waiting area is cozy. THe staff is courteous. I'm very happy.

Without an appointment, they started their work on my car within 15 minutes. I have used this shop on multiple occasions and they are usually quite accurate on how long it will take to get to you car. After looking at the car for about 15 minutes, they found a hole where the coolant was leaking out. They estimated the repair would be about $300-$400. When I told them that I would be trading the car in soon they were honest and said I should not bother doing the work. These guys have also changed my oil, tires and done other minor repairs in the past. They are easy to deal with and explain there work in laymens terms

I love them! They're great. They're professional. If the job takes longer than an hour or so they give me a loaner car for free. I don't know if this is typical but I usually get a car and then when my car is ready they call me and I go and pick my car and return the loaner. They're a little expensive but I like working with them.

    Premier Honda of New Orleans
I spent over 2 hours on the phone with this dealer in advance of my daughter's move to New Orleans, trying to arrange test drives on a few used car models within our price range. On the phone -- before we actually arrived in the show room -- the sales manager Don and the General Manager, Ashley, were very inviting and helpful. They could not have been more supportive and encouraging. The day we arrived in town, I telephoned them to confirm that they did, indeed, have the cars in stock and that we could come for test drives. First clue things weren't so good: They never returned my calls.
So we decided to drive to the dealership in our rental truck. We were greeted in the lot by a very pleasant and earnest salesman, Tim. Tim tried very hard. But it quickly became apparent that none of my telephone time had been worthwhile. The GM was superficially friendly and promised they'd bring out the models we had discussed (Honda Accords, Nissan Altimas, Toyota Camrys). They disappeared into the back to check the inventory, then Tim came back to tell me they had a wonderful Toyota Highlander ready to test drive. Second clue that things weren't so good: We had specifically said we did NOT want an SUV or large vehicle. So we declined that offer, and I reminded Tim of the vehicles we were interested in.
Tim came back with a 2002 Acura RSX, equipped with the big spoiler on the back and showing a damaged front end from where the car had hit something. Oh, and reeking of smoke. Again, NOT what we had asked to see. When we again declined to drive it, Tim said he'd go check with the sales manager to see what models I had asked to drive. Although I had just told him those models.
Five minutes later, Tim returned with a rather unfriendly woman who said she was the floor manager or some such title. And she again proceeded to ask me what models I wanted to drive, since they had offered two perfectly good alternatives. I asked to talk to either the sales manager or GM again, to remind them of my (apparently fruitless) previous conversations, and was told that she'd be helping me now. And that she'd go find out if they had any cars in inventory that matched my preferred models.
At that point, we decided to leave. Tim made one, last try, running across the lot to tell me they'd found a Camry at their sister dealership a mile or so away, and if I'd just follow him there, we could try it out. We declined, but he called twice more that afternoon to try to convince us to return.
Bottom line: These guys promise to help, but they don't really do anything. And once you're in the room, they don't really care about your preferences.
For what it's worth, my daughter's roommate told us she had had a similar experience with this dealership. They tried to rip her off with a quoted price that was many hundreds of dollars higher than any other dealer quoted.
I would never recommend that anyone use Premier Honda for any reason.

We have used them for many years now.  The prices are very competitive.  The prices are fair.  The owner is knowledgeable.  He never recommends or forces work that I don’t need.  He is absolutely the best when it comes to trust worthiness. ?
