I do have sub-contractors from time to time, all with many years of experience, all insured. When a contract is signed I have three payments (State of Connecticut recommends) 1st payment when contract is signed, 2nd payment half way thru job, 3rd payment when job is completed. AVery friendly family run business, came after big box store was unable to complete well tank and water heater at the same time. Re Godwin responded immediately to my call and came to estimate the job, I was immediately comfortable with having them in my home and their knowledge. The work was completed in the 2nd visit as they identified parts that needed to be ordered as not to use subpar parts. On both occasions they were prompt and very professional.
