    Rhino-Back Roofing
AMAZING. I couldn't have imagined an easier process, particularly given this was the result of an insurance claim. Mel was a miracle worker in dealing with the insurance company (bless her patience!), and everyone kept me updated throughout the entire process - whether it was insurance updates, specialty item/parts/ordering updates, to scheduling the work. The work crew was professional, efficient, and the work is outstanding. I didn't know getting compliments on a new roof was a thing until they started coming in from friends and family. The final product is beyond what I could have asked for (they also had to replace specialty skylights) and the entire process was seamless. If you find yourself in the market for a new roof, let Rhinoback help you - you won't regret it!

    Rhino-Back Roofing
Rhino Back was one of the best contractors that I have worked with in a long time. Mike and Josh were very professional as well as there crew. The job was completed in one day, and they even sent someone back the following day to make sure that the cleanup was done to perfection. I received pricing from 4 other contractors and they fell in the middle. I would highly recommend Rhino Back for your next roofing project. Its was nice to work with a company that cares about there customers.

    E & F Painting Service
We can't say enough good things about Fabio and his crew. They are excellent and their work is meticulous. They are punctual and courteous. Fabio did something extra every day that contributed to the finished look of the job, such as replacing wall plates, rotten wood, and lightbulbs. He is very trustworthy and will not make any decisions with consulting his client first. At the end of each day the crew cleaned up nicely, and Fabio walked us through their progress and plans for the next day. We will certainly use him again! Highly recommended.

The whole experience with the exception of dealing with Timothy Cornelio was excruciatingly painful.
Dealing with the "project manager" Russ Messenger in the Springfield facility proved to be extremely difficult
after we spent a Sunday afternoon of smiles and "understanding" and us giving him a check for $6000.
He told us that white kitchens wern't popular now and suggested a wood finish which we went with (all newer kitchen
    magazines promote the white finish).
I believe that we should have been told that the cubic storage would be considerably less than our original cabinets -
    oh well - buyer beware...
On the day of installation, installers scheduled to be on site at 9AM did't show up untill 3PM. No one from EXPRESS
could find out what and where he and his crew were or return any of the 4 calls my wife had placed to get an answer.
Come to find out the foreman had been in the hosipital due to slicing his hand.
Only the foreman spoke broken English and we had difficulty understanding him.
They did demolition of the cabinets and counter top and left the debris on the ground just to the side of our driveway
which they left there for 3 days - screws, nails and debris all on the driving surface.
After installing the upper cabinets (cabinets to the left of the sink 1" higher that the ones to the right of the sink) and installing
the base cabinets (unlevel and out of plumb) I contacted Mr. Messenger 3 times between Friday and Saturday to let him know of the issue due to the granite counter tops being scheduled to be installed on the following Monday.
The foreman argued with me upon arriving on Monday insisting that everything is perfect, I called the installers boss and requested a supervisor to come to my home.
Enter the Quality Control Representive Timothy Cornelio who stopped the installers and literally had them remove the entire installation and start over and have everything installed properly.
the counter installers who showed up at 10AM waited aroud for 4 hours for the base cabinets to be insalled properly and then
installed it level (did a nice job - outside vendor used by EXPRESS).
Overall, extremely disappointed with the entire process.  The cabinets look OK but they have considerably less space than the old ones that were torn out and the quality is poor.  Never again - you get what you pay for is all we can say!
Thanks again to Tim for making something out of a crappy job and saving us the cost of a second kitchen remodel.

    Chamberland Professional Painting

Steve gave us a detailed professional quote which identified all the work, materials, services and broke out options for removing popcorn from ceilings. The contract covered our whole house which was being prepared for sale and so we needed a quality job.

Steve understood and met our schedules which included his team working around other contractors as well meeting as our living needs.  His workers were exceptional and exhibited a passion for doing the job correctly.  They were working at the house for 3 months showing up every day on time and focused on the jobs at hand. Everything was cleaned at end of a days work which was a real accomplishment given the removal of popcorn and sanding required.

We were extremely pleased with the results and my wife and I give our vote to Steve and his crew as "Great Contractors" on our projects.  I strongly recommend Chamberland Painting to my family and friends and would definitely use them again

    P & M Painting

I was very satisfied. Adam was responsive through the whole process. He allowed us to either purchase the paint through him or on our own, We bought 7 gallons of Benjamin Moore Paint from our local John Boyle store. . Adam put on 2 coats for all rooms. I had to have him come back for a few missed nail pops in the half bath. He was responsive and came back next day to fix. Our rooms look great. He was very easy to work with.

He was the most reasonable and responsive of 4 contractors that had bid on the job. His references gave him glowing reviews.

We plan on using Adam for another paint job for our dining room. I have already referred him to a co-worker.

    One Stop Remodeling
Everything went perfectly.  David always keeps me informed via email or text message when he will be coming, and he arrives exactly on time and works hard all day.  David is completely professional and does a fantastic job.  He pays attention to the detail of the painting and also works around our furniture and other clutter.  He cleans up after himself and is pleasant to deal with and have in the house.  I felt that David's prices were reasonable (even after the initial promotional price) and he always discussed with me in advance what it was going to cost.  No surprises whatsoever.

    Avery Painting & Wallpapering
We are  thrilled with our "new" deck. Bryce Avery was meticulous in bringing a 25 year old, weathered, battleship grey, deck back to its original look. We had lattice work on the deck rails, which I hadn't even expected to be addressed. Bryce spent hours bringing everything back to life. Clearly, their quote was understated for the work that was done. Yet they were willing to stand by it!
We happily offered more, they seemed very pleased and we think we got value many times over!
Needless to say, we will have Avery back to help us with other projects.
    Polite, professional, incredible.

    Newcastle Painting
    |Keith did a professional job that came out looking great. He was very neat and we have received several compliments on our entryway and hallway.

    |I would highly recommend Newcastle Painting. I just called Keith to get an estimate on painting  our living room and a small bathroom.

    Bill's Painting
Bill was conscientious, careful, and he paid attention to every detail of his job. The body and trim of our house look great. Our deck looks new again. But beyond being skilled at painting, he undertook the responsibility of finding the right trim color for us. Our original choice for the trim color didn't look right when he started applying it, and he agreed that it didn't look right to him either. He was willing to offer his opinion on different shades of color that might work better, and over the course of a couple of days he picked out some colors, tried them, and kept going until we found the right one. So he has a good sense of design, and is willing to offer suggestions, if you ask for them. He did exterior painting for us, but I would certainly want to use him for interior painting, where color choice can be more complicated. Bill also did more than our contract required. He noticed that my concrete front porch look stained, so he power-washed it for me. In addition, he saw that the metal frames of my basement windows were rusty. So he painted them. He also responded pleasantly to our requests to change the original plan (for example, which parts of the house should get the trim color instead of the body color). He did what he was supposed to do (and more) in a timely fashion. His price was good, and he didn't charge more for his extra work. I've had a lot of work done on my house by contractors, and most of them have done good work. But Bill is the best contractor that I've hired.
