  • We were considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle from Fairfield Audi. The sales associate and I had a detailed email conversation in which I confirmed a few details of the vehicle. An important question I had was if the car had been used by a smoker. The sales associate said he checked it and indicated the car had not been smoked. When I arrived at the dealership, a bit earlier than my scheduled appointment, I found the vehicle on the back lot with all the windows and doors wide open. The car had an overwhelming smoke smell - as if I was sitting in as ash tray. When I confronted the sales associate about misrepresenting the car he denied it and acted unprofessionally.
    I became quite angry at this and spoke to the manager of the dealership. The manager was friendly, professional and reasonable, offering to reimburse me for gas if I emailed the receipt from my next fill up. Because I took time off work and dragged my wife and baby along to see the vehicle I demanded that the sales associate apologize to my wife. He did give an apology but I did not feel it was sincere.
    The "F" for professionalism is because of the sales associate's misrepresentation which I feel was intentional. The "A" for responsiveness is for the Manager's response to my complaints. Although I am appreciative of the manager's gesture, it doesn't improve the experience from "F- Lousy" to " C- Fair". I'm giving this place an overall "D" rating for "Bad" experience because of the deceitful approach I feel the sales associate used.
    The behavior of this particular sales associate would make me very reluctant to do business with them. I will definitely recommend that friends/family/colleagues look elsewhere for auto sales.

  • I bought my car from Volvo of Westport, so I go back there. There was no waiting for the service. They have a waiting room with a TV. They finished when they said they were going to finish. They are particularly knowledgeable because they are the dealer.

  • I bought my car from Audi of Fairfield. The service is very prompt. They have a luxury type waiting room. You drive your car in, and it is enclosed, and they have donuts and coffee and a TV. I guess you pay for it in the car! They are very pleasant. They didn't try to do anything more than what needed to be done. My wife needed a new car: she'd had her Jaguar for 18 years but she got nervous because it didn't have any of the safety things they've invented in recent years. So we went there and took test drives, and then she saw a convertible she wanted and we got it. It was a good experience. I've always dealt with Audi dealers, I've had them (Audis) for years.

  • They provided a ride to the gym and then picked me up. When I came back to the shop the work was completed and my car was vacuumed and washed with the snow tires in bags in the rear compartment of the vehicle.

  • Pavel, the dealer, is very laid back and easy going. He makes the registration process very easy at a fraction of the cost of other dealers. He is extremely reasonably priced and he is extremely competitive with his pricing. He prices are more in line with a private seller. The cars are immaculate when you get them. They usually have late year models with low mileage.

  • We really have a high opinion as far as this particular Honda dealership goes. They have been so nice to us and so great. They are absolutely wonderful for servicing Hondas as well we have come to discover. We are absolutely completely satisfied with them and would encourage others to check them out.

  • I have no problem with Atlantic Honda Auto Sales, but I do think you can service your Hondas elsewhere in this area and pay less. I have done that for myself and I save some money by doing that. I have had no problems with my purchase. I feel I got a good car from them, so I really have nothing bad to say about them.

  • The sales rep was very nice and professional. He did not try to push me into purchasing something that I did not want. The lot did have several vehicles to choose from in the price range that I was looking for. I did get the extended warranty on the vehicle for free.
