    They impressively fixed the lights (turn signals and brake lights) but the trailer lights weren't working. Cost about $400, which was fair. I had asked another shop to fix the same thing. They charged me $500 and didn't fix anything, so this was an upgrade. However, the trailer lights didn't work in the end. So that's why they get a B instead of an A on quality. Everything else was spot on, however, and this was a tough job. They had to tear open the steering column. Not an easy job. Did this in about 2 days, super fast turnaround time. Very friendly too. Would recommend again.

    Work was done on time, as promised. Charges were as stated, but they omitted the tax in the initial quote, which i don't think was a bad thing in the end. It took less than 24 hours from dropping off the vehicle to getting the vehicle after repair. It's been 2-3 months since the repair and my A/C works great-- ice cold air! Service techs were friendly and easy to talk with. I will definintely go back to this place again for all kinds of repairs in the future.

    I have two Honda vechicles that have ovr 140,000 miles.  I regularly have them serviced at this location.  They assess what needs to be done and make recommendations.  The service personal take the time to answer my questions.  Any recalls or auto alerts are assessed and addressed.  
    I sometimes wonder if all of the recommended services are needed.  When this occurs I take the advice, do my own research and then decide.

    I knew two tires needed replacement. Another service center had indicated all 4 tires needed replacement. I wanted a second opinion so went to the shop that I trust.

    This was an emergency repair and the provider did an excellent job:
    Very quick diagnosis and thorough explanation of issues and needed repairs
    Follow up when additional work was deemed necessary for no further problems down the road.
    Highly professional in looking for reasons for original issue
    Car was washed after repair; something I didn't expect.
    Gave a "B" in price only because, due to the emergency nature of the work, I didn't have an opportunity to get bids.  Although , given the extent of the work, the price seems reasonable and fair.
    I would definitely use the garage again, and plan on having my motorhome serviced there.   This possible service was found in talking to the people there when I picked up the car after service.   This will be a significant time saver since we have been getting routine engine work performed at the RV dealer who is 40 miles away.

    Reynolds Subaru
    This was, without a doubt, the most relaxed car purchasing experience I have ever had. There was no pressure from the sales staff, and they gave us all the time we wanted. I would absolutely do business with Reynolds again. Since it was only a few months ago and we haven't driven the car enough to need an oil change, I can't yet comment on their service department, but their sales staff was first-rate.

    Everything inside the car looks showroom new. They were on time, friendly and delivered as expected. The only issue is the waiting area. The free drop off and pick up applies only to customers buying a full service package. If you don't have a friend willing to pick you up and drop you back to get the car, you'll need to enjoy their hospitality. On a humid summer day I sat in one of the 2 chairs facing the service desk. There's a TV with a remote. There is no AC, just a loud box fan sitting on the floor facing you. The door to the shop had to remain open to the air and noise. There is no courtesy coffee or bathroom. Both are available by walking a few blocks to the fast food restaurants. For anyone willing to accept the terms I would recommend them. They did a great job cleaning the inside of the car.

    We have never leased a car before, so this was our first venture into leasing. I don't generally like dealing with Auto Sales people as I never really know if I'm being taken for a ride (no pun intended...) but Sandi was excellent from start to finish. We first contacted her on-line, and then visited her at the showroom in Westbrook. She explained all the details related to the lease, was responsive to our questions and was enjoyable to work with. The only complaint I have is that on the day when we went in to sign all the documents and pick up the car, she tried to sell us an additional package to have the car paintwork treated with a special product to provide additional protection for the finish. This was irritating as they wanted a decision there and then, and we hadn't been told about this before hand and it felt like they were trying to slip it in at the end when we were there to sign all the other documents. Apart from that the experience was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending Westbrook Honda, and Sandi in particular, to other people looking to purchase or lease and Honda.
